What's the deal with Blue Ryu - what does he do anyway

How is he so different from Ryu
oooo he's blue probably has blue turds too

faster
more powerfull
looks cooler
power meters fills up faster
has a new, hacked type move never seen before
shoots lasers out of his eyes
has a hang nail
is pregnant
has red hair
naked =-o
who knows?

He's just blue, that's it. No special features/abilities. Only the color of his clothes are changed as a symbol of the players trophy.
