Most people won't belive me, but test it out for yourself before you judge me

. Everyone has energy in them, and not the kind from DBZ where you can send energy balls flying at people. I've studied martial arts since I was a kid, and my cousin's an expert at martial arts and he's the one that taught me this. This is how it works, and it might take a while to actually get it right.

1. Move several feet from a wall and face it.

2. Stick your hand straight out in front of you.

3. This is the most important step. Imagine your hand touching the wall without concentrating on your hand.

4. A cold feeling should race down your arm. Thats your energy.

It's sort of freaky but trust me it works

Tell me if it worked for you

...and by energy you mean. When i did it my arm started to wobble...I think I did it wrong,

yep you did it wrong, but just try again. Remember to not pay attention to your arm, only to imagining your hand touching the wall. It should feel like a cold wave running down your arm continuosly. Hope this helps

It's kind of hard not to concentrate on ur hand when ur looking at it. I just keep feeling the wall pull me in.
