the idea is, u go there to fight others who have fast modems. to verify, it would ping ur computer, and only people with ping under, say....400 could get in, and it would show ur ping inside.
while some might think this would end up excluding people with slower connections, u could limit the capacity of this "cable club" to, oh....25-35 people

back to the topic, you say that a cable club would not close the game for slower machine but it actually would cause no one would ever have a 56ker, or a slower modem (me), in there game !

next thing to know is that even a guy on cable can have a ping of higher than 500 so even cable guy would be prohibed to enter your thing !

And yeh, I always have a Ping higher than 500, it usually stays in 700-3000's (Im serious).
But for my opponents, they tell me I lag very less...

There are times where they get lagged by me also, but I get lagged a LOT!!!

This "Cable guy" thing is kind of confusing. An the porn subject is just for pervert's that can't see the real stuff in real life. So as for with the cable gut thing i say people should just get DSL if there connetion is slow.
