i couldn't agree more on that, but hey... energy is not magic... its all very different !
every single thing on earth does produce energies, even stones when throwed !
so i guess energy is much more easily done then any other kind of paranormal activities such as telekinetics or mind readings !

as for the "It would take a lot of Energy to make a small amount." part. i'll answer to it this way... ENERGY is something you can't even see, but that energy is just like any clouds in the sky, if it is too damn squeezed, it just fall down. that's mainly why i almost burned my hands the first times... the energy was so concentrated in one spot that it suddently exploded into my hands !

its true that ENERGY is HOT, so yeah, its just normal that when you focus it, you get hotter and hotter... but its not all there is to it.

first put your hands like you were holding a tennis ball in your hands. (gotta start small if you never did it)
then just concentrate on your hands and how you want your energy to get in between !

now... don't expect it to actually come out that easily, for my part it took me about 10 days of training to get it right ! then again, i haven't been training for the last 7 years, so i can't even do it anymore !

it really depends on yourself, so try and try... don't think on the consequences. just do it without after thought !
you'll know when it will work... you'll feel something you have never felt before !

you know, i really should have kept training it... i could have done so much if i had continued to... imagine 7 years of daily training ! i wonder how great i would have become in this ?
