I can help, but how will I be able to tell the Percentage?

the life is 13 bars, so a calculator will help, pick a character, and when you do a special move, then you can see the measure, so if you do 1/3 of one bar, then you can see that its 1/39 which is equivalent to 2.56%.

Oh I get it... You count by those LINES on bottom of the bar, right? If so... I'll just tell you "How many lines it go down" and you do the calculation cuz I dont know how YOU do them...
