Can someone give me a site with tag tutorials - Please? i cant find any

does anyone know a site with tag/banner tutorials so i can learn to make tags like some of you have? i have psp8 and animation shop 3. also, can someone tell me how to put an animated GIF in a tag. thanx

Sorry I can't helP you with any for PSP8 and Animation shoP, but go to www.google.com and tyPe in: Paint shoP Pro Tutorials, i'm sure you'll find PLENTY!
