Guile - 6 (Make the boom a bit faster).
Blanka - 5 (Keep him at 5 since he only does a 2 hit attack anyway..) Psylocke - 3 Sentinel - maybe 7, or just make the beam a bit lower or make him shoot the missiles... Shuma Gorath - 3 Spiral - 8, but me personnaly would say 99+ :biggrin:. Sakura - 3 Venom - 8 and Red Sentinel??? We cant even choose him, can we?
