ok ok ok
first let me say i took martial arts when i was 11 and i enjoyed it thoe i didnt stay very long my parents couldnt aford it but!!!.... i just tried what u said and in 2 minutes i felt my arm pulsating it went from my hand to my shoulder... i wonder if i did it right as for karmas thing i will try it soon first i tried with my right hand then i tried with my left i felt like something was running inside my arm let me know if i did it right
