There is no evidence of rape. So she could be lying you know, just covering her ass. Plus, you have to consider the fact that they were once before together, meaning they already had sex and all that. So you never know if she just had an agenda to "cut it off".
I think that she should get some jail time or something. If they dated before than she knew his information. Afterwards she could have called the cops and the evidence would have all been their. But to do something so gruesome and disgusting! Must have some sort of consequence or you'll have women left and right cutting their bf penises off because they were rough with them.
