View Full Version : Forevermore - A time to be remembered and played.

Before I explain the gameplay, let me go over the rules for rpg playing.
1) No controlling other characters intensively without a person permission, or without doing it well. If your character was controlled by someone else during a battle, and he's an outgoing type of character that jumps into a mob of wild animals with a stick, then I don't think you'd want someone taking your character and making him run away like scared child while everyone goes into the fray.
2) No killing off other player characters without their permission.
3) No Spamming.
4) When not typing something in the rpg, please write anything else in between and . This helps stop a lot of confusion between comments, etc.
5) Have Fun.
6) Try to follow-up what a person writes.
7) If you have something planned, please tell everyone ahead of time so that you can execute your plan. This also saves a lot of time and confusion between everyone. You do not have to, however, spoil surprises. You can just say you have something planned, and that you wish for people to slow down a bit while you lead everyone into the planned event.
8) If you take charge (see rule 7), then you take responsibility for the rpg. If you don't give any plot information, and you suddenly disappear for two weeks, then no one will know what to do, and will be lost. Try not to do that.
9) You cannot take charge of the RPG too many times. Let everyone have turns.
10) I don't want to hear anyone say (or read anyone write) that they dislike another person's character, or that they dislike a person. If they join, they join and that is that. The only reason why they could be kicked out, is if they're literally ruining the rpg, and it shows.
11) Have fun, and use your imagination!
Rules in the gameplay
Elements:
^_^ Here are all of the silly little elements that are available for now. I'll list elements that are not YET available afterwards. I'll also list which has an advantage/disadvantage over another element. You do not need magic to get an element. You also do not need to have an element in order to start; however, it is preferable that you do have an element.
Auto-available elements:
Wind
Water
Fire
Earth
Thunder
Non-elemental
elements available after some time:
Ice
Storm
Tone (see note next to element info)
Dark
Light
Metal
Non-elemental
Wood
Lunar
Cloud
Pulse
You may also create your own element. HOWEVER, you must explain what it is, and it must also have a weakness and strength (since I already placed any and all elements that could NOT have a direct weakness). If you don't have a weakness, then you must at LEAST place down elements that will not be affected by the new element; and maybe what it nullifies (and is nullified at the same time). I've created three of my own, so I'll show you at the end.
You may also add status-inducements to your elements; such as studying under the wind element can increase your speed by 10%.. and as you get stronger, you can ALSO level up certain status inducements. Status inducements that can be leveled up will be denoted by a *. More will be explained about leveling up status inducements later.
*** - Further explanation towards denoted ability will be told.
**** - Will not work outside of a Direct Attack/Counter attack.

Luck: In this case, Luck tells how often you will be affected by status effect-magic and attacks. If you are affected, it also tells how long it will last. This goes for good status effects, and bad status effects. This also affects your limit break ability. Luck changes the rate that you can gain a limit break in.
Amnesia: If this works, you will forget your abilities for a while. This includes special attacks, magic, etc. This may also mess with your memories. Magic-induced only.
Vitality+/-: This either lowers or raises the target's maximum hp-levels. Magic and Cloud-based attacks only.
Transfom: This is only available to people who have a clan that requires or enables them to transform in order to become a stronger version. For instance, say.... a Werewolf. They need to see the moon in order to transform. With Lunar, they can gain the spell to allow them to transform themselves at anytime.
------------------
Physical Attacks:
As always, attacking physically is based on your character strength, and their weapon(s). If you have a high attack strength, then you'll cause more damage, and the opposite if you have a low attack strength. If your character can use more than one weapon at once, then you can have up to two attacks in one physical attack that involves the use of weapons.
Rules with attacking physically:
1: Yes, your character is alive. They CAN become fatigued, and lose strength, etc.
2: Your characters weapons can dull (blade weapons only), or break
3: Please be realistic when attacking. Not one character should be able to do damage to an enemy with a physical attack, if the enemy can defend themselves well enough.
4: Your character can and will be hurt during a battle, unless they're able to evade well, they weren't in the battle, they avoided fighting, they defended the entire time, etc. No character can always avoid damage. Ever.
5: If you're using a weapon that involves a lot of dexterity to handle (for instance, a Razor Fan), then your character will have a tendency to hurt themself. This cannot be avoided, even with a high dexterity rate. However, your dexterity will help you not hurt yourself.
6: Physical attacks cannot reflect magic, or split the world in two.
7: Please be real. Real means, think about how a battle would really happen. In a real battle, people cannot just slice through others with a single physical attack. People can also dodge, defend, deflect, clash, tie, or become engaged in a hold. No one just stands still and watches with a blank mind.
8: No Instant death physical attacks or weapons.
-------------
Magic:
Yes, MAGIC! Can ya believe it? Magic, in this rpg, can mean attack, defend, heal, support, or attribute magic. There are also special magics, that can summon, and do other things. Magic is highly dependant on your Wisdom and Spirit levels. If you have a high Wisdom level, your magic will be stronger, and the opposite will happen for a lesser Wisdom level. Spirit is the ability to defend against spells.
Oh, and yes, there is "MP". I will explain that in another section.
Basic rules:
1: Target-all magic will generally be weak.
2: Magic MUST be of a specified element. Non-elemental is an element in this case.
3: Magic effectiveness is ruled by your Wisdom and Spirit levels, as well as the target(s).
4: Early level characters cannot have many spells.
5: Be real. You cannot go into all magic types and become very powerful in all of them. You can only become very powerful with magic if you choose a few types to learn into.
6: Learning magic takes time.
7: You may only get elemental magic if you are of an element.
8: Elemental attributes will always apply.
9. Spells DO take time to cast. You cannot instantly cast a spell, never. Be realistic.
10. All characters, even enemies can cast spells.
11. You can only target so many people, or so big of an area at once. At lower level spells, or lower levels in general, Magic cannot target large amounts of area or people. Only magic that is supposed to target all can hit more than one target at any time.
12. All magic can affect your surroundings. If you cast a flame spell that has a large range, and you're around a forest or grassy area, most likely you'll burn it all away.
Now, an explanation on the first five magics mentioned.
Attack magic- Magic that is used in an attack form.
Rules:
1: No Auto-death, unless you go into the specific elemental magic.
2: Attack magics can collide, and nullify/defeat each other.
3: No one is not allowed to do attack magic. However, you need to go into the study of this area in order to do so.
Defend Magic- Magic that is used in a defensive form.
Rules:
1: Defense magic can defend against magic and physical attacks.
2. Defense magic can completely defend against magic (at higher levels and strengths), but not physical attacks.
3. Defense magic can be broken.
4. If the defensive magic is very strong, it will require that you use a lot of concentration and power in order to use it. This means you cannot do anything else, unless you take down the defense.
5. Defensive magic can also be used to reflect other magic, but only at high levels.
Healing magic- Magic used to heal characters
Rules:
1. You can't heal TOO MUCH at a time. Healing magic takes time to be completely effective.
2. You cannot fully heal someone until later on in the rpg.
3. Elemental attributes do NOT apply, unless your healing magic is based upon an element.
4. You cannot recover lost MP with Healing magic.
Support Magic- Magic that is used to support characters.
Rules:
1. Support magic can go anywhere, from raising strength, or raising speed/evade.
2. Support magic also includes magic that lowers stats.
3. Support magic can not cause a high raise in stats without affecting the character being targeted. If you try and layer the effect, the character can become weaker in other areas.
4. Support magic will have a higher percentage of not working. The usual percentage for support spells is 65%. It becomes more or less possible with a higher luck.
5. Support magic CAN be dispelled or blocked.
Attribute magic- Magic that enables elemental attributes. This is probably the most versatile of the magics, since you can basically attribute any element to any given area or target. For instance, if I attributed wood to a specific spot, a tree might grow there and become a little environmental hazard (or a natural shield). Or, if I was strong against water, I might cast a water attribute spell on an enemy to disable them from hurting me much or at all.
Rules:
1. Magic cannot affect more than one target character. If it's a target area, then you may target only a small portion of area.
2. Attribute magic can be dispelled.
3. ANY element can be attributed to any character, no matter what their element is.
4. Elemental attributes ONLY affect physical attacks if targeted onto a fighter/character.
5. Elemental attributes do apply elemental effectiveness (strengths and weaknesses), but not stat changes.
6. Attribute magic wears off quickly.
7. You may learn attribute magic of any element, no matter if you have a specific element of your own.
Now, for summon Magic, and special magic:
Summon Magic- Magic that is used to summon other creatures/beings. This may mean special beings, or just regular beings; or perhaps random animals.
rules:
1. Summon magic may only summon as much as the person's ability allows.
2. Summon magic can bring in creatures with either magic or physical attacks.
-If the summoned creature uses a spell, they may use any of the 5 types of magic listed above.
3. Summon Magic does not need a specific element. However, if you are going to have elemental summons, then elemental effectiveness DOES weaken/strengthen the help you get.
4. Summoned creatures can stay for as long as you want, but they do have limited power. ^-^;
5. Summoned creatures can also damage the summoner if the attack in question is very powerful and is in close range.
6. Summoned creatures can target as many targets as wished. However, effectiveness of the action lessens with each target added.
Other Special Magic:
You may create your own type of magic. Just make sure it follows the rules, and makes sure there are weaknesses and strengths. I'm all for creativity, but all-powerfulness is something that can be saved for your fantasies. ^-^ But, please, don't hesitate to create your OWN magic. Um... Here, I'll even make my own up (that I may or may not use, for all I know..).
Dream Magic: Magic that is accessed through the use of sleeping people in a nearby area.
+ It's strong with more sleeping people
+ You may actually place a person into a dream, if you're powerful enough
+ You may use this magic if YOU'RE asleep!
- If there's no one sleeping nearby, the magic becomes useless.
- If the nearby sleepers are somewhat far away, it may take a long time to activate
/ The magic can become elemental depending on the dreams taken.
/ The magic can be defensive or offensive depending on the dream taken.
See? Some pros and cons, and then some random information that don't fall in either category.
---------------
Limit breaks:
Yes, there ARE limit breaks. However, here are some rules:
1: Limit Breaks are only desperation moves. They can only be used in the following situations:
A: If your character is near-death
B: If your character is alone, and is in a bad spot
C: If your character is the last one standing in a group for ANY reason.
D: If your character has "Aura" effect.
E: If your character has a deep seeded hatred against the enemy in question. However, this cannot be all enemies. There has to be one (or a few, maybe) specific enemies that we will face through out the RPG that you will and do hate.
2. If your character is very weak Vitality wise, and is almost always near death, your limit break must be either a healing limit break, or a weak limit break. It's not fair if you take your limit break and make it super powerful, and then be able to use it all the time.
3. Use your judgement. Limit Breaks will NOT always be available when in desperation
4. The Limit breaks will still use your elemental attribute that you go into.
5. If you are fighting against another player, you must OK your limit break's effect with them. Be smart when doing this: If the other character is strong, and yours has the Vitality problem, you won't damage them too badly unless they have a weakness. If they're strong, and you're strong too (but obviously not as strong as them at that point), then maybe they can take more than one hit?
6. You may only use a limit break up to three times in one battle. But unless you have a high luck, you cannot use them one after another. Exceptions to this rule may be made if you have a vitality problem.
7. You may not have an instant death Limit break. Nope. If you even try that, either that part will be ignored, or the entire post. It will be up to the discretion of the next writer. However, Limit breaks that remove enemies from battle, or allies from the battle are acceptable, as long as the enemies or allies are not placed in very far away areas (unless its a strong limit break) or are dead.
8. You may gain new limit breaks when:
A: You gain enough experience.
B: You go into another element.
C: You change your class (if ever).
D: If you change to a different type of weapon. However, this means that the limit break in question has to be a limit break that needs the specific weapon; thus, it dispels your last limit break from existance until you re-equip that other weapon type.
9. You may combine your limit breaks with other characters, if and ONLY if they give their consent to you. However, this means that you must have information about the limit break you are trying to create. These types of limit breaks can be stronger than usual; but if you make bad combinations, you can actually weaken the limit strengths. Bad combinations are defined by:
A: Element
B: Character moods and compatability (how well they like each other and can work together)
C: Limit break types (Defensive and Offensive limit breaks will usually not create a good combination)
D: Status effects
- If a character is cursed, blinded, silenced, etc., they may not be able to make a good combination unless the status effect does not affect their limit break's effectiveness.
10. Limit breaks, if you could not already tell, may be magic or physical attacks. It can also be a supportive thing, like a combination of defensive spells, or maybe item creations when two items are mixed together.
-----------------
Explanation of the Clans:
Clans are probably the MAIN focus, and probably one of the most fun parts of this rpg. Clans decide your species, your belief (perhaps), your kingdom, where you came from, your god/deity/super being (if you have any), and even your character specific abilities! Because of everything it decides, you are allowed to create your very own clan. Just make sure to remember its name, and what its laws are for later on in the rpg; we may be visiting. Be as creative as you would like to be for this part. As for naming the clans..
For example... um... here's a clan name:
The Black-Backs
Mind you, it doesn't have to be named like this. hmm.. the "black-backs". o.o; Again, you don't have to name it like this. I'm just really bad at creating names for group things like this. ^_^;
-------------------
Creating your character:
Ah, yes, so you want to create a character. What type of character do you want? Do you want a character who can fight well, and is fast? Or perhaps the magical being with a strong will for spell casting is your forte? Well, with this, you should be able to know how to choose your character, and create him well enough so that he's capable of doing what he's supposed to do.
....so for this part, that means I need a scale for the numbers and stuff... >.c; More thinking for me.
Ok.. well it's pretty obvious that EVERYONE will start at level 1, no matter when they join. (Unless it's REALLY far into the rpg.. if it survives that long...)So, no matter what, we'll keep our stats a little low for now. Here's the breakdown of the stats that you will need to supply, and think carefully about.
Vitality
MP
Strength
Dexterity
Defence
Wisdom
Spirit
Luck
Speed
Evade
Hit %
Stamina
Vitality - Your hp rating. How high is your health going to be?
MP - Your MP. You're magic power. How long you can cast your spells depends on this, since every spell uses some MP.
Strength - Your strength. Your raw power, without your weapon.
Dexterity - Your ability to use weapons, or just be good with your hands. A higher dexterity also allows for good technique.
Defence - Your defensive strength. You well can you withstand physical attacks?
Wisdom - Your Magical prowess. How strong is your spell? It all depends on this.
Spirit - Your ability to defend against magic. A higher stat will weaken a spell cast on you.
Luck - Explained already during the elemental tutorial.
Speed - Your fastness.
Evade - Your chance of evading characters physical attacks.
Hit % - Your chance of not missing against an enemy. If you're blinded, obviously this becomes worthless.
Stamina - Your ability to stay up and at 'em. In fact, if you have a high stamina, and you're supposed to be KO'ed, you could probably just grit your teeth and continue.
Things to keep in mind when choosing what stats to power up:
1. Defence and Spirit are opposites of Strength and Wisdom. If you have a character that has a high stat in the Defence and Spirit department, your Strength and Wisdom must be lowered to contrast that effect.
2. Evade is also pushed up with your speed rating. A High speed must create a high evade rating.
3. Stamina has nothing to do with Vitality. ^-^;
4. Mp has nothing to do with Wisdom or Spirit. ^-^;
5. If you're creating a character that is supposed to be a warrior of physical types (a swordsman? Or a hunter? Or perhaps a big sweaty guy that wants to choke people to death...), then you must contrast them correctly. A character trained to be proficiant in the arts of physical attacks will probably excel at it; while, at the same time, they'll be horrible with magic. This goes the same for a person that's trained for just the use of magic: They'll be physically weaker, but magically stronger (and perhaps smarter?).
Basically, now that I've written that, I've finally decided to just say that the highest stat point possible is 255. ^-^; So, because of that, we start with lower numbers here, like... 14, or 7. etc. Exceptions rise for Hp (vitality) and Mp.
Now, here's some examples of balanced characters of different types:
A turtle character (a defensive character..):
Vitality: 350
Mp: 28
Str: 7
Dex: 5
Def: 16
Wis: 5
Spr: 18
Luck: 12
Speed: 4
Evade: 6
hit %: 97 (out of 255, people..)
Stamina: 22
A speed-type character:
Vitality: 389
Mp: 34
Str: 10
Dex: 12
Def: 15
Wis: 7
Spr: 7
Luck: 6
Speed: 18
Evade: 22
Hit %: 90
Stamina: 13
A Health-ful character:
Vitality: 403
Mp: 48
Str: 7
Dex:8
Def: 10
Wis: 6
Spr: 9
Luck: 34
Speed: 12
Evade: 13
Hit %: 92
Stamina: 19
A Fighter character:
Vitality: 435
Mp: 13
Str: 19
Dex: 17
Def: 15
Wis: 5
Spr: 7
Luck: 12
Speed: 14
Evade: 15
Hit %: 104
Stamina: 17
A Magician:
Vitality: 306
MP: 78
Str: 6
Dex: 10
Def: 7
Wis: 20
Spr: 24
Luck: 24
Speed: 10
Evade: 13
Hit %: 82
Stamina: 8
See? But the choices are up to you to make. You decide the numbers. Just balance it out between your characters. Please be fair to those who are fair! ^-^
-----------------
..Just to be sure; this RPG takes place in a wierd time: There is plumbing in existance, houses are well built, and there are villages (but mostly lots of land!); yet there is no electricity, or advanced machinery. That means, no guns, no electric stuff, no explosives, no TNT, no Atom bombs, and no rockets of any kind. Just thought I should make that clear now. ^-^
Edited By Roll on Mar. 24 2004 at 03:06
It was a cool, breezy spring morning. The light shined through a window that was cleaned not too long ago, and the light that passed through was very warm against the soft bed that it lay against. The bedsheets were neatly folded, and the owner had just left the room; yet, the door remained open and the room became lonely. A girl ran down some stairs leading from the room. She had shoulder-length blue hair that flowed gently as she hopped down steps at a time to reach the landing. She turned, and went in the direction she was facing, and went up to her mother who was currently washing something. The girl spoke, and the mother turned to look at her. She took a quick look at her daughters golden eyes, her blue hair, her smile, and how pretty she looked-- to her at least. She crouched down, and began talking to the little girl, who immediately began to listen and remember what she was hearing.
This is a vast world we all live in... A world that is very special and dear. There are many, many different kinds of people living in it, all of them with their own uniqueness. Many towns exist, as well as citidels, cities, countries, continents-- and so much else. To explore it all would be quite the long journey, but it would be a journey well worth taking. Yet, it is not all good. There are many evils in existance, especially during these times. The evils of greed, mourning, revenge, hatred.... and most of all, jealousy. Jealousy over not having what one wants to have so badly, while someone else may have it...somewhere. Then the griefs of being seperated from ones own home can be terribly great; not just for us, but for everyone. Since there are many different groups and clans of beings on this world, and just as many lifestyles, adaptation will be one of the greatest challenges of all time. But I have faith that we will be alright. That is all I have faith in right now... and since we are special, I am certain you can see and feel it too. You can feel the strange energies moving in circles around the planet... you can feel that something is not right; like there is something that is changing for the worst part. But at the same time, the world is also changing for the better...
The little girl tugged on her mom's arm, and the mother was out of her trance-like state. She looked down at her child.
"What is the matter, Akiko?"
Akiko looked at her mother with a look of boredom. "While all of that is well and good, mother, what does that have to do with picking strawberries?"
Her mother looked at her with confusion. "Strawberries?"
"Yes, mom. I'm fourteen now, so I want to go pick strawberries alone! Can I go now?"
Her mother laughed heartily. "Of course you can! It's still daylight, and since when did you need to ask to do work?"
Akiko ignored this, and immediately ran to the opposite room to pick up a straw-weaved basket from the corner. She went to the front door, and put on her shoes before she left with a yell of "I'm off! I won't be back for at least two hours!". That was when Akiko's mother remembered that it was Akiko's birthday today, and she told her that on her fourteenth birthday, Akiko was to pick strawberries from the sacred garden so she could make a few strawberry tarts for her. But what she was really going to do, was prepare her gift that she was supposed to have given her at birth. She smiled and wondered continuously, before preparing some dough for the delicious tarts.
As Akiko wandered down the hill and away from her house, she thought of the promise her mom gave her. She really wasn't too thrilled with the idea, since her mother was a terrible cook. When she made chocolate, it was so bad that no one could truly say it was good; not even to be nice. But she would pick them anyway; if not for her, then for her mother. Besides, she was always asking for a big challenge, and this seemed like a good one: to eat, and then live to tell about it. When she finally reached the bottom of the hill, Akiko went south and into the vast fields of lush, short, green grass. Akiko was very happy and felt very alive whenever she was in these plains. With the sky above her being so lovely and blue, the sun shining so nicely, and the breeze blowing so playfully gentle, she was at peace.
She neared the sacred garden, which lay near a very large and clear lake. The lake was so vast and beautiful, and the scenery around it (more fields, and then a surrounding of mountains) made it so much the more beautiful. Akiko went over to the gardens, and passed by the many growing fruits, vegetables, and herbs before stopping in front of a large patch of strawberry plants. Sighing cheerfully, and looking at all of the strawberries, she quietly picked them. When she was totally finished picking the strawberries, Akiko went a little farther east and lay in the grass. She was about a half a mile away from the lake, and she was proud of it. Now, she wanted to doze off in the wonderful warmth and embrace of nature; and she did so, calmly and slowly.
....When she woke up again, the sun looked like it was about to set in about several hours. It seems she had been napping in the grass for at least 3 hours. She got up, took her basket of strawberries, and moved on along home. She just started to walk up the hill, when she felt like something bad had happened. She began to run as fast as she could in order to get up to the hill so she could see for herself. When she made it up to her house, she was relieved in her heart: everything was just fine. She opened the door to her lonely little house, and went inside. Everything was normal, and everything was in place. She called out to her mother, and waited for an answer. When there was no answer, Akiko shrugged, and decided that her mother was just in the bathroom. She took off her shoes, and moved towards the kitchen; but then she tripped and dropped her basket. She crawled around on the floor, and retrieved the strawberries again, and crawled into the kitchen after the strawberries that were in there. As she picked them, she noticed they were leaving a red trail on the hardwood floor. Strange as it was to Akiko, she continued to pick them up.
As Akiko was picking up the last strawberry, a hand had just fallen from above her, and had hit the ground along with an arm. Akiko looked at the hand, saw it was attached to an arm, and the arm to a body, but they were all laying on the ground. There was flower dress covering the body, just like the one mom wore... but that was because it was her mother. She dropped the strawberries, and crawled to her mother to see what was wrong. Her mothers eyes were open, and they were looking very worried. Her mother spoke up.
"Akiko... please hide."
"But!!---"
"Just hide, now!"
Akiko ran and hid inside of a crawlspace she discovered as a child. She heard footsteps, a laugh and then a door opening and slamming shut. She immediately got out of the crawl space, and ran to her mother. Her mother's breathing was very shallow, like she wasn't going to be able to do it anymore. She cupped her mothers hand in hers, and fought back tears as she asked her whether she was alright or not. However, Her mother just shook her head, and looked at her.
"Akiko... you're safe. The man that came here; he is bad. Very bad. I'm glad you weren't here... he was looking for you. -- Shush! Don't speak now. This is important, since I do not have much time left. There was something your father left for you a long time ago. It's in my room, in the closet. You'll find a little box on the floor, that has a symbol on it. You'll find it. Open it, and take what is inside; it's all yours. And finally, Akiko, there was something I was supposed to give you when you were born. I actually took it away from you after you were born: It was giving you so much stress, that you wouldn't ever look well. So, I took it from you. Don't ask how. Just... take it back. You're ready for it now; so please..be silent.."
Akiko watched her mother, as she brought her hands together. She looked like she was in terrible pain, but she continued. As Akiko watched, she saw something very incredible. Her mother was forming a beautiful pink ball of light, and as it grew, Akiko felt it's light. For some reason, a melody was forming in her mind... a very sweet melody... And then the ball stopped growing. It began to move very fast in left-right directions, and Akiko was watching them very closely. Then suddenly, the ball shot out in her direction, and literally went through her. She was flung backwards... but she never hit the ground, or a wall. Instead, she was stuck floating in midair with the ball of light floating around her continuously. Soon, it became clear to her, as it should have been since the start of the entire pink ball thing. This power... whatever it was... it belonged to her.
Soon, she came to the ground with a large thud, yet the ball of light was still there. She looked at her mother again, and she was sweating badly. Akiko knew what that meant.
"Akiko... do not grieve. Do not be sad. I die a happy woman, who was loved by a man, and had a child. ..I wanted to tell you so many things.. but I only have time to say so little..."
Akiko: "But Mother, who did this to you? Tell me, please!"
... : "...Akiko, I wouldn't know for the life of me. All I know, is that he made a sword appear out of thin air, and it soared through the air before it..."
Akiko: "Oh... mom..."
... : "I really wish that I could have been a better mother to you. I wish I could have kept you out of this exile that you had to suffer... Yes, exile. It's why we were always alone. So, my dear daughter... know that I love you... and will always care for you...Oh, A-Akiko....."
She took in another breath, and sighed her final breath away.
Akiko looked at her mother with a sad look, as she desperately fought back tears. Her mother would have hated to known that Akiko cried because she died; She even told Akiko that herself. So, instead, she sucked it up...
The next day, Akiko went into her mothers closet, and found the box she was talking about. There was pair of gloves inside, and some jewels, and some pieces of cloth, and some thread, and a note. She picked up the note. It read:
"Dearest Daughter of mine,
I truly have no idea what your mother could have named you, since I shall surely die before you are born. I have made something just for you, because our village elder has instructed me to do so. The gloves that are inside, and the cloth are made of very strong material. It is very good cloth, and by the time you get the gloves, you will not find anymore cloth like it. You will not need to worry about them being damaged, or them getting old. They're silk infused with Rubellite, which gives you protection with the gloves. No sword can truly cut through Rubellite, not when its this concentrated; so I believe you will be fine wearing that all the time. It even washes well! In any case, everything else is a gift from the peoples of my village. If you ever need to find out anything about me, or maybe even your mother, look for the village called Shipaisi, and ask for an old man, named Might. He will tell you all you ever need to know... if he's still alive. In any case, I love you, my only daughter.
-Your father,
Talon "
She thought about the name. Might; she would remember it always. However, she was not ready to go find him yet. All of the things that she would have to ask... even worse, what she would have to tell. Facing it once was hard enough; a second time was almost suicidal. So instead, she put on the gloves. Afterwards, she noticed a gem was embedded in her left glove. She wondered about that; but first, she had to do something. She took the cloth, thread, and the gems, and went to look for her sewing kit.
-------------- A year later ----------
The day was as beautiful as it was a year ago. Everything was perfect, almost exactly the same. However, Akiko was standing near the lake; above her mothers grave. She buried her about twenty yards away from the lake a long time ago. She moved forward to the lake, and stood in front of it. A breeze came in and played delicately with her hair. She was wearing special boots now, made of the special cloth her father gave her. She kept the gems out ofuse, for now, and decided to sell them if she ever needed money.
Akiko no longer had the ball of light floating around her anymore; it had become a part of her when she had finally gained control of her special power.
She knew that it was just the beginning of her life, so she decided. She finally decided, and a melody started to sing itself without her even thinking of it. However, what she sang held a message...
"..Mother... It has been a year since it has happened. I am now traveling on a journey in order to tell him what I could not say a year ago. Now... now I believe I could say more easily what I could not say before.
I know. I know Might is alive (I can feel it, somehow). He is alive, here, living under the same skies as I. So you see, Mother... so you see there is no need to worry."
Akiko stopped singing, picked up a small bag that she had lain on the ground a bit earlier, and as she began walking east, she looked back at her mother's grave. She let one tear fall, and then continued. Her first destination would be the town that lay over on the otherside of the mountain; the desert town of Kirtsnechiez. She would surely be there by the next night. She was going to find out the truth for herself... and her first and only clue would be Might.
[ooc] And so begins my RPG... Forevermore. Feel free to join at your own will... but I expect to see that if you do join, you take this a little seriously. ^-^ I put a lot of work into just this first post... and the rules themselves.
Btw, there was a sound file supposed to be heard in this post. If you really would like to hear it, please message me on AIM or MSN; I can/will send it.[ooc]

