Okay basically I am trying to put a certain image effect on my page. It works on a page by it self, but when I put it on a page with other stuff on it, it doesn't work.

The effect is basically a banner disloving into another banner.

On this page the banner just stays the same. Please right click each page and look at the source code. The sources should be the same.
