Like I've said, it's hard to explain. Hm.... OH! Those cold waves you've been generating through your arms? Can you do that starting from the middle of your chest (hopefully that's where your heart is too) ending up at every tip of your body? And (if so) for how long?

lordcyris... not uch to say from me, i was able to do it 5 or 7 years ago, but now... i just can't concentrate and all i have i my head is DBZ... guess when you're not practicing it, you just forget all of it !

you know people... for your body to actually do it, you must first, understand it, but what is missing from peoples... sad to say, but even me started to fade on that side too ! is BELIEVEING !

if you start to ever say that you're not gonna do it, then your body will not be able to control it and you will surely not suceed !
all i have in my mind those days are how i will survive that TRAINING i'm going to undergo in the next JOB i'll have ! also, forget about all that DBZ crap, its really nothing like that ! its way different ! at least that's how i have been feeling it when i was able to do it !

someday, i will restart to do it !
for now, only DARK is in line to give them what they need to do it !
all i can say is... PRACTICE, even if it doesn't work, practice it, for a lots of people, it just doesn't come right away. i was one of those. so i know what i'm talking about !

I can generate energy from every part of my body but it takes about 10 min of hard meditation for me to do that, and I'm usually able to do it for about three minutes. Have you been able to produce anything yet?


Oh and Karma you should really practice again I bet you would be suprised what you could do

ok ok ok
first let me say i took martial arts when i was 11
and i enjoyed it thoe i didnt stay very long my parents couldnt aford it
but!!!....
i just tried what u said and in 2 minutes i felt my arm pulsating
it went from my hand to my shoulder... i wonder if i did it right
as for karmas thing i will try it soon
first i tried with my right hand then i tried with my left
i felt like something was running inside my arm
let me know if i did it right