well, of course i had time to hear it before it got off, as for the bio of AKIKO, well it wasn't working at all ! want to put it on my upload ROLL ? its way better and never runs me off ! PM me if you want, i hae plenty of space and i clean the place up a few times. we can share the same deal if you want, or i can create you a new account there and give you the FTP info !
Udes was running thru the forest. wondering what was hapenning, why those monsters were running after him. why they wanted to kill him ! suddently a sound broke his thoughts, he stopped moving and looked behind. He saw his mother trying to save him. she had the surprise effect so it seemed that she had gained the upper hand. but it was merely changing everything. she got knocked out into a tree. UDES yelled
UDES:"MOTHER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
He ran toward her, bashing at the monsters, his father had shown him how to fight for the last 7 years. stillhe was just a kid. what can a 12 years old beast can do to save his mother ? he got knocked out as well. all he could see was his mother getting killed by one of the monsters.
UDES:"MOTHER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
*Wakes up*
Udes was breathing heavily, still in shock, he looked around the room to notify it was only a dream. he started to breath more slowly. he standed up from bed. then walked down to the window.
UDES:"Why do i keep dreaming of this instant ? its'been three years now. why can't i put it out of my mind ?"
He openned the window to let the sun hit the room. he blinked at the beautifull sun. the day was marve|ous, it was like the whole city was at peace and it was great that way !
UDES:"Time to go !"
He looked around, saw his wooden leg pads and put them on. he then looked around for his arms pad and put them on as well. he then took his wooden armor and put it on just like the rest. but when it came down to his wooden sword, he couldn'T take it.
UDES:"Been 3 years father. three years ago, you saved my life back there. you gave me this CLAN JEWEL that is the SWORD OF THOAS. i think i understand now what kind of prophecy you spoke about. just hope you are still alive. wait for me father, i'm coming back home !"
UDES finally took his sword back and place it gently in his sheath. he walked out of the room and climbed the stairs down. many people never saw any wingned beast other then in a forest. so everyone looking at UDEs was kind of surprised and gave him a weird looking face. but udes didn't care as long as they kept their thought for themselves ! Still he had a pride given to him by his father and mother. as a RED LEAF member, he had to give proper gift for the help he received.
UDES:"Thanks for the service. i passed an excellant night ! here is a token of my gratitude !"
*Throws a few more coins on the table*
I. KEEPER:"Well thank you mister, feel free to come back any time you want !"
So udes smiled to the man and walked out of the inn. a magnificient city. a merchant city, a city where everyone could find everything they needed and they could buy everything they wanted. this city is also the middle point of all ocean port, the place where all ships could stop and reload so they could go on with their shipments ! it was a great place to come and go and UDES had always returned to such a place after his travels.
UDES:"Think i'll get some stuff, my next stop his the desert town of Kirtsnechiez."
and udes walked off to get to the item merchant. he bough a few things, food wise and lots of water. he paid the merchant and he walked out of the shop. as he walked out he noticed a few kids who were climbing in a tree. they cracking branches and were drawing on it with knives. he couldn't resist...
UDES:"Hey kids, what has this tree did to you to deserve such a treatment ?"
KID1:"Buzz off !"
KID2:"yeah, buzz off !"
*UDES sighted*
He jumped on the branches and landed gently on it, as if he was floating on it. the kids started to look at him weirdly wodering what he would do.
UDES:"You shouldn't hurt mother nature like that. one day she'll get back to you !"
KID1:"Mother nature ? let me laugh this is just a tree not a living thing !"
*KID2 was laughing*
UDES:"Don't say i didn't warned you !"
*Udes hoped on the branch*
The branch moved a lot and the kids were disstabilized, they both fell out of the tree. people were looking at UDES for being so cruel, but udes didn't care less about what they think. he just hates it when people hurt the nature ! the kids ran off crying.
Udes jumped out of the tree placed his hand on it and closed his eye. he could hear it say thanks ! he openned his eyes again and said "No problem, it should heal fast !" he then patted on it... then walked off to the entrance gate. he looked at the city again. then walked off town. next stop... the desert town of Kirtsnechiez.

