-fan sites dont' solve any problems (just keep the community going)

-html/flash/shockwave knowledge won't help either (what exactly can you do with that ?? re-write the engine for me ... lol... if thats the case, u might as well make "the better" game on u'r own) :biggrin:

-money... everyone needs money... thats why they call it "money" .. :biggrin: ... extra money that we get means better servers... better connection ... better hosts (this DOESN'T mean that there will be "less lag"... just "the game won't be going down due to tech and host problems") ... but WE ARE NOT ASKING FOR MONEY !!! (if u donate.. fine.. but i will NOT be posting "set amounts" and telling people "common... we can do this... just $58,741 to go !!!" )

-access to a server that supports 1-2+ gigs of transfer per day ... now that WOULD help :biggrin: ... if u have this type of server/connection .. GREAT .. (i've been asking people FOR OVER A YEAR to help out with hosting)... and if someone doesn't have this server... see "money" above :biggrin:

-24/7 people are scary... (they remind me of myself) :biggrin: ... after staying up for a few weeks, they come up with crazy arse' ideas on how "help the community"... (so far they either start to host tournaments... make amazing fan sites... or write insane "profanity filters") ... in the end, these 24/7 people make the "mods" (but they never ask to be "mods")

... there u have it... as u can see... above could solve 80% of the "problems" we are having when it comes to keeping the game up (and 5% of TMy's own problems.. *cough* )

u DON'T need to have ANY money in order to be a mod... and, u DON'T need to be here 24/7 (ie: have no life)... but u have to do SOMETHING (big/amazing/important) for the community... :biggrin:

i was more focused on something as simple as an alert when things become really tight.
Or maybe an income vs expenses list, or just an estimate of what monthly costs usually are.

How much was this months expenses, and is it a good approximation of a normal month?

I can tell you my internet bill is $200/month (where the web pages/forum is hosted). Plus TMyApp's bill, he hosts the rest (user db, scores, mailserver for cyberfuturism. etc..

no...musch older than that...i want to version that air moves was added..i joined this game before that version but when that came out it was very fun
