My fastest time defeating someone was about 5 seconds. As soon as the match started and said fight they left the game.

Besides that my fastest time was about 15 seconds in an onslaught fight.

Yea It happens all the time. Even if you have 3 levels and tag out at the beginning the levels will disappear. Its a glitch hopefully it will be fixed in one of the upcoming updates.