The Clan Blitz, a clan of man-like wolves (Loach) , was fast asleep in their soundless mountain home. Well, after a long day of school and training, this wasn't an unusual event.
"Hey, wake up! Rawk! Wake up!" shouted an energetic, high-pitched voice.
Rawk turned over in his bed, away from the child who was trying to wake him up, and mumbled.
"Come on, Rawk!" the boy insisted.
"Nrgh ... Sleep," the wolf-man replied decisively.
"Rawk! There are shooting stars outside!"
This opened his the tired loach's eyes. Without a word, he jumped out of his bed and ran toward the balcony (Rawk was a lucky one; his room was one of around fifty on the side of the mounain). He put his hands on the rail, looked up, and just silently gazed at the wonderous site above. They didn't say anything for a while. The child just stared at Rawk as Rawk stared at the sky.
"When you gonna do it, Rawk?" asked the kid. "When you gonna leave?"
Rawk waited a while then said, "I don't know. When the time is right, I guess."
"But when will the time be right!"
Rawk took his hands off of the rail, looked down at the child and smiled. "I don't know," he said as he walked back into his room. He got in bed once again and fell quickly to sleep.
I r teh masterz0rs of short RP posts! Don't worry, my next post will be a change of pace, so yeah.

Akiko sighed. She was almost over the mountain, and it was already night time. She could not fall asleep at this time either; no matter where she looked, she always saw some type of shadow moving around in a threatening manner. So, she continued to climb the mountain without stopping, in hopes of getting to the bottom of the mountain, and completing her trek through the canyon that she had passed through once before. However, due to fatigue, constant movement, and the items that she brought along with her, she came to a stop and sat down on a protruding rock. She looked up into the sky, and watched the stars twinkle wildly. She gasped excitedly: there were shooting stars in the sky! She quickly made one wish, that she kept gently to herself, and left the other stars to be wished upon. She smiled, and remembered the last time she saw a shooting star: she was only five years old then, and she made a wish that still had yet to come true. But she had to admit, that wish was something that she could not expect to come true for quite a long time. She sighed, and after some more time of remembering, she got up, and continued with her journey.
She was able to smile at the tiny little patches of grass that existed on the mountain, and she enjoyed the crisp air as she climbed. The wind that blew was gentle and somewhat calming, and the gentle curves of the mountain as she looked were looking... very...sharp, tall, and concentrated in one area. She stopped, and let herself grow confused. Never before had she ever noticed that the mountains had curves like that; but perhaps it was because her mother took her over a different mountain, and she did live in the center of the mountainous terrain. Nevertheless, she proceeded with caution. She saw, in the sterling moonlight, the outlines of a few large holes and worked terrain. She had never seen so many caves before; not even the canyon that she once visited to get to that desert town. It was very... awe-inspiring to her. Perhaps she could meet plenty of new, interesting people in that area! She stopped being so cautious, and moved forward without much thought of being in any type of danger.
She climbed closer still to the biggest hole, hoping that maybe, just maybe, she might find someone that would be awake at this hour so that she may talk to them and see if she was welcome. She walked around in front of the cave, looking for a person inside, and found no one. She placed her head against the wall to try and hear if there was someone moving around in there.
There was no sound vibrations from inside the cave.
She knocked lightly on the wall, which made a dull (and quiet) thud sound, and waited. After two minutes had passed, Akiko walked to the edge of the entrance, and cautiously stuck her head through the entrance. There was no one inside, and it was dark; it was not really a good mix for her. Akiko walked in slowly with a lot of caution, hoping that no one who would be upset would see her. Suddenly, the hole behind Akiko disapeared and it was pitch black. There was now no way for her to see, and now she would have to rely on her other senses in order to get by. She quickly felt out for a wall on which to lean on, and found one that felt very.... wooden? She moved very slowly, with one hand on the wall, and one arm in front of her, in search of someone or something that could help her find her way. Then she realized; her little ball of light! Though it wasn't needed by her anymore in order to control her abilities, she could perhaps still summon it. She placed her hands to her chest, and felt out the ball. She finally found her little light, and she pulled it out so that it could shed light into the cave; though, the pink glow that it gave off was a little too tinted for excellent sight.
She entered the nearest cave to her as soon as she found it, and accidentally walked into a room filled with a few living beings. She had never seen anyone like them before... She moved closer, and had the light from her orb become softer as it continuously moved all around her. They.. were wolf-like; yet they looked like humans. The outlines on the being she was looking at definitely showed off muscular tendencies, and she took a step closer to look at the person. They were definitely a "he" as well... though, Akiko wasn't fully prepared to check to see if she was correct in her assumptions or not. She blushed when she thought of this: what if her assumptions were wrong? She shook her head, which in turn shook her hair, which caused some noise in the cave. She stopped moving: The sleeping Wolf-man thingy was stirring. This was not a good moment for her.
She quickly dimmed the orb, and walked towards the exit of the mini cave; yet, for some reason, she was not moving forward (though her legs were moving). She tried walking faster, and noticed that her feet were now sliding against the rocks on the ground as she moved forward, and that something was holding on tightly to her shirt. She turned her head around slowly, and saw that the wolf man awoke.
Her heart skipped a fewbeats.
She looked at the wolf-guy thing, and kept thinking to herself to not scream. She repeated the thought continuously, fearing that perhaps the wolf-person wouldn't allow her to move on (and that she would have to try and fight). She looked on at him, and before she knew it, he was looking at her. He had a very cinical look on his face, and it was scary to see first-hand. She waited, and still continuously told herself that she must not scream. Then he spoke the words she had wanted to hear from the beginning of the adventure.
"Hello."
She screamed. Within a few moments, more wolf-like-human-guy-people-things were inside the cave, and staring at poor Akiko. She stood very still, as a very tall he-wolf came and towered over her.
"What are you doing here?!"
Akiko would have died right there.
"Um...u....I.. I...... I.... I......"
She blushed terribly as she tried really hard to introduce herself to the scary being standing and staring down at her. When she finally succeeded in speaking her name five minutes later, the man just looked at her pitifully while she tried to tell the rest of her tale of why she was there.
Ten minutes later, she finally finished telling them the reasons of her intrusion. She stood there, blushing as she awaited their approval, disapproval, rejections, and perhaps their insults and scoldings. But as she waited, nothing was coming except for some sharp looks. Perhaps it would be best if she left.. She began to sidestep very slowly towards the exit, and stopped when a few more of the wolf-people covered the exit. There certainly was no escape now.. She held her orb in her hands, as she became even more afraid about what they could even try to do to her for her intrusions. She just hoped it wouldn't involve her fears..
Oh, and Razz, I hope you're not speaking of the English word Loach: the Europian or Asian fish which is similar to a catfish. ^-^; It would make no sense.

Good start !
MasterX05 : we don't care if you take characters already existant to you. as long as you don't make any info about any other RPG he was in... its a whole new adventure so you must play it like it was the first ever story he ever made it in !
glad you two made it...
RAZZ and MASTER that is !
all others we would really enjoy if you joined !
It's been a while since UDES passed the gate of the port. He been walking down the plains until he reached a few mountains. now he was wondering which way to go, he now had two ways to go. Either he was walking down the edge of the mountains until he gets near the city and then go ahead in the desert, Or he could go in the caverns right thru the mountains and gets into the desert by there !
Either way to go had one advantage and one disadvantage !
The mountain path was maybe the safest, but it was the longer to take and it would take him 3 days to get the desert and then 1 day int he desert before getting into the city he was going in. The direct path was the maybe th efastest and it would give him 2 full days ahead of the other route. but it was the most dangerous path ever taken !
UDES:"So what i like challenges and i like having a hard time !"
He decided to go thru and take the challenge. thing is... the less time he take to get to his homeland, the less time it will take to get the truth. so he walked on toward the mountain. climbed his way a few times. then he came across a cavern, he took a big breath and letted it go.
UDES:"Here goes nothing !"
He lit the torch he had and then goes inside. he had been walking down for a few minutes when the entrace disappeared behind him.
UDES:"The points of no return."
still Going on, he started to hear some noises coming from deep down inside. surely there was lots of activity going on. by UDES memory there was a few kind of creatures down there. were-like creatures and lycanthropes, a fewbats and a few dwarves very down below ! for this cavern to have lots of activity like that meant that there was a few things going on. maybe some travellers got in thinking it was the fastest way and didn't knew what was inside.
UDES:"Damn i hate travellers who don't what they are get in !"
UDES walked down faster readying his sword just in case.
TO BE CONTINUED...
Ok roll, this is a big mountain huh ! so i'm not already in the same area as you. but if you want me to get in to help your character, then fine make go in. if you don't tell and i won't find you now !

*Arthus was in the dungeon of his own castle and he was thinking what have just happen.
"How can he do that to me, I'm his own brother!!! Amelia I'm sorry! I couldn't save you from him, I'm terribly sorry. If I could go back in the past and change all that, but I can't. Curse you Cyrus!!! How can you betrayed me!!!"
A voice comming from inside his head: "I just did it, it's simple."
*A tall man wearing a mage robe suddenly appears in front of the cell. He looked at his brother and began to laught. He walked around the cell like he was making an inspection.
Cyrus:"You like this place don't you? It's where we were playing when we were kids. You always played the guard and I was the poor prisoner. Today, the role are reversed. Now what I'm suppose to do with you? I don't know, perhaps I'll just kill you or making you my slave."
Arthus:"I prefer to die rather than become your slave. So do it, kill me and continue your reign of terror."
Cyrus:"No, now I know exactly what I'll do with you." *His hands begin to glow and a strange book appeared* "Well well... there it is!!! Guards... take him and follow me."
*Two guards come into the cell and attached Arthus. Cyrus leads the little group to an old tower of the castle. He ordered the guards to put his brother on the edge of the tower and leave them alone.*
Cyrus:"Now from this place you can see all your stupid kingdom that was suppose to be mine. You'll be the guardian of this new place that I call The Forgotten grounds. What do you think of it? Oh well, I got important things to do but don't worry I'll take care of Amelia for you."
Arthus:"If you touch her I'll..."
Cyrus:"Same garbage like always... lets begin!!!

[color=orange:post_uid7]Well, my first post in the thread "Forevermore"..... I'm actually kinda nervous actually, cause I might as well... nvm..[/color:post_uid7]
[quote:post_uid7]"Dear Takin,
I've been having strange dreams lately. It's weird. It only started after finding that piece of jewelry from the caves near town. Anyway, I sold the piece, and the dreams started coming in. It started something like this... I'm standing all alone in a dark place.... And... then I see someone with a red coat on. I'm not sure, but... he looked something like one of those members from the "Mark Fores" clan. I need help.... You know in books, where they say that, one day, dreams can become true, and live in your life. Can you come to my village? it isn't that far... I'll understand if you don't wanna cooperate.... There's also somethi--"[/quote:post_uid7]
[color=orange:post_uid7]?: "....And that's all it says in the letter."
Takin: "He says he needs help...cause of dreams?"
?: "But will you go? This letter was sent about a week ago, so he's probably not expecting you anymore."
Takin: "That's not the problem right now, Gharol. What's important is to help the chief. I mean, he saved my life once from--"
Gharol: "From two kids. how do you expect to help him if you're too scared?"
Takin: "Don't judge me... I'm still too fast for you."
Gharol: "Yeah, and I got muscles."
Takin: "Shut up! I heard something...."
*Takin takes a look outside the window, and sees a masked person leaving."
Takin: "Wait here! I'm gonna go get him!"
Gharol: "Alright, but don't blame me if he beats you up..."
Takin: "Be quiet for once will you?"
TBC Well, here starts the story of my character Takin. Now all of you know he's fast already, (if you've read this part), but I still have to figure out the rest of his stats. Well, I hope this RPG goes far, and good luck.[/color:post_uid7]

The Loach held the intruder by the shirt and pinned her against the wall.
"You know what?" he asked. "I don't think I believe your cute, little story. I might as well just get rid ... "
"What is going on here, Sherak?" shouted a Loach who had just entered the room. His clothing was destinctly different from that of the others in the room. He woar white pants with a golden sash and a purple vest with golden trim. His fur was black, except for a white patch wich covered half of his face. He was one of the chiefs of Blitz.
"We've caught an intruder, sir."
"And you've decided to do what with her?"
"I was just going to ... rid us of her unneeded presence. Sir."
The chief walked toward Sherak and as quick as lightning, smacked him accross the back of the head with quite the loud bang. Blaze cringed and dropped the girl.
"You incompetant fool. If that's how you use your brain, I might as well rip off your head and use your neck for a toilet," the chief added. He walked over to the girl, who was now squatting on the ground, staying still because she didn't want to make anyone angrier at her.
I have to go. I'll finish this tomorrow.

well didnt knew razz had planned to be that specie you met roll ! guess my idea wasnt that great after all... oh well there goes your idea of meeting us soon.
kalem, lets rock together will ya.
after a while, udes wasnt so sure about going on, the cries of many beast was roaming around and he felt like he shouldnt have been there ! he started to regret having chosen that path, but at that point it was too late to go back so he still goes on.
suddently the ceiling fell behind him. it was followed by a big bang sound kinda like an explosion. he jumped into safety, then he ran down the cave it was going deeper and deeper. the place was becoming so dark that is torch was barely illuminating anything !
he continued to ran until something showed up. he ducked at the right time to dodge a fewbats that were flying around. he standed up again and he continued down the path. the path was going up and down a few times, yet it still wasnt a safe place to be. so it didnt ease his mind.
He was wondering why he had chosen the easy path compared to the safe one, when he saw an opening. he was glad to see the exit without having actually encountered anything other then bats. when he came out of the cave, he realized something he should have realised sooner...
UDES:"OH NO... mountains again ? did i miss a turn or something ? these musnt be the mountain i thought they were ! there is no way back, at least that i know of. so i must go on forward hoping it will get me where i want to be."
*udes searches his bag*
UDES:"there, all set, i will just map a map of the place as i go, that way ill know where i am when times comes up."
and so udes goes forward in the mountains in front of him hoping it is still the right path to the desert.
TO BE CONTINUED...
sorry, fdoing my best guys and girls, but it seems whatever i try its going awefully stupid. man, no one ever talks to me about these things... kalem, you do as you please to meet me and if you got a better idea then speak to me for damn sake !
Yeah, and I'm sorry about that, Roll. But hey, I'm not the one that wandered into another character's (whose controlled by someone with an incredible lack of commitment) clan's HQ :p . Oh, and I changed Blaze's name to Sherak. It fits better with the style of names that Loach have.
The chief knelt down in front of the girl so he could look her in the eye.
"What's your name?" he asked warmly.
"I ... it's Akiko," She studdered under her breath.
The noble wolfman nodded and stood up, holding out his hand toward Akiko. She grabbed it and stood up. The chief reached behind his back and took out a small rope.
"I'm sorry Akiko, but I'll have to tie your hands. We'll take'em off as soon as we can."
As they left the room, the chief shortly paused at the doorway and looked back disapointedly. Eventually, they came to a closed, wooden door and stopped.
"This is the elder's room. He'll have to decide what to do with you; let's go," said the chief as he put his hand on the doorknob.
"Wait," Akiko stopped. "What's your name?"
"Khesker."
Khesker opened the door, and there was the elder. He was sitting at a small wooden tabe, writing with his quill. He wore glasses and had a pipe in his mouth - the pipe wasn't lit. He sat there, writing and mumbling to himslef without glancing at the visitors. They walked up to the table and waited. Finally, the old - but not too old - Loach looked up and put his quill down.
"So," the elder rubbed his hands together, "what have we here?"
Akiko told the two wolfmen her story about how she got there, however long it took her to say; she was still a bit scared and uncomfortable.
"Well, you stumbled into the wrong room. Sherak's quite the character," Khesker commented.
Akiko smiled and nodded her head.
"Yes, and I apologize for him," said the elder. "We're not really used to non-members in our territory. Well, peaceful non-members anyway."
"It's okay. Really," replied Akiko.
"We would send you out on your way, but it's way too dark for a young lady to travel!" The elder slowly got up out of his chair, put his hand on his back, and bent backward, "We'll let you stay here for the night."
Akiko wasn't really sure whether to be grateful or skeptical. She didn't really seem to like the idea.
"Don't worry. We've got just the guy to keep you safe," added Khesker. "He's ... different, so he has his own room."
"Different?" Akiko asked.
"Well ... to put it simply, he's kind of an outcast. We don't really know why, he's just always alone; except for the little boy who always follows him around."
Khesker and Akiko left the room and walked down a few halls. They got to the room and opened the door. The Loach inside was on his balcony. He turned around and walked toward Khesker and Akiko.
"What's this?" He asked.
He wore red pants with a white sash around his waist. He also wore golden gauntlets. His fur was white, save a fewbrown spots here and there.
Khesker replied, "Rawk, meet Akiko. She's going to be staying here tonight."
"What? Why my room?"
"We can trust you. That's why."
Rawk walked over to Akiko.
"Hi," he said.
"Hello," she replied.
"See? You're off to a good start," Khesker said as he left.
If I do anymore, it's going to suck. Why? Because I'm not really in the RP mood, so, I wouldn't be very creative.
Roll, we must communicate soon :p MSN preferebly.

