Your right, it helps you relax your body and free your mind so your able to produce your energy easier. How long have you been practicing with the use of your energy.

Well, I have heard of the use of your own energy before (I have studied martial arts too), but I have not heard of this... technique before. I tried it out, and I don't think I can do it without a good weeks practice or so, if at all. All I know is that my arm is really cold (because my house is really cold, lol), but thanks anyway samuria. If I actually can/could do this, I will believe you, but until then I am a skeptic.

Btw, all you other people who say you are experiencing this are either:
A. Lying
B. Imagining (probably because you guys are under 10, no offense, but I thought I could do all these cool "martial arts" type things when I was at that age, lol.)

If you could do this, in any way, you would have to be studying for years.

well... now i seems to not being able to do it again... hadn't practice for years ! seems i lost my touch !

anyway... just clear out your mind be relax, then concentrate on getting your ennergy between both hands... don't try to form the ball just yet... just concentrate on getting your energy there !

that's what i was able to do, i couldn't control it like we see it on the shows. for my part, i never said an energy ball like GOKU or RYU that can been seen and throwed ! i don't know anyone in the planet that can do that. but peoples are capable of bringing their energy into one spot if they really want to !

anyway... its true that meditation is good for it. but again, what is meditation ? if you mean clearing your mind, then yeah meditation is exactly what you need to do before going into the MOVE YOUR ENERGY AROUND !

really, when you try my way of doing it, just concentrate on getting your energy between both hands, but to do that, you gottas be clear of mind ! (IE nothing else in the mind. not even questions about if it will work or not) gain, not anyone can actually do it the first times, i myself couldn't do it at first... took over 10 days at a rate of 1 hours per day to produce it ! and then, it was highly unstable and could dissolves easily if i losed my concentration a just little but ! so be a skeptic if you want, but don't think it will work the first try, or even the first week !

the thing is, energy controlling is very hard to do !

i have been practicing with telekenisis and psyconesis for quite some time...(it has never worked) I have been meditating for about a year....i just now started the energy thing.

I tried doing it under my faucet but I couldn't concentrate on it for to long. I couldn't really see anything diffrent when I put my hands in the water, but I'll keep trying

I know this is an old topic, and a good bit of you are saying let the topic die, but I just wanted to update you on what I have accomplished so far . I have been able to produce some massive energy balls the size of my arm spand ( If you were wondering my arm spand is about 5 1/2 feet ). I also have been able to produce a good size energy ball on both hands, as well as my fingertips. My cousin is trying to teach me how to make the bubble the size of my room but I haven't gotten far at that yet. I have also had a similar experiance to Iori, I was concentrating on the ball that I was making so hard that the ball started to shock me a few times, then it ran up my arm. It was really weird :shocked: . Anywaz I'll keep on practicing, maybe I'll even be able to see my energy one day . Tell me if any of you has accomplished anything else since your last posts, I would really like to hear your progress.
