I need help again... - Karma or anyone who speaks french

Well, I got this friend hes from canada. And everything on his computer is french so i cant help him. So I am asking yawl to help him. They size of the text is messed up. I know how to fix it in english but i dont know how to in french. And the color is everything is messed up. Like what is suppose to be tan is pink or reddish. IF you know how to fix it and can do it on a french computer plz tell me how. And i will tell him.

Was this just a one time thing? It could be the computer's system resources were very low.. that causes it to function improperly.

here is what to do in french !

1 - appuyer sur le bouton droit de la souris sur le bureau.
2 - selectionner propri