*The landscape who unfolded before ARTHUS's eyes, wasn't the one he remembered. The mountains who used to be covered in green grass were now vulgar rocks. The Time had probably won against the nature, or was it a disaster ? Only ARKAN knew it... However, among this desert of stone, something seemed to move around this labyrinth of rock. Trying his luck, ARTHUS dove discretely so he wasn't seen.
To himself:"How I'm suppose to be furtive with this body and those wings? To bad, if he reacts badly I've gotta be prepared."
*He lands about thirty meter further and wait for him. The creature was walking quietly like she wasn't sure which way to choose. When it came at a good distance he talked...
Arthus:"Welcome stranger, my name is Arthus and I don't wanna harm you."
The creature readyed his sword for combat... still letting it his sheath, he asked the man to come out of hiding.
Arthus:"Don't be afraid, I've already told you that I will not harm you. All I want to know is...
Creature:"Back of or you'll taste my blade."
Arthus:"Arrogant brat, you're just a... (It seems that the transformation has increase my anger, I have to control myself or I'll attack him) Sorry, what is your name?
Creature:"My name his Udes and I order you to come out of the dark."
Arthus:"I warn you, don't be mistaken by my appearance... (comming out of the shadow) Now listen to me...
Udes:"Don't come any closer monster."
Arthus:"I understand your reaction but listen to me. I am Arthus, prince of the kingdom of Avalon."
Udes:"Liar!!! Avalon is ruled by a maniac named Cyrus."
Arthus:"That's my brother and he is responsible for what I am today. Trust me, all I want is your help."
Udes:"I don't help the people of your kind!!!"
Arthus:"Fine!!! It seems that you'll never trust me. By the way, I observed you and you seemed lost."
Udes:"I know exactly where I'm going!!!"
Arthus:"Sure but just in case I'll give you this map. I am not certain of his exactitude but I think it'll be ok. Fare well my friend, it was a pleasure to meet you..."
*Arthus left Udes with the map and go south
Arthus:"I gotta reach Kirtsnechiez before the sunrise. Perhaps I'll find my answer there."

UDES:"What the hell was that all about ? he couldn't have been the person he said he was... by that legend i saw in that book... it told of a forgotten prince who disappeared and they never found him ! he cannot be who he claimed to be ! in any case... let's see this supposed map ?"
Looking at the map UDES noticed how the map was saying that the desert was the other way around ! but that map looked like it was made a long time ago... Udes wondered about the creature he had just seen...
UDES:"This map is so old... damn, this won't be of any help, tho the city ad desert still exists... i know that those hills there aren't there anymore ! dang, all to point toward the fact that this creature could have been there a hundred years ago ! how can it have lived that long ? oh well, at least now i know where i'm going !"
Udes packed the map in his bag and turned back taking the same way as the creature. still he wondered about the destination of that monster he had just met. it couldn't be going to the same place couldn't it ?
UDES:"Dang if that creature is going to the desert city like i do, many people can get hurt by it if it decides to attack it. dang, gotta move fast !"
Udes placed all his things in his bag and then closed the bag by pulling the small rope and then locked it with that same rope. he then threw it backward toward his back closed his wings on him and then started to run in the direction that creature took. he decided to ran on four legs which was the fastest he could ever run !
UDES:"Too bad i can't use my wings like that creature does.... it would have been so much faster to fly their ! oh well i'm still a fast runner !"
So udes followed the creature to the desert which the creature seemed to go in it... it must have been going to the desert city... so udes had to follow, but before ogin in as well, he took some bag of water and then drank a lot of it. he then thref offunneeded stuff as in the bag of water he just drank. and then continued to ran in the desert hoping to go on during the day when it wil come in... he also had to find a good place to stay when the blazing sun will strke the land !
TO BE CONTINUED...
Here i accelerated much of the travel to the desert... this way its gonna be less long to make it to that city we all seek !
also... it gives us a hint about my charcater being able to fly only a short distance due to his actual age, since he is a child and not even a teenager, well for his species that is. he never learned how to use them and he had to self teech how... so he can use them, but he rather run to get to different locations... running on two legs he can reech around 25 miles per hour as his TOP SPEED... but on four legs, he can reech up to 3 times that limit ! so he is a fast runner !
hope this helped understand mroe my character...

Hey this is me... SSJKarma... ok, since my cousin doesn't know anything about english... i will need to be his translator all the way till this ends. just so ya know, this name is his name... its a ctually the name of a card in MAGIC THE GATHERING. anyway... so if i write on this name, you'll know its him, not me who said what was said !
onto the story now...
In the desert near Kirtsnechiez.A being looks at the town while the sand and wind was waving his long black cape. A voice was remembered by the man...
?:"You'll have to prove yourself, if you want what's yours from right ! Go to the desert city of Kirtsnechiez !"
The city was a vaste fortresse that was used during wars long forgotten. the walls that circled around the city were all very high and wooden. the houses were designed to easily withstand any sand storms and the walls around the city were well made, enough for them to even hold their own during a twister !
At the gate lies the man...
JARETH:"I'm there !"
The being looked around and stopped on the inn. As he walked down to the inn. Something unknown to him was brewing in the nearby cemetery. In that cemetery there was a hold of tombs which were only denoted with sticks forming a cross. but sometimes, when known people died. a big rock with engraved texts were placed as tombstones.
At the far end of that cemetery, lies a tomb like no others. inside it, was a man shaped skeleton who's life was about to be restored. The sorcerer was wearing old clothes who were all trashed and a gold ring, a silver necklace with a round shaped jewel in the center.
[BACK TO THE SURFACE]
Two mans were digging the tomb. When they finished digging it, they openned the coffin. One of the men looked the other and said...
Men1:"I told you there was priceless jewels !"
With lots of eagerness, the man tooked the necklace by the jewel. But as soon as he touched it, something hapenned... The man yelled loudly as his mind was ripped appart. His spirit was absorbed by the necklace and brought back life to its wearer.
[Back to the INN]
Jareth was at the bar and was slowly drinking when his eyes turned over to see the door.
JARETH:"Its time !"
[Back to the cemetery]
The dead standed up, as the other man was striked with fear. he wanted to run away. The dead grabbed him by the head and stole his spirit as the man yelled his last word. The sorcerer was laughing as the lifeless body of the man fell on the ground.
When a sword striked the sorcerer right in the middle of his chest. the sorcerer all surprised looked around to see who threw the sword. he only saw a man running towards him.
SORCERER:"Who are you ?"
The sorcerer made a fireball and threw it. but it wasn't strong enough to deal damage. the man jump kicked the sorcere while grabbing his sword. the sorcerer got thrown at the tombstone. the sorcerer didn't had time to move, the man slashed the sorcerer with his sword. The sorcerer's bones were destroyed and separated in half. Its necklace fell on the ground, with the jewel in the center was cracked. Jareth then placed back his sword into its sheath, on his back. then got back inside the inn.

Hey don't take it wrong guys, KALEM you know JARETH, he likes very strong characters. well we spoke alot with roll about his character and we came to the conclusion that his character was damn too strong for this... but me and my cousin been speaking a lot rcently and now we got a good start on his char... he's very good right now... so i guess its gonna be fun playing around.
tell me if anything is wrong about this char ok...
I don't think there's anything wrong with the character. He's just well-trained. Just make sure he isn't all-powerful. He'll have to have weaknesses, and they shouldn't be too far-fetched.
Welcome to the RP, man.
"So....um...nice to meet you, Mr... what was your name again?"
"Rawk. It's Rawk. The pleasure's all mine ... I guess."
After being placed within the room that belonged to the Blitz clan's Rawk, Akiko found herself half-embaressed, in distress, and very sad. She was really hoping that something like this would not happen at all. However, the least she could do was express herself; after all, if she was to continue into this world, she would have to learn how to sometime. So, she spoke her soul out to the young Wolf-man.
Akiko: "I'm really sorry for intruding like this. I honestly didn't think this would ever happen.. I'm so embaressed now."
Rawk: "Eh, don't be. I don't get much company anyway."
Akiko: "Why? You're so kind!"
Rawk noticed that her face grew a tiny bit concerned and really surprised.
Rawk: "To tell you the truth ... I don't really know. Must be the whole reputation thing."
Akiko: "Reputation? What's that?...Does it hurt?"
Rawk laughed at her obvious, yet honest and truthful naiive disposition.
"Haha, no, no! A reputation's basically what people think of you, based on something you've done. The problem here is; I don't know what I've done."
Akiko: "Then... your reputation with me is a good one! In all honesty, not many people would be so cooperative with a person being intruded in on them, would they?"
Rawk: "Well, not here, anyway."
Akiko: "Well, I really could not know, so don't worry about giving me any wrong or just premature answers."
Rawk: "I wouldn't really know, either. I've been in this mountain range my whole life. All seven-teen years."
Akiko: "Really? I've been on that hill far off in that direction..." She took the liberty of the moment to knod in the direction of her home."..for all of my life. Well-- all except for three days when I went with my mother to the desert town."
Rawk: "Well, what a coinkidink." Rawk took a glance into the star-engrossed window, and became suddenly expressionless. "Hm, should probably get some sleep."
Akiko: "You can do so.. I can't sleep like this, I'm afraid."
Rawk: "Heheh, I understand. Being in a village full of wolf-people whom you've probably never seen or heard of before would be quite ... different, to say the least."
As Rawk went under his bed sheets, Akiko thought about her situation. Yes, it was true that it was a surprise to see wolf-people; but at the same time, they looked vaguely familiar, or at least very nice to her. She definitely was not afraid of them, but.. then what was her reason? What could she tell him to have him think the truth? She just decided to tell a side-motive instead of her complete motive. She turned to look at Rawk with eyes that glowed and glistened in the starlight ever so slightly.
She captured his attention.
"That's not it at all, Rawk.. I was on my way to the desert town; I had my heart set on reaching it in the afternoon.
...Yet, because I stopped, it doesn't seem like that will happen anytime soon, will it?"
Rawk watched her take an interest in the eastern-most wall.
Rawk: "Well, I wouldn't know. Like I said, I've never travelled. Wouldn't know what it's like." He looked out at the stars through the balcony. There was a particularly sparkly one out tonight.
Akiko: "I've never done that either. This is my first journey into the world; and, for all I know, it may be my very last as well. I suppose it all depends on the circumstances."
Rawk: "Yeah, I guess so. 'Night."
Akiko: "...Goodnight, Rawk."
She watched him turn under the sheets, and even watched as he drifted off to sleep. She looked out at the starry sky, and though she wanted to be out underneath it and be on her way, she couldn't do that. It would not be right at all; and besides, she would not want a... a bad reputation. She sat down, and kept her little ball of light outside so she could still be illuminated ever so slightly, yet be able to watch the stars twinkle away into the ever moving light of the rising sun. She smiled as she saw it rise, and walked outside onto the balcony to try and get a better view. When she stepped onto the balcony, she smiled gently at the ball of light; and, without being disturbed by the sunlight, she sung that small simple melody that she had learned not too long ago. As she sung so quietly, she could have sworn that the wind was blowing the tune in it's soft whispers.
Razz has a follow-up coming, apparantly. ^-^; Surprisingly enough, we met up and decided to write the conversation together, while we were in character. It came out nicely; though I ended up changing a few words here and there for Akiko for it to make sense.. anyway, that's all for this post!
<span style='font-size:27pt;line-height:100%'>---DING---DING---DING---</span>
"What the!" Rawk jumped out of bed. He ran toward his balcony, almost tripping over his own feet, and looked outside into the distance. "Oh ... no.
"Akiko! Get up!"
"Ack, what's that noise?" she was startled.
"We're being invaded!"
Rawk ran over to Akiko and cut the rope from her hands. He grabbed her by the wrist and began to run down the hall.
"Rawk!" she shouted, "I can't run this fast!"
Rawk swung her into his arms and kept running. Finally, they got outside to see the large formation of clan Blitz, ready for battle. They all watched the mountains ahead with wide eyes and tense muscles -- ready to leap and fight at any moment.
It was quiet ... and everyone was sweating with anticipation.
"Giaaaagh!" A Loach screamed and fell down.
Everyone looked that way, and the wolfman beside him knelt down and turned his body over ... There was a shureiken lodged into his chest. The Loach stood up and yelled, "Ninjas!"
Suddenly, like a coloney of ants, an army of green-uniformed ninjas swarmed down the mountains. Fearlessly and savagely they swung out their blades and began to slash and hack everywhere around them; a method of intimidation before the battle. The armies collided as cries and screams were heard throughout the mountain range, echoeing the horrors of the battle field.
Rawk, no longer with the girl in his arms, grabbed Akiko by the hand and dashed toward a boulder. They ducked down behind it in an attempt to avoid battle.
"Rawk, why is this happening? Why are they fighting like this?" There were almost tears in Akiko's eyes.
"Because ... because that is a clan of savages. They have an ever-growing thirst for blood and they love to quench it," Rawk replied.
"But what has your clan done to make them angry at you?"
"Absolutely nothing. That's why we gotta leave; you're in danger here."
"So, you're just going to leave your people when they need you?"
"They don't need me. They never have. Don't worry, they can fend for themselves.
Just then, a ninja jumped in front of Rawk and slashed his sword at Rawk's face. The Loach moved out of the way and gave the ninja a nice big punch in the gut, sending him slowly to the ground in pain. Rawk looked ahead at their route of escape; it was guarded by several ninjas.
"Okay, Akiko, when we get over there," Rawk pointed at the path they were going to take, "I want you to go hide behind that rock."
"Okay ... but why?"
"I gotta clear the way..."
They both sprinted away. Soon, Akiko turned and jumped behind a large boulder as Rawk continued to run straight. The ninjas ahead saw him coming and took a defensive stance. As Rawk came close, he leaped into the air, but not too high, and knocked the first ninja to the ground with a fast kick to the face that snapped its neck. He landed and rolled to the right, dodging a quick slash. He stood up and punched a ninja in the chest, shooting him at another ninja behind him. Rawk jumped forward and landed, crushing both of their necks with each foot. There was one left. With his sword flailing infront of his body, the ninja charged at Rawk, who jumped over the ninja and kicked him in the back before he hit the ground, severring the ninja's spine.
Rawk ran toward the boulder where Akiko was and saw a ninja lying on the ground with Akiko standing over it. Rawk smirked and nodded his head as if to say that he was impressed.
"Come, let's go!" He said.
And the two ran off and followed the path, never looking back.
Roll, if you'd like to pick up from there, that would be great :D .

