When Wolverine was first installed if you used "Killer Instinct" Logan would regenerate 8% of his health.
At that time, 8% health was WAY to much. So TMy tweeked it down to 5% health regenerated when you used "Killer Instinct". At that time 5% was "just about right". (his only rival was Ryu) Currently we have ALOT more characters and helpers in the game. All of wich have been pretty well fleshed out. Yet I must agree that Wolverines "Killer Instinct" is not up to par with todays enviorment. Maybe TMyApp could boost it back up to 8% and see's what happens. 3% can have a dramatic effect on Wolverine though. It could make him unbeleivably powerfull , and create an imbalance in the game...especialy combining it with any/all issues that are currently plaqueing Logan. However I have notice that when I preform the "killer instinct"...any life that Logan regenerated...was quickly taken way by my opponet, as soon as Logan finished preforming the act....hence me trying to do the move was useless....and was realy nothing more than a realy cool looking taunt...so an extra 3% shouldnt prove to be a problem. (8% is the actual amount of life regenerated from the orginal version of the game.)