After being attacked by something as fearsome as a Ninja, Akiko was absolutely sure that this world was really not a safe place to be in. Luckily for her, she felt that at the very least she would be safe as long as she was with Rawk. The path they were taking appeared to be heading east; in the direction of the desert town. Though Akiko did wonder about the well-being of the Blitz clan, she did not stop to turn around and run back; she had her own mission to take care of right now. However, she did stop anyway. When Rawk turned to look at her, he saw her eyes just pierce into his own. A droplet of sweat ran down the side of his face, just as she inquired whether or not he would go back and help them. However, Rawk just did what was contrary to Akiko's thoughts in him. He refused to go back; at least until she was safe. So, continuing on, Akiko and Rawk began to run against all odds and figures to reach a land that was not too far away. They could reach it very soon if they continued to run like this.
However, as Akiko was within moments of reaching her awaited desert town, the feeling that she was going to be left alone again was starting to come over her. She had no idea where she was going to go from there, and she didn't know where anything was anymore. When they did reach the town walls, a Gatekeeper opened the gates for them. Akiko entered; but Rawk did not. Akiko quickly rolled outside before the gate could close her inside, and she stood up in front of Rawk. If they were going to seperate, and if he was going to go alone, she was going to make him promise.
Akiko: "Rawk, are you going back to the battlefield?"
Rawk looked at her through serious, and untouched eyes.
"Yes."
Akiko smiled sympathetically. "I think I can understand; you do have to watch your clan and take care of them. You should hurry back to them, and help them all out."
Rawk grinned. "Right!"
He started to run off, when Akiko started and he delayed for a moment longer.
"What is it?"
Akiko walked up to him once again.
"Just promise me that no matter what happens, you'll come back here and tell me and show me that you are safe and sound. Promise?"
Rawk: "Sure. It's a promise."
He turned to leave again, when Akiko grabbed his left arm. He was almost getting annoyed with this. Akiko spun him around to be face to face with Akiko's little finger. She held it out to him, as if she expected him to do something to it; furthermore, her eyes were sparkling with sadness and care.
"Yubikiri."
Rawk didn't get it at all.
"All you have to do, is hold my pinky with your pinky. It's a pinky promise, like the word means."
Rawk rolled his eyes with more annoyance. "There's no use in doing that! I already promised you!"
But then, Akiko made a little whining sound that sent a wave of sadness through him. He began to pity her, and suddenly found himself consenting to the pinky promise with a fuzzy finger. After holding onto his little finger for about a minute or so, she let him run off. She walked up to the gatekeeper, who let her in again and shut the gate a fraction of a second after she entered. After just recieving a very close death experience with a wooden piece of gatery equipment, Akiko walked into the town to explore the many wonderous indoor areas. She passed by merchant, after merchant, after merchant, after merchant, until she came up to a small little street corner that was crowded. She walked over to see what was going on.
Then she gasped in a certain air that caused the entire crowd to turn and stare at her.
What she had seen, and what she was looking at right now, was a very peculiar and nasty activity. It was an animal baiting. This time, it was with a small fox that didn't look more than a year and a half old. She pushed her way through the crowd, and pulled people out of her way, and then upon reaching the baiters, she pushed them away from the scared Fox. She walked over to the fox and sat in front of it; the poor thing was badly beaten, and scratches and bruises could even be seen on its body. Akiko held her arms open to the fox, who stared continuously. He, as Akiko found out when he twitched his ear in confusion and acceptance, walked into her arms, and let her hold him. She smiled gently upon him, whereupon the baiters who previously beat upon the poor animal stood over both of them in anger. They began to scream so many things at the same times, that Akiko did not understand them. However, she did not care; she simply stood up and faced them.
Akiko: "I don't care what your reasons are; if you continue to hurt animals of the earth this way, they won't be here anymore!"
The baiters did not seem to understand. Instead, the pitchforks and sticks that they used to bait the fox came in one thrust, and Akiko was only able to evade the pitchforks while guarding the already beaten fox from the sticks. When she turned around to look at them again, the men didn't seem guiltful or regretful. This wasn't at all like her mother told her it would be. Her mother never told her people would act like this. Even the people around them weren't as her mother spoke of: instead, they all stood still and stared while the men did as they pleased. Whether this was a ritual of some kind was still some news to Akiko, but she would not stand for it any longer. She hopped a little further backward into the corner, and summoned her energy and voice to come forth. She whispered something short in a chant, and continuously said it, until winds began to torrent themselves around Akiko and the pink light of the orb began to show around her.
Soon, the wind took the light, and the light carried the chant of the now serious-looking Akiko. The chant carried itself through the winds, and the winds formed into large circular discs that flung themselves forward and into the men. The men, who didn't seem to be affected by this at all, only goggled at the bright lights as if stupefied by their sudden appearance. As they watched the disks spin and spin, some of the crowd could hear the chanting continuing; though Akiko's mouth was not moving at all. Akiko was also still holding the torrent of wind around her that was starting to blow dust and sand every where around her; but this was only the start. Suddenly, the men began screaming in random outbursts, as Akiko's eyes still held their gaze, and the lights began to encase the mens bodies. Within seconds, the screams were continuous, and more people were starting to gather around Akiko and the baiters. It seemed that whatever torture Akiko was giving them was never to end; but then the fox whinnied, and shuddered in her arms, and the winds and lights died down along with the sense of her gaze. She looked at the wounded fox in her arms, and she ran away, leaving the people of the town to marve| at the men who were now making random twitches, wild fits of giggles, and crude facial expressions. Akiko, it seems, did not know what happened during the torture, and probably would not find out from anyone in the town lest they should be racked into insanity as well.

The city of Kirtsnechiez was magnificent to see during the night. It was as active during the day and night. Many lights were making it dazzling. It was like a jewel in the middle of the desert. The city was surrounded by a wall that protected it from the frequent sand storm. Kirtsnechiez was known for being a merchant city. Each week, the habitant organized a fair and welcomed lot of merchant coming from everywhere. Arthus thought he was dreaming, he never saw the city from that angle. Knowing he would never be welcomed, he landed west from the city and climbed the wall.
Arthus:"Well I gotta find a good place to rest during the day or I'll be in trouble. These bushes will be perfect... hope I'll make it through. How can I be alive again after all these years? I should have died 100 years ago, oh Amelia I'm terribly sorry... I couldn't protect you from this maniac. Cyrus!!! If you're really alive, I'll make you pay for all your crimes."
Suddenly, Arhus heard a noise comming from the alley. A cat come out of a barrel and run as fast as he could.
Arthus:"I gotta calm myself or I'll be discovered before the sunrise. Now that I'm thinking, this guy....... Udes, doesn't belong to these mountains. I've seen his clan before but where? A humanoid tiger........ with green fur and black stripes........ and he has wings............where could it be??? Now I got it!!! He's from the forest of Thoas, but his people never leave the forest. What could happen to his clan?"
When the first sunbeam come out in the sky, Arthus's body turn to stone. Alone in the bushes, he was hoping to stay in one piece when the night will come.

Udes was tired, he had been running all night after that thing. he had stopped wondering about th estory that thing had said considering that it couldn't be true anyway. The sun was about to rise and he knew one thing, desert meant sun and sun meant death in this place. He now hoped he was going in the right direction. When he saw in the wall of Kirtsnechiez far in front of him. He smiled and ran even faster !
*Udes lift's himself back on his two feets and deployed his wings*
UDES:"I'm arrived and the sun is rising"
*Udes looked around*
UDES:"Hmmm... that creature is nowhere to be found. maybe it didn't came here after all. after i lost it in the desert, i wasn't sure if i was to arrive in time. oh well guess i'm just lucky for once in my life !"
GUARD:"Who goes there ?"
UDES:"Just a traveler who seek refuge for the day !"
GUARD:"You may enter !"
The doors openned just enough for udes to pass. As soon as he entered he looked around and saw a crowd speaking. as if something terrible had hapenned. he came in closer to see it. as soon as he entered the crowd, he heard the people speaking of a girl who tortured two man just because they were poking at a fox !
UDES:{two man on a fox, they deserved it !}
UDES left the crowd and seeked for the closest INN. as he entered the inn. people turned to him and looked at him with surprised eyes, as if they never saw such a creature before. seconds later half of them continued to play their dice games. the other half still wondered and started conversations about it. but udes didn't care anymore, he had seen that too many times already so he walked to the innkeeper and asked for a room !
INNKEEPER:"Sorry sir, but we have none availlable for now."
UDES:"ok, do you know any other place i could spend the day and relax. i ran all night and am really tired !"
INNKEEPER:"There is another inn near the middle of the town. take the center road you cannot miss it !"
UDES:"Thanks for the info sir !"
MAN:"Why don't you sleep on the floor like the cat you are kid !"
*Everyone turned to look at scene*
UDES:"And why don't you just lie dead like the coward you are ?"
Udes didn't even cared and walked his way out. but the man followed outside and spoke.
MAN:"Coward you say, i'll show you what it is to respect people kid !"
UDES:"Respect, a word you don't even seem to understand since even you don't know what it is !"
MAN:"Say that again just to see !"
UDES:"Don't need to, besides i don't wanna fight you. i'm tired and i don't want any more battle to happen, i seen too much already ! now if you'll excuse me !"
and udes continued to walk disregarding the man who still was speaking. udes walked down the central lane when he kinda saw something...
TO BE CONTINUED...
The day was soon fully hatched, and the sparkling sunlight that passed through the gates soon began to fade away, as the lamps began to fire up (the city was indoors, after all). The entire merchant district was full of life, and the children were being put out of their beds and onto the busy schedules of play. Mothers were wisking up breakfast for their hard working families, and the husbands were grinning over tables seated with aquaintances and friends all alike; coincidentally, not many of the mothers seemed to fond of this. However, a small girl holding a sleeping fox walking down the main street seemed to be the only thing to notice to a few people. They watched the spectactle of the girl with the odd colored hair, and eyes of dangerous color, as she passed by holding a fox like a baby in her arms.
Akiko, however, did not notice the stares and looks. She was simply busy lulling the fox into a deeper sleep with her special song, and it was working very well too: the fox was fast asleep and was barely even moving, besides using his lungs to breathe and the occasional lick and twitch that came with a new dream image. While Akiko didn't understand this very much, she felt very.. different. She did not understand this brand new feeling which came to her. It was pulsing through her body, even as she sung and walked, and continued to make her feel somewhat bigger than she was. She felt very bloated for some reason, and that became accompanied by a bit of light-footedness. She felt as if she were walking on thin air, and that she could even dance well. Though, she dare not try it for the sake of keeping the fox asleep and safe.
When Akiko finally stopped singing, the fox began to snuggle up to the previously singing spectacle. Whether Akiko felt proud or empathetic, she could never know. Instead, she stopped walking altogether, and watched as a slightly furry figure, who was shadowed up ahead, was moving towards her. She smiled, and picked up her pace: perhaps it was Rawk, returned from his journey! While it seemed strange he would return so soon, Rawk was very fast, and could get here to there and back in no time at all! Or so Akiko reasoned; as it turned out, when the creature came closer, it was actually a green-furred beast with some black stripes here and there. Surprisingly enough, he stopped and looked her over; thus, Akiko stopped and let him look her over as a droplet of sweat ran down her face.
His eyes narrowed in suspicion, and then they changed to surprise and questionability, and soon she was confronted with a look of apathy mixed with wonder.
"So you're the girl who defended the fox from those men, huh?" the green beast said. Akiko nodded at the beast, who was apparantly male.
"Yes, I am... my name is Akiko, and this is the fox."
"Akiko, huh? Wierd name. Well, my name is Udes. Nice to meet a fellow nature lover and protecter. Keep it up."
Akiko: (Udes, huh? And you said my name was strange..) "Oh.. alright..."
The beast picked up his pace again, but before he could leave, he heard the girl call his name again. He turned around to listen to her.
Akiko: "...Udes, where are you going to go to?"
Udes: "That, young lady, isn't much of your business; but I'm just going to go to an inn. But you should go too. It's getting late."
Akiko: "Maybe so... Yes you are right. But I still cannot go."
Udes: "..why not?" He had a though in a split second and chuckled. "Scared of me too, huh?"
Akiko: "No, that's not true! I've someone like you, only with different fur color, and without the wings... and his nose is kinda big too.." She proceeded to place one hand a few inches away from her face. "..Like this."
Udes laughed a little bit, but soon stopped and went back into his serious manner.
"If that's not it, then why not go to the inn too? It is late.."
Akiko smiled and shook her head. "I'm going to go to the gates and wait for someone. I'm waiting for him to return again.. I'm waiting for him to come back."
Udes: "Is that so? Well, ok then. Good luck. I hope you see your friend again."
Akiko nodded in agreement, waved goodbye, and ran off. Udes couldn't help feel sad for the girl; the way she devoted herself to waiting like that. Oh well; He continued on in silence, and Akiko ran in the same way.
Moments after she reached the gate, she sat down and watched through the gate, hoping for a figure, any figure at all, to come in. Minutes passed... then one hour.... and soon many hours passed, and the sun began to fall. Then more hours went by, and the moon came into view. The sparkling of the stars was becoming remarkable, as another hour flew past, and there was still no sign of Rawk. She sat there, in front of the gate, and watched carefully for any sign of life that would appear at any time within the desert, other than the soft midnight breeze that blew gently through the air. Yet, nothing stirred; nothing at all. In fact, the only thing that Akiko could tell was awake was herself, and the only beings who she knew were alive for sure, were herself and the fox that was cradled in her arms. She sat there, in the glistening milk-white moonlight, and waited expectantly for her first and only friend to return to her...at least once more.

Udes had found the inn and had passed several hours sleeping, in the middle of the day he woke up prepared and visited the city while being on a shopping spree. not much of a shopping spree, he just bought what he needed to get to the next city.
He now returned to the inn, but he found himself back at the entrance gate. When he saw it he was angry to see hw was lost again ! surely he took a wrong turn at one place, no matter now he could see the main street so he wouldn't have any trouble getting back. but as he was about to turn back, he saw the little girl he had spoken to earlier and he wondered...
UDES:"That girl, was she waiting there all day ? and i thought i was devoted when i was in a fight, damn she beat all record in patience. she's so young why is she waiting like that, by now i think she must know that her friend might not come back ! so why still waiting ?"
Udes wondered like that all the way back to the inn, the night had started to fall already. he got into the inn and saw a merchant in it that was selling some blanket. he thought about the girl. the desert was maybe very sunny and all very hot during the day but surely it was very cold during the night ! He bought one since they were cheap. he came back to the gate after it, by the time he got back to the gate it was already in the middle of the nght !
UDES came in, she hadn't even noticed him, she was looking at the sky, at the stars and was wondering about something. Udes came in closer, took out the blanket and spoke.
UDES:"You sure are patient miss... here, the night can be very cold sometimes !"

Roll, you're so good at making conversation, so i'll let you handle the rest of it. my charcater maybe staying with her as being alone waiting is far from acceptable, even tho she has the fox with her, my hcaracter cannot help it. it's in his nature !
 it was that long? Two days? Ech, that won't work ... well, I guess I could try. I'll post in a bit, so ... yeah.

Dreams that seem real. (http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/sony/ps1/mml2geatz.mid)
After having said for that masked man to come down, the entire area started swirling around and making Takin as dizzy as he could possibly go. Then after a few minutes, he passed out and fell into darkness.....
A person appeared and slowly walked toward him. Takin couldn't move... What was he going to do now? The person reached him, and put a hand on Takin's shoulder. By the feeling of it, the person was a woman.
"You're sick again... Your dreams must be the cause....."
Takin: "Wh.... What.......?"
*sigh* "There's no other way." *removes her hand from Takin's shoulder and grips her wooden staff and mutters a spell under her breath.*
"You have been cursed by the Dark Geatz. He's used his extremely unforgiving Demon Dream spell..... I can heal you. Just stay still for a bit." *casts her HEAL spell.*
Takin: ".......Thanks." *stands up and looks around* "? Where are we?" *waits for answer.... hears nothing. looks to see if girl is still there. She isn't.* "What now..."
"WHO GOES THERE?"
Takin: !?!?
*gigantic statue appears in front of Takin's face.*
"YOU. YOU'RE TAKIN. THE ONE MISHI TOLD ME ABOUT."
Takin: "Who is Mishi!?"
"SILENCE. I WILL NOT TELL YOU WHO SHE IS. FIRST, YOU MUST PROVE YOURSELF."
Takin: "Will this take long?"
"AS LONG AS IT TAKES."

Over rocks and logs, through bushes and trees, Rawk dashed toward "Blitz Keep," as the clan called it. Finally, he reached the first mountain and ran through the trail. As he zoomed through the pass, he suddenly stopped in his tracks. His eyes were wide, and his mouth was open in disbelief. Rawk searched for a word to say ... but all he could do was clench his fists. He stood there ... not a thought in his head, not a movement in his body until finally, a drop of rain landed on his forhead as others dropped nearby.
Rawk released all of his energy in one movement - his chest out forward with his arms and legs leaning back - and he screamed with all of his might. He roared in dispair untill his lungs could not take anymore. Half-choking, he fell to the ground, splashing in the mud beneath him. He stayed there for hours ... cold and alone. He could not find comfort even in a star, as the clouds had covered the sky. At long last, a single thought sprung into his head that laid flat in puddle of mud.
" ... Akiko."
Slowly, Rawk lifted his body off of the ground and took one last look at the place he once called home.
"Goodbye," he said with a tear as he turned away and ran the way he came.
Jareth, Leonine Titan
04-24-2004, 10:52 PM
From the window of the inn, a dark figure looked at the town. A small laugh with a smile was heard as he saw the girl throwing the mens into insanity. As he looked at the girl, he was wondering if that move was self-willed. was she cruel or was it that she didn't knew her gift and her rage took over ? It looked at her running with the fox toward the alley.
Later on, as he still looked at the crowd speaking to each others... he saw a tiger like creature passing thru the gate. It looked at the creature coming toward the inn, the figure climbed the stairs down to the entrance of the inn and looked at the tiger-like creature !
Jareth looked at the creature and how it spoke. as the man answered with some insults, but foremost at how the creature answered the man. jareth found it good to his hears to hear the creature's arrogance and it made him want to know more about that creature ! As the tiger like creature came out of the inn, Jareth climbed the stairs up to his room again.
As the first glimpse of the night started to fall, Jareth climbed down of his room and was gone to make some shopping before the merchants closed their doors. as he came back, he saw the tiger-like creature giving a blanket to the little girl with the fox. Jareth wondered about the fact that now he saw the creature speaking in a way jareth didn't hear him speak before. he took an old scroll out, openned it and looked at it.
TO BE CONTINUED...
i know darkness couldn't be used for a long time ok, but the dark figure was just a ways to speak as to that he was in shadows more then anything else !
Akiko turned her head sideways to look at the familiar voice, and wasn't all too surprised to see Udes standing over her with a loincloth smack-dab in the midst of her direct straight-forward sight. Looking up at the face that was Udes (and not really bearing much attention or knowledge to the fact that the loin cloth was blowing up with the wind; not that she would know how to react), she answered him and pushed the blanket away softly.
"You should hold on to that. I don't need it."
Udes looked at his blanket, and repeated the proposal. After refusing it once more, Udes gave up and took a seat next to her. His wings gave a quick little twitch, which would have startled Akiko if she wasn't so absorbed into looking into the twilight topped sand. He looked at her face, and at the way she watched the terrain so intently. She didn't seem to waver in any of her thoughts or movements; there weren't even any movements to speak of. She barely even blinked, though it was only to prevent herself from losing any detail at all of the land spread before her, lest that she should miss the sight of her dear friend approach her once more.
Udes: "...Are you alright?"
Akiko continued to stare at the world. "Yes, I'm fine, thank you."
Udes decided to try again, but this time he would be more blunt to the matter.
"Why aren't you asleep?"
Akiko turned to look at him again.
Akiko: "I do not want to sleep. Not yet, at least. I am still waiting for my friend to arrive; when he does arrive, then I might sleep, but not a moment sooner."
Udes: "But why? It won't make a difference if you wait; and you do need to rest like everyone else."
Akiko: "I'm waiting for him to come because I said I would wait." Udes' eyes gained a little bit of shine in small surprise.
"If I were to go to sleep, then I would not be waiting for him. I would be sleeping, and I would be in the comfort of dreams and timeless moments. I wouldn't be holding on to my promise anymore, and I wouldn't be doing as I told I was going to do. That would be misleading, and it would be unfair to him."
Udes became suddenly more interested in a pebble that lay on the ground nearby his knee. As he poked it back and forth in continuous cycles, Akiko continued to watch him. Feeling that she may have perhaps struck something within him that may have hurt his feelings, she decided to change the subject.
Akiko: "Why are you awake at this hour?"
Udes still looked at the pebble: "I don't know. I am not very tired, I suppose."
Akiko: "Oh.. well, why did you come to talk to me? I notice that no other being in this town has tried to do so for this entire day."
Udes: "I just wanted to see how you were doing. There is no shame in that, is there?"
Akiko smiled softly. "No. None at all."
Udes' face became suddenly serious. He finally decided to ask the question that bore down on his mind so harshly for the past few moments during and after her expressions.
"Are you alone?"
Akiko's smile vanished. "I beg your pardon?"
Udes: "I asked whether or not you are alone; as in, without family, or friends in this town. Are you?"
Akiko only nodded to him, and held the fox just smidge tighter than a second before.
Udes: "Why are you alone?"
No answer came.
Udes: "Did you run away from your family? Did they leave you? Were you adopted by people, and taken away from people who you cared about?"
Still no answer came. Instead, Akiko just turned her head to watch the sky sparkle and glisten. Udes noticed a little glistening in her eyes as well when he watched her closely.
Udes: "Tell me why you are alone."
Akiko closed her eyes for a moment. When she opened them again, the glistening was more brilliant, and Akiko's voice came pouring out in soft, slow, melodic beats.
Akiko: "My father and mother are both dead and gone. I have no brothers and sisters... and I am very new to the world around me. I have just left my home not too long ago, and this is my first venture out and into the world. So, that, Udes, is why I am sitting here before you so lonesome."
Udes took another moment before speaking.
"This is your first time out of your home?"
"Yes."
Udes: "So you do not have any friends yet, then."
Akiko: "No. I do have a friend; and I am just waiting for him to come back, so I can know if he is ok or not."
Udes: "I see..."
Akiko: "Why do you want to know this?"
Udes: "Eh?"
Akiko: "Why do you want to know about why I am so alone? Why do you, out of every one person, come to me to find out about how I can be so stray?"
Udes: "I was just concerned. I noticed you sitting here during the day, and then I came to see you sitting here still after doing a little bit of shopping. There is nothing wrong in that, is there?"
Akiko looked down at the pebble Udes had busied himself with not too long ago.
"No, there is nothing wrong with that."
Udes sighed. "It's not that I was trying to be wierd or anything, it's just that I was really concerned about you. No one should stay by themselves like you are; away from everyone and everything, while just waiting in one spot for something to happen. It's not healthy."
Akiko: "But I don't have anything else."
Udes did not understand very well.
Akiko: "I have nothing else within my life, and I don't have anything to say or do, or anyone to know or look for. I only have my lost friend, and this little fox, and at the current moment, you. There is nothing else right now."
Udes did not want to understand anymore.
Akiko: "If I had something else, then I would be out in the world just as happy as those people in this town are. I could frolic through every situation in glee and in utter happiness, while at the same time remaining at peace and in harmony with the world. Better yet, I could be not alone. .....but I am alone, and there is nothing else, except for something that I have to look for that may not even be here anymore. If I cannot find it, then I will have probably lost it forever."
Udes quietly shifted around to become a tiny bit more comfortable. The words that came out of Akiko's mouth were almost too honest for his liking. Something about her, even with small, quick glances, was definitely pitiful and sad.
"...How about I wait with you then?"
Akiko looked up at him in confusion.
"Why?"
Udes: "Well, I can't leave ya alone, now, can I? Besides, I'm not really going anywhere anytime soon, with the gatekeeper being gone and away from his post. I'm not sleepy either, so what else can I do at this time of night."
It was true that the Gatekeeper was gone and in his home now with his family. He had been sitting at his post all day, working up a sweat in the immense heat, and left the area swearing and insisting that he had lost at least 16 pounds in sweat water in just that morning. Akiko could remember how he walked away looking completely wet and dazed, like he had a mild heat stroke.
Akiko: "No, I suppose not. But are you sure you'd like to wait with me? It could be a while until the person who I am waiting for returns.."
Udes thought on this. He did have someplace to go, and his time might be better spent by going and doing something else. However, his honorable side would let him leave Akiko alone; it was sad and bad to see a girl alone like that, and no right man would let that stand. Besides, if he became really tired of it, he could just get up and leave at anytime: she didn't seem to notice or mind anything else anyway. So, he answered and expressed his emotions in a nice, complicated answer to Akiko.
Udes: "Yeah, I don't mind."
Akiko turned and looked ahead at the horizon in her transfixed gaze again, whereupon, she lost all connection with the world around her once more. Filled with wonders and hopes and dreams of things to come in her brand new adventure, Akiko's mind was bursting with ideas and thoughts. When she thought of the events passed in the few days that came to pass, and what had happened just now, she could count only a few large blessings. Then one more thought crossed her mind. Perhaps Udes, too, would be her friend?

Arthus:"Call your mens and retreat, there's no other choise. Take the secret passage beneath the castle and I'll meet you in two days at Kirtsnechiez."
General:"Yes my lord!!!"
Cyrus:"You won't be able to escape this time. my brother!"
A lightning comming from the window transpierced the general and made him explode. Arthus take his sword and prepared himself for another attack. Suddenly, he wasn't able to move a muscle.
Cyrus:"Sorry bro but I'm tired of these little games."
Arhus:"Fight fare Cyrus!!! Leave your damn magic and face me."
Amelia:" Help me Arthus!!! HELP ME!!!"
Arthus:"Amelia... Where are you? What have you done to her?
Cyrus:"She's mine now and she didn't need you anymore."
Arthus:"You're just a sadist, leave her alone or I'll..."
Cyrus:"You can't help her. Admit it my brother, YOU FAILED...
Arthus:"NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO........"
His stone shell flew in glare and he fell on the ground.
Arthus:"It was just a dream........ the same dream who haunts me for a hundred years."
?:"Have you heard that noise?
?:"Yeah I think it was comming from this way."
Arthus jumped out of the bushes and climbed the wall.
He letted himself slide along the wall and ran toward the north of the city. He stopped moving when he heard voices. One was the one of a girl and the second was familiar. He leaned over and saw udes who was speaking with a young girl with blue hair.
Arthus:"Could she be??? No it can't be.........She must be dead by now......But she looks like her. Amelia, is that you my dear? Wake up Arthus, a hundred years had passed she can't be alive. Well, I got nothing to loose...
He moved around the wall and walked toward them !

UDES:{Father, are you still alive ?}
Udes was running in the forest, running without looking back and see what those sounds were from. when he looked back, some shadowy creatures were closing in on him, he didn't knew what to do. fear struck him and he just stood there waiting for them to do what they were coming to do !
Has udes closed his eyes and hoped for better, he heard a roar that was coming in front of him, as he openned his eyes to see what hapenned, his mother was there, trying her best to defend her son.
MOTHER:"RUN UDES RUN !"
UDES:"MOTHER !!!!!!!!"
UDES didn't knew what to do, all he could do at that moment was wait and see, hoping her mom would easily defeat those creatures. But the reality was that his mother was not strong enough. she got knocked out cold and he couldn't believe it. He ran toward her without caring for the creatures around her.
UDES:"MOTHER !!!!!!!!!!"
He got knocked as well, one of the creature was about to finish him off, when a wooden sword came in... UDES could easily know who it was. it was the SWORD OF THOAS the legendary INDESTRUCTIBLE SWORD made out of the eldest tree inthe THOAS FOREST. UDES father, also chief of the RED LEAF clan, was there fighting off the hordes. He took udes in his arms and ran away, tears where coming out from UDES father, it was the first time udes ever saw his father crying.
[BACK TO REALITY]
UDES:"Father..."
AKIKO:"Huh ?, what did you say ?"
UDES:"Nothing..."
AKIKO could see UDES tears in his eyes. as if there conversation had awakenned a tragic event or something. She didn't wanna make him cry and she didn't want to ask even more, but her curiosity toward it was strong. she wanted to know why he had tears in his eyes.
AKIKO:"Why are you crying ?"
UDES:"i'm not crying !"
AKIKO:"Those are tears in your eyes ! why ?"
UDES:"Long story !"
AKIKO:"We got time !"
*UDES wyped the tears.*
UDES:"Well speaking with you just made me remember my father. He was the RED LEAF clan leader. i'm on my way to see if he is still alive ?"
AKIKO:"Why are you saying that ?"
UDES:"Because last time i saw him, he was attacked, this was three years ago !"
AKIKO:"oh, It's such a sad story..."
UDES:"You see, my father saved me back then after losing my mom to them, he and i ran away, but half way to the exit, my father gave me his sword and asked me to go on without him."
AKIKO:"Why so ?"
UDES:"My father was the leader of the clan. He just culdn't leave without fighting along side the warriors of the village !"
AKIKO:"Oh... so you wandered for the last 3 years !"
UDES:"Yeah, i lived my..."
*UDES hears twitched*
*UDES lifted himselfup and grabbed his sword handle.*
UDES:"Who's there ?"
Arthus:"It seems that you've found a way out. It's a great night don't you think?"

Akiko looked at this new creature that had appeared in front of the gate. She did not make any movements, nor did she seem surprised to see this new creature; after what she had already seen, nothing could truly surprise her anymore. However, her worries about Rawk did increase just ever so slightly, which wasn't something she needed. Luckily, this new arrival was an excuse to derive her thoughts from Rawk -- even if it was just for a little while.
This new creature, it seemed, had a gray-colored skin, and had claws that began to show themselves in the moonlight as he stood still in watch. Like Udes, he also had wings; although, they were larger, and probably allowed for better flight when put to use. However, Akiko still didn't know what he was, and curiousity was starting to push out its ever vigilant head.
"Udes?"
Udes turned to look at Akiko.
Akiko: "Udes, do you know him? If you do, what exactly is he?"
Before Udes could respond, Arthus took the opportunity to step forward and introduce himself formally to Akiko. He lightly took up her hand, and looked at her.
Arthus: "My name is Arthus, from the land of Avalon; and I am a.. gargoyle."
Akiko: "Pleased to meet you, Arthus. But that still doesn't explain why Udes said 'What are you doing here' to you. Do you know each other?"
Udes: "We met fairly recently, yes."
Akiko: "Then why do you stand ready for combat? Is he a bad guy?"
Arthus: "No, no! God, no... I'm just a wandering Gargoyle, searching for answers...."
Akiko: "So what are the questions?"
Arthus blinked at stared at this question, which was way too naiive to be honest; although, it really was an honest question from Akiko. He beckoned Udes to the side, and asked him about it. That's when they figured out that neither knew much about her in the first place, though Arthus had more of an excuse than Udes. When they returned to Akiko, they found her staring through the gates, and holding the fox in her arms in a gentle, caressing feel. They just stood there, and watched for a moment: Udes just watched to see how the fox reacted, but Arthus watched for another reason. What the reason was, apparantly, was not something Akiko or Udes could muster up a theory for. Instead, Udes sat down again, and Arthus, who did not wish to feel left out at this point, sat down on the other side of Akiko. She turned her head to look at them both, one at a time.
"Are you both going to stay here with me?"
Udes: "You already know my answer.."
Arthus: "And I suppose I can spare a few moments of time..."
Akiko: "I'm not going to say you can or cannot, so, do as you wish. If you wish to ever leave, then you may at any time. I won't hold it against you; for I'm a little busy in waiting for my friend."
Arthus: "So you say.."
...but the questionable thought in Arthus' mind, was whether she would remember and hold her word to mind if and when he decided to leave. Though, he questioned her about who she was waiting for, and got the same hand gestures and answers that Udes recieved. Leaving her to her silent, and forever watchful gazing, Arthus pondered inside of his own mind in search of any answers that he could already have to any questions that could have arisen at any time.
Over the sand dunes, and over the rocks, Rawk ( :) ) ran toward the sparkling city. The dancing dome of light surrounding it in the dark was something that Rawk had never seen before; it was quite the sight.
Soon enough, he got to the gate.
Okay, today is TOTALLY not an RP day for me, but I promised Roll that I'd post (not that this post will do much good). So, if you guys would wanna work with this, that would be grand. But if not, just tell me and I'll add to this post as soon as I can.
Akiko stood up very suddenly, startling both Udes and Arthus but keeping the fox safely tucked away and sleeping, as she had seen something moving closer and closer to the gate. She looked as hard as she could towards that person, and tried to make out the body. How she prayed that it would be Rawk over the horizon. Perhaps her prayers were answered! She quickly stuffed a now very startled fox into Arthus' arms ("What am I supposed to do with it?!"), and she raced up to the gate, and stuck her head through the bars to see as far as she could. Perhaps it would be him after all? She looked closer, and saw the one clue she needed to see in order to tell whether or not it was him: a small little thing was moving, but was off the ground and was behind the shadowed figure.
She dashed over to where the gatekeepers hut was, and found a manual turning gear. She decided that might be the thing that opened the gate; therefore, she went up to it, and began turning as fast and as hard as she could. Soon enough, she found that she was right: the gate was now opened up, and she could now leave to go and get to him before anyone could see him and say a word. She hopped out of the window of the hut, and ran straight out into the desert. She ran as fast as she could, and soon, the image became so clear, that her running almost didn't stop; at least not until she almost tackled Rawk into a nice, warm and welcoming hug. Rawk, needless to say, was very surprised and somewhat speechless in this act. Then again, it could have been because Akiko was hugging as tight as she could, and it would be somewhat difficult to breathe for him. Akiko certainly did not know, but when he slowly pushed her away, she didn't care to notice either. She was just happy he was back.
Akiko: "Rawk, please, tell me how you are doing? Is everything well?"
Rawk: "I-- um..... yeah, Akiko. Everything's.. just fine."
Akiko: "Wonderful! So is everyone back at your village ok?"
Rawk: "..Yeah, they're just.. fine. They just need a little bit of time to rest."
Akiko: "..oh... then should you be going back to help them out?"
Rawk: "Are you joking? They don't need me now! They're just fine on their own.. and besides, I couldn't let you go on alone, now could I?"
Akiko blinked, and though she did not really understand what he was talking about, she was still happy that he was back again. She lightly grabbed his hand, and began to pull him back into the city, with a happy smile on her face, and a relieved look on Rawk's. When they made it back, Akiko was sure to introduce Rawk and the others to each other, and the fox escaped from Arthus' grasp and into Akiko's arms again. Feeling very snug right now, and very much not alone, Akiko sat down against a nearby tree. As Rawk laughed with the others, about something that Akiko had not heard, he noticed that Akiko was now quietly and peacefully sleeping.

Udes walked back toward AKIKO. He looked at her and said something.
UDES:"Looks like your friend made it back !"
AKIKO:"..."
UDES:"Well i am going to go back to my room, see ya later, if fate ever bring us back togeter young lady !"
UDES saluted her in a simple way. then turned around, looked at ARTHUS one last time with very suspicious eyes. he also looked at the wolfman. In a way, UDES couldn't help it but to think She might be safer in her friend hands rather then his. He started to walk down the alley toward the inn.
[A few minute later]
Udes climbed up the stairs and entered his room. he threw his sword on the bed then sat as well. He thought for a few minutes more about the previous events. Seems lke he didn't had a good conversation for a while. He actualy couldn't remember during the travels he did how many time did he actually spoke to someone who didn't care for what he was. Could have it been because he had finally found a friend ?
UDES:"Naaaah"
He took a little wooden shard from his bag and started to Sharpen his wooden blade. As he was sharpening it, the blade started to glow a little weiry green. The sword regained all its strenght, even tho he hadn't used it for a while, he had to sharpen it a few times per week ! a few minute later he took the sword and place it back in its sheath then placed under his bed as well as his armor and pads. he tryed sleeping until the sun rises again... but he couldn't do it... something was troubling him and he couldn't sleep because of it !
UDES:"Man, why cannot i sleep well tonight ? that girl seemed not to care about what hapenned besides her aqnd yet she had saved that fox from the crowd. she also didn't seemed to know much of the world yet she has lived many years already ! The elders used to tell of stories about the worlds when i was young. and my father used to..."
Udes stopped spekaing to himself, for he remembered what he there for. he standed up and walked toward the window and looked thru it, looking at the stars and wondered.
UDES:"Father... hope you are still alive and well, i just hope my village is still there waiting for my return... maybe i shall had return much sooner ! what if he died waiting for me to return, what if i hadn't ran away ! maybe he needed me back then and i wasn't there for him ! just lke i couldn't save my mother..."
Udes tears started to show themselves. he couldn'T help it but to remember his mothers death and how she sacrificed herself for him. neither could he remove the tought that his father could be dead by now ! UDEs looked back thru the horinzon until he saw a shooting star falling off the sky !
UDES:"A shooting star..."
UDES:{I wish... i wish my father would still be alive somewhere}
Udes turned away from the windowbut heard a little something hapenning down in the street...

sometimes he looked at the group near the door then looking back to his scroll. While he looked he decided that staying at that spot was just not a good place to stay. So he left his spot and took refuge on the wall. As it was dark, it was hard for anyone to see him as he wore black thus abling him to hide easily. As he hided himself, his eyes illuminated themselves in a red glow and he smiled.

Udes left Arthus and Rawk with a sleepy Akiko. They were looking at each other to know who will be the first to speak. Rawk took the blanket and covered Akiko. When he looked back at Arthus he saw him climbing the wall.
Rawk:"Where are you going?"
Arthus:"Promise me that you'll take good care of her!!!"
Rawk:"Don't worry, she'll be ok with me."
Arthus:"I'm glad to hear that! Now I gotta go, that's good to see people after all these years but there are to many questions that still unanswered. I hope we will see again soon!!! Farewell my friends... Goodbye!"
He jumped out of the wall and flew to the north searching for the inn that Udes talked about.
Arthus:"Before I go I have to say goodbye to Udes. He'll probably refuse to see me... I don't understand why he is so afraid of other people? Perhaps it's...
From the sky, Arthus saw a strange red light comming from an alley. Curious... he landed on a roof to look closer. For the first time, he thanked Cyrus because his new vision allowed him to see in the dark. The light was apparently eyes... no reassuring he thought. It was a man standing in the dark wearing a black costume. Suddenly, the man looked at Arthus and his eyes glowed red. A strange feeling emerged from Arthus, a feeling that brings him back a lot of memory.
Arthus:"Who is this guy.............I saw him before but where??? One thing for sure, he doesn't look friendly... Now I got it, this bastard helped my brother 100 years ago!!! How could he be alived and what is he doing here??? To many questions, this isn't good... I gotta warned the others before something happen..."

As Takin didn't have a weapon to fight the dolls with, he did his best and dodged all their attacks, but he knew that he wouldn't be able to escape forever... He decided to attack a few times with bare hands, which seemed to do some effect, but not very much. he was already on the 12th ring, after struggling with the spears that come out, (There are 15.), but it seemed that every ring he goes through it just gets harder....
Statue: "Well! You are much more tougher than what I expected... Go my dolls! Blow yourself if you have to!"
Takin: *sweats* {Blow themselves?... Not good...}
Statue: "What's wrong? Getting tired?..."
Takin: "Not yet! I will get through!!......."
Statue: "You've just sealed your fate..."
Takin: "You intend to kill me?"
Statue: ".... To keep you from what I must have!!"
Takin: *gets curious* "Hmm? There's something at the end of this thing?"
Statue: "...."
Takin: "Let's find out!" *jumps over the 14th ring, whose spears had scratched his leg...* "Oh no... N..."
Statue: *grin*
*Takin drops on the floor and holds his wound..* {What now?... I can't jump this final ring....} *suddenly, the same mysterious person appears* "You can do it! This should help you."
Statue: "What in hell are you doing!?"
Person: "Just because you have potential to control Jinkarize doesn't mean you're the only one that has the ability!"
Takin: "?.... M..My leg?... I it's feeling better!!!! Thanks!"
Person: "You are the chosen one I'm sure... Take this ability too." *casts a unknown support magic and disappears*
Statue: "... It's too late... you win... Here.." *makes the final ring disappear* "Maybe I shouldn't have been so greedy... Jinkarize is powerful... But only the Chosen one has the power to unleash it's ultimate power."
Takin: "Uhh... What is Jinkarize...?"
Statue: "......"

Takin: ?? *walks inside*

*door closes behind Takin* You have finally come
Takin: "Who said that?! What the...!?" *light closes in on Takin and encloses him .... The light carries Takin and warps through the air... Takin blacksout, due to dizziness....*
.................................................. .................................
?: "It will be fulfilled..." *a orb comes down on Takin's body... by the time it happens... He stands up unconscious still, and his former little body becomes bigger... He still looks weak.. But has grown incredible strength... The final... step.... sparks fly.....*
?: "It's been finished.... You may go...."
*back to the real world*
Takin: "?? Err what.... just happened?.... !! Gharol!?.."
Gharol: "Ergh.... Your alter ego has come back..." *faints and drops on the floor*
Takin: *touches Gharol's back and green colored lightning comes out!* "Whoa!?" *the hole in Gharol is getting slowly smaller...*
Takin: *looks at his hands in horror* "What's going on!?..." *notices the letter and picks it up, reads it, and packs a few things and stuffs the letter in his pocket* "I'll be back... There's something I must do.. You will be ok..." *places the last bottle of rum on the table, with a written note* "goodbye my friend..."
*sets on a journey that would forevermore change him.*
there ya have it. He's now on his way towards the city where everyone else is, because the person who sent the letter lives there. Actually, he was an old time friend... Troubled by dreams he doesn't understand. But then again, I forgot the name of the city, but I know he's headed there.

The glistening lights of the night were very special to see after having run through a desert for so long. Normally, after going through the desert, passions and emotions would stir around aspiring couples that were on a journey to become the most well-known people for something. Each passing night and day allowed for more of those couples to appear all around the city, all in different forms, shapes, and sizes. In fact, people were still stirring within allyways in conquest to fulfill those activated passions that they so wanted to nurture for further feeling.
It was this that made Rawk just a little uncomfortable as he sat next to the sleeping Akiko. He looked at her, and noticed that she barely moved, even in breathing. Her body never moved too much, never disturbing so much as a fly. He tried to trace any and all movements from her stomach and her arms, all the way down to the curve of her hip, before decency and embarressment stopped him. Now that he had a chance to think about it, Akiko was kind of cute when she was asleep. That small expression on her face, the shimmer of her vibrant hair, and smoothness of all of her curves and skin became an image of adorability to Rawk.
He suddenly swallowed hard, as he lay down near Akiko to try and get some rest as well. He closed his eyes, and waited in anticipation of sleep and rest. However, he opened his eyes again, and closed them again, and continued this cycle every five minutes between each. The image of Akiko tackling him was starting to be seen with each shutting of the eyes, and it was becoming both infectious and annoying.
He liked reliving the past, but this was becoming ridiculous.
He sat up again, and looked at the lamp nearest to them. Perhaps there was something in that light that he could look at and apply his attention to until he went to sleep. He closed his eyes after seeing the image of the fire, and kept that image of the warm, dancing glow in his mind. He watched as it moved all around in little circles, and then out of his sight. When it came back, it was a little larger, and it wasn't dancing anymore. It was also very circular, and was leaving behind small trails of light.
It moved left... to right... to the top of his view... then the bottom... and then into the middle again. Then, it began to expand, and the light began to engulf his entire sight with Pinkish delight, before sending him into a world with a balcony that held within it three notes of a song that sung themselves and ended quickly.
Quietly, Akiko looked at Rawk as he slept. Assured that he was asleep, she quietly sung a small tune to the fox as well, and though he was very perky, he also fell into a soft sleep. With both of the people who were with her being asleep, Akiko was able to smile upon herself once more. She quietly lay herself down between them, and, feeling remotely safe and happy again, fell asleep.
Whatever you guys are gonna do, do it soon. Please.

The figure Raised his head a little and noticed some creature looking at it.
?:{Dang, he saw me, sure i already saw him before. Before i get caugh i must act}
The figure started to whispered a name and called out for the darkness asking for something. A small storm brewed inside the walls of the village. the sand rised and came out of the cemetary. following the path and passed by the shadowy creature.
In the cemetary. one of the tomb was seen with a hand rising thru the ground until it uncovered the dead who was lying there before. soon many other skeletons came out of their graves. Walking toward the city !
After the sands passed by the shadow creatures had vanished. but those skeletons from the cemetary were there.
They walked toward the houses and the central lane.

UDES:"What the..."
Udes turned around and came back to the window he had just looked thru. when he looked thru it he saw the gargoyle he had sawbefore, it was arthus. he was fleeing the scene and looked in a hurry, when suddently a sand storm passed by. Udes couldn't do anything else then just step a few feets away fromt he window. wondering what it was all about. When he looke dthru the window again, the gargoyle was nowhere to be seen and from the look of it. nothing else was. UDES looked down into the alley. only to see something he didn't wanna see in this village !
UDES:"WHAT THE HELL ARE THOSE THINGS !"
He leaped thru the room toward his bed and started to equip all he could, putting on his armor, then hi pads, then taking out his sword. He ran thru the doorway at running speed and ran down the stairs like he was followed by a dragon. he stepped thru the door to see what was going on. As he looked around, all he could see was skeletons swarming the place, scaring people, entering houses and inns. It was a massacre !
UDES:"No, not here as well. why is this nightmare haunting me like that."
Udes looked around and saw some of them walking toward him
UDES:"ah please tell me this isn't real !"
Udes took out his sword and ran thru the approaching skeletons who tryed to get him, but he jumped and tackled them to get thru. He ran toward the gate where the others were. Cutting and splatting bones on houses and on the floor while still going forward.
UDES:"Please tell me you know how to defend yourselves until i get there !"

Sorry kalem, but my character will bring the blame on you as he saw you before seeing the skeletons ! too bad, if he had looked down int he street he would have seen the truth ! lol :colgate:
"Mmmph ... buh."
Rawk awoke to the sound of screaming and clashing.
"Gyah!" He shrieked as he jumped to his feet.
There were skeletons ... everywhere! The were all over the streets and buildings, swarming like ants. Rawk looked down at Akiko in amazement at the fact that she was still sleeping. He reached down to wake her up.
"Akiko! GET UP!" Rawk shouted.
She too jumped to her feet with a shriek. Akiko gave Rawk a puzzled look as he stood, gazing down on her. The Loach moved out of Akiko's view. In horror, she gasped. She was about to scream, but Rawk quickly covered her mouth.
"Nuh-uh. Don't make any noise ... maybe they won't notice us." Rawk looked back, "Let's try to get this gate open."
As he walked toward the winch, his foot got caught under a rock and he tripped with a loud grunt.
"Rawk! Rawk!" Akiko shouted, "They're coming this way!"
Two skeletons were running toward Akiko, with their arms flailing and jaws gnashing in a fury of mindless chaos. Rawk quickly got up and dashed toward them in return. His arm was streched behind him and as he encountered one of the skeletons, he flung it over his shoulder and smashed its head into the ground. but by the time Rawk could lift his head, the second skeleton was there, clawing at his face. The Loach roared and fell on his back, and Mr.Bones wasn't too shy to follow. It leaped onto Rawk, reaching for his throat, but Rawk rolled out of the way, lifted his foot in the air, and brought it down like a ton of bricks on the skeleton's spine.
By that time, there were a dozen more undead running Rawk's way. Without looking back, he shouted, "Akiko, hide!"
She obeyed without hesitation and ran behind a thick tree, not too far from where she was standing. She climbed it carefully, as not to be seen, so she could keep an eye on Rawk.
Rawk bent down and picked up one of the skulls. Sharply, he hurled it at one of the mindless beings and nocked its head off. The skeletonswere getting more and more unorganized as they ran toward Rawk; so much that they were tripping over eachother. Rawk saw this as an advantage and began to run toward them as well. When he reached them, he threw his arms in front of him, plowing over a few, trampling them onto the ground. He looked around, in his fighting stance, and found that there were about three more than before. He flung his body, spinning, into the air with is leg streched outward. To of the undead were hit to the ground - one didn't get up. As Rawk landed, he pushed farward, punching and kicking. Soon, he found himself in the middle of a big clufuffle. He ducked, punched, jumped, kicked, ducked, moved to the left, jumped to the right, punched, kicked, kicked ... he was losing energy, and he was doing so very quickly. It wasn't long until he was overwhelmed and Akiko lost sight of him among those fifteen skeletons who were pounding away at something within them.

Udes ran toward the gate, the skeletons started to get less and less trying to get him as he passed with great speed. until he arrived there seeing only a lot of skeletons bashing at something, it was funny tho, as they seemed to hit each other. but the fact was, if they were that many it could only means that there was someone under them.
UDES:"Maybe they're dead already... Nah jump in for damn sake !"
Udes started to run on four legs, running to his maximum speed, reaching full velocity, the skeletons didn't noticed him they were too happy bashing and clawing at the poor thing. when he was about to ram them all like a dog in a bowling alley.
UDES:"CHARGEEEEEEEEEE !!!!!!!!!"
Ude jumped in, ramming all he could. around 8 to 10 of them were knocked off the pile getting throwed at the ground and Udes Rolled as soon as he landed, then rolled back on his feet. looking at what he had just made. 2 or 3 were still bashing at the poor rawk. but all UDES could see was that he could bare it enough to fight back now ! looking around seeing the girl who was supposed to be here as well. but without seeing her. he was surprised by a skeleton who jumped in and grabbed onto him almost by the wings. Udes started to spin around trying to shake him off, but 2 others came in and tryed claw him int he face.
UDES:"You little..."
Udes throwed himself on the ground he fell on his back, it hurted when he landed as the bones on his back were hard. but the skeleton was no more then he saw the other two following him jumping on him. he grabed one by the head with his arms and throwed him sideways. the other one hitted the target and goes for the neck. putting his hands back on the hands of the skeleton, who actually was trying to break UDES neck, he grabbed the skeletons chest with his legs and rolled backward with him, switching position witht he skeleton who now was getting smashed into pieces by the hands ofudes.
He leaped back on his feets and looked behind him to see how rawk was doing. The least Udes could say was that , just like him, they both had their hands full now. more help was needed... truly needed !
"<span style='font-family:Lucida Handwriting'>Taenarushirabe..</span>!"
A small, but strong voice went through the air, and found its way to Udes' ears. Mind you, it wasn't the only thing that found its way to him. Only a mere moment after he heard the voice, something struck him on his back. However, after that split second of shock, he started to feel less pain all over. Was the pink light that he saw coming from behind part of this? For that thought, Udes decided to turn very quickly to see where the light was coming from.
Wasn't it a surprise when he saw little Akiko floating down from the tree engulfed in light pink colors. He watched her float down to the ground, and as she gently stepped onto the ground, he could have sworn that she looked a just little too content. In fact, she seemed to be perfectly calm, as she stepped quietly and peacefully to Rawks body. Remembering at this time that there were skeletons everywhere, Udes looked around to see where the other skeletons were.
Akiko, kneeling down to touch Rawk's face, kept her look of contentment. She moved slowly to Rawks ear, and her lips moved ever so close to them. When Udes turned to warn her of the upcoming skeletons, he saw her closeness to his face and blushed. Akiko, not hearing or noticing Udes, continued to do what she was going to do.
Her lips were almost touching his ear, when she finally whispered something into it. As she whispered, something white and whispy came out of her lips and encircled his body; how sanitary that really was something that escaped Udes' thoughts at this moment. However, Akiko was soon enveloped in a similar whispy white, and something was happening. Udes, though captivated by the sight, turned and decided to forget what was happening and just prepare to defend against the upcoming skeletons.
but before anyone (literally) knew it, Rawk was waking up. Rawk woke up to see Akiko enveloped in a white light and really close to his face. He dared not move to disturb this, but at the same time, memory of the past battle came to mind. He got up, surprisingly not hitting Akiko's head in the process, and noticed that he, too, had a white glow. but his glow was fading away, and with it, he noticed his wounds were fading too. He looked at Akiko, to see if hers would fade the same way too, but was surprised to see that the light just combined with her instead. Barely a minute later, he found himself looking at a girl that looked like she had been cut slightly on the face.
"Are you feeling better now, Rawk?"
Rawk felt his face after looking at Akiko's. That scratch on her face was about in the same spot where he was scratched. He was surprised to find that his scratch was gone.
"Yeah, I think I'm alright." said Rawk unsuredly. This really was a puzzling moment, when one couldn't even find a wound that they were sure was there.
"Well, Rawk, I need you to open the gate, ok?" said Akiko with a calm, but determined voice. "While you're doing that, I'm going to help fend off the bad guys, ok?"
"No!" objected Rawk. "You go open the gate, and I'll fight! I'm more suited to fighting!"
'but you can open the gate faster than I can because you're stronger. You have to do it, ok?" begged Akiko now. He had to admit that she was right, and that escaping as fast as possible was key. He nodded in agreement, but grabbed her arm before she could run to fight.
"As soon as the gate is open, run out and wait for me if I am not there already, ok?" asked Rawk. Akiko nodded her agreement, and waited for him to release her arm. She cleared her throat, and he finally realized what he was doing. With a blush, he let go of her arm, and they both went in opposite directions.
[Meanwhile, somewhere....]
"My, this place really is a battlefield now... I wonder who would waste their energy on such a town like this. It's not even worth my servants time..."
A woman, shrouded in black, stood on a light pole not too far away from where Akiko was. In fact, she turned her head to see little Akiko running her arm through the body of one of the skeletons. She smiled, amused, and watched Akiko fight.
"Perhaps this little 'starlet' is worth the trouble after all... kudos to whoever knew the last one was here."
A small giggle afterward, the woman disappeared into nowhere, only leaving behind one small pouch that glistened. It sparkled with the word "Hikaru" on it...

Destabilized by the little storm, Arthus came crashing into the roof of a house which collapsed under his weight. When he came back to himself, he was in an old barn where they stored spices. What had just happened? It was probably the fault of that man he saw just a minute ago. but what kind of magic was it? He stood up and looked around him to see if anyone had seen him crash. Suddenly, a shout came from outside not far from where he was. Maybe it was the shout of the merchant, who came to see what had happened to his depot, but a second shout was heard and this time it was that of a woman. He climbed the wall and exited by the same hole he created. The show that was going in the streets was horrible; there was a horde of skeletons which roamed the streets and attacked everyone they were seeing. Near him, a young girl was pursued by 3 skeletons. He jumped behind the young girl and faced his opponents. One of them jumped at him and tried to unbalanced him, only arthus was faster and hit the skeleton on his chest. The pile of bone flew everywhere. And arthus leaped on the other two. He tried to crush them like the first one, but another skeleton attacked him from behind. He grabbed that one by the arm and used him as an hammer against the other two.
Arthus:"They're to many, I can't hold them by myself! I gotta find the others... Akiko, Rawk, Udes where are you now??? I hope they are at the gate..."
Arthus run at the front gate to find the other...

JARETH:"Damn, they planned to flee the place. can't let them leave without me."
He ran thru the shadows of the night until he reached the hut which held the system to open the gate. As the girl and the loachs were speaking about it, Jareth jumped n the hut and cutted the rope who was attached to the system. He stepped outside again and just a few seconds before the loachs arrived at the hut, Jareth flee in the shadows of the alley's near by.
He came out from the alley and cutted two skeletons in half with his sword. The skeletons soon turned back and started to attack Jareth as well as the others. He jumped in it and tryed and kill the more he could.
By the way guys... the cemetary wasn't so full ! i was more thining of around 25 to 35 skeletons not an army that strong. by what we all killed, there must not be more then around 15-18 left ! shouldn't be too hard to kill if we all pitch in. not including the civilians who can defend themselves up to some points. i doubt this army to actually be that tought to defeat. anyway just telling.

Seeing how AKIKO was going into battle instead of opening the gate. Udes was mad at the loach, it was clear that this girl wasn't suited for combat. Thou that was only Udes attitude toward girls. he couldn't let her be in trouble like that.
Udes jumped ont he first skeleton who came in close to him, he cutted him in half then cutted the head of it. then came close to AKIKO which prepared herself for battle.
UDES:"The battlefield isn't suited for a girl. Leave it to the professionnals. open the gate with him i can hold them off alone !"
AKIKO:"Why wouldn't i be able to fight too ?"
UDES:"Don't question me just go with him !"
UDES:{What am i saying, am i that crazy tro try and fend off for my life alone, i will be killed if i don't do it.}
AKIKO:"No way, i'll fight them and there is nothing you can say that will change my mind !"
Udes ran in and jumped slashed a skeleton which started to swing around trying to catch anything coming into contact with it. only he catched another skeleton.
UDES:"Don't be stupid, you can't take one's wounds and try to fight with his burden on yourself !"
AKIKO:"Why wouldn't i be able to ?"
UDES:"Think i don't know what kind of magic you used ? yes i do, i have seen things very similar in my village ! you can't heal someone and fight for him. you'll be in bad shape and won't be able to hold on."
UDES:{Its true that i seen things similar but its the first time i ever see it done this way, its so weird}
The fight resumed and as they were still fending off the hordes, it seemed like they needed a boost. something udes could do. so he jumped backward and while the horde was trying to get past akiko which surprisingly was able to hold them off on her own. he placed his sword in front of him and started to speak...
UDES:"Oh Holy Nature, Hear my call and give me strenght !"
*Udes ROARED as loud as he could.*
A small gust of wind appreared out of nowhere. The sands started to lift itself and and the wind surrounded UDES which started to glow a faint green. When he openned his eyes again, His eyes were glowing green as well ! He jumped in combat again. He was now twice as resistent, not to mention twice stronger.

*at a jail cell in the village...*
Guay: "....What you're saying is... If you let me out... I have to fire you over to the city to the west from here...."
Takin: "Yeah. You sure that you had nothing to do with all those jewels that were hanging around in your pocket when you were caught...."
Guay: "Pretty sure. I don't even know what this one is called..."
Takin: "......All right. but I'm pretty sure they're still gonna catch you even if you escape. Officers are on other, wait... on all other islands everywhere, how do you expect to not get caught by one..
Guay: "I wouldn't worry. I'm too slick for them. Now, come on and let me out, I'll take you to my ship, and then catapult you over to the city.
*Takin raises a hand on the steel bars, and they instantly melt cause of the lightning's high voltage*
*Guay walks slowly out* "All right! Let's go, huh."
*They both walk out the cell, and they arrive at Guay's ship, docked at the Hirel Bay.*
Guay: "If there's nothing I knowbetter, it's the catapult. This thing has enough power to throw a person about half the world..."
Takin: "Not possible..."
Guay: "......Ok, get on." *slips a charm inside Takin's pocket as he climbs on the catapult* "You in?"
Takin: "Yeah!!"
Guay: "Allright. .......GO!!" *catapult launches Takin all the way to the city, (engulfed in dark clouds at the moment...)*
.................................................. ................................
"AAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" *lands at city gates and hears a really annoying moan....*
After struggling with spiders in mouth...
Takin: *cough* "Argh, I could have landed on my downside... Huh?.... That moan is still going.... What.... is going on?....."
*his pocket starts glowing brightly, and Takin takes the charm he never thought was there and stared at it, until Guay's voice came up...*
Guay: "Hehehehe.... I sneaked this thing in your pocket before I launched you." NOTE: this was taken from Wind Waker. just so u know... ".....Now, let me tell you what this thing does. Not only is it a charm, but it's a charm in disguise. It's actually a sword. Just hold it in your hands, tightly, and it would change into the sword that it really is. Well, this is one of the charms I stole from the jail cell... I found it in the hands of a strange mouse... but enough of that! Anyway, even if you turn this into a sword, I can still talk to you, so that means, advice during battle, you catch my meaning? When you're finished, hold the sword tightly again, and it will turn back into the charm... If this gets stolen, I'm gonna come after you...." *charm stops glowing, and it comes back again immediately* "Oh yeah. Did I mention your face? It's really priceless.... I forgot to tell you that I can see you through this as well. Well, good luck." *glowing stops at last.*
Takin: "Errr.... Ok..." *holds the charm as tightly as he could, and he got surprised by the blade that suddenly appeared after the light that blinded him momentarily*
Takin: "That's pretty neat... I wonder what's behind this gate..." *walks toward the gate and the sound of clashing....*
Akiko took a quick glance at the roaring spectacle, as more skeletons decided to deter their attentions to him instead. Akiko, who was more than happy for this litle effect to take place, took the opportunity to run past all of the skeletons, and into the town. Running by buildings and patches of weeds, Akiko sped as fast as she could in search of anything, and everything that could be found at all. Yet, no matter where she turned, or how high or low she looked, it was very much lifeless. Akiko was sure that there were many people in the town, and a few skeletons could not have caused so much distress or death as to destroy everyone. Yet, after circling a few streets once, she decided that no one was outside anymore.
Thinking on that, Akiko went up to the nearest house, and placed her hand on the knob and turned. However, this door was locked, and it showed no signs of budging. She ran across the street, and placed her hand on that knob and turned it.
This one was unlocked.
She pulled the door open, and walked inside. Closing the door behind her, Akiko looked at all the furnishings that this house had to offer. There were flower-styled carpets all over the floors, and the shelves and stairs and wooden objects were all made of Mahogony. Yet, there was nothing strange about all of this: nothing seemed to be moved, destroyed, marked, or even harshly used. Akiko tried calling out inside the house for someone to answer her. Her voice, however, soon echoed into nothingness, and she suddenly felt really cold. She moved further into the house, and tried her call again. There was no other noise in the house that she could hear, except for her footsteps and her slowbreathing.
However, that did not mean that there was no other noises.
--
"Father, what are you doing?!" asked a small boy. He had very dark brown hair, green eyes, and was a little tan in the skin. He was wearing his pajamas, and was frightened out of his bed by a man with similar features who knocked down the door to his room. The man walked very slowly towards the boy without bothering to answer the question, or make any noises at all. The man came in front of the boy, and raised his arms above his head. Afraid of being hit by his father, the boy ran away like he always did. Suddenly, the boy tripped as the floor shifted upwards very suddenly. Looking back, the boy saw that his father had smashed his bed through the floor, which was now very much broken, yet still sturdy enough to walk on. The boy knew he had to escape somehow: this was not normal at all.
However, a floor below the bedroom, Akiko was breathing heavily. She had just been hit by some wood that fell from above her, and was now just recovering her composure. Standing up again, Akiko took a moment to look over her wounds. Since none of them were too serious, she looked up at the ceiling to see the hole. She walked over to and up the stairs without making much noise: whatever happened, if anything caused that to happen, perhaps it would be best if it did not hear her. She had made it to the top of the stairs, when something ran into her really hard and she fell to her side. Looking back to see what had hit her, she saw a little boy with brown hair. He quickly got up, however, and started running down the stairs while making funny noises in fear of something. Was she scary? She got up, and with a small wince, hopped off the passageway and onto the ground below. She landed just as the boy made it to the last step, and she ran after him as he moved to the door. She had just caught up to and grabbed him, when he had opened the door.
The boy screamed, and Akiko looked forward in confusion. Many people were starting to walk down towards where Udes and Rawk were, and somehow, they did not seem to be behaving normally. They all moved at random paces, and a lot of them turned and made their way towards the house. Akiko took notice that they all bore tools of some sort that were either very sharp, or very heavy. Akiko, in instinct, turned around to head to safety, but stopped when she saw a large man walking down the stairs very slowly. She looked in front of her at the man, and then behind her at the crowd. No matter where she went, there was bound to be danger now. She quickly turned to the boy and crouched down to look him in the eyes.
"Listen, we need to get out of here." said Akiko to the boy. "We need to run to the gates, but I guess we're going to have to go another way, if everyone is here."
"but..." objected the boy. Whatever the problem was, Akiko never heard about it.
"Listen, we really need to go. If we don't, I think we're more then likely to get hurt; so just stay with me, and we'll get out of here, ok?" said Akiko with more seriousness. The boy nodded, and Akiko grabbed his left hand and literally pulled him out the door and into the streets as fast as she could. She headed into the direction opposite of the gate. Whatever was happening, it did not seem like this was getting any better for them at all. Akiko just really hoped, for some odd reason, that Rawk was doing alright...
Meanwhile, on top of another building somewhere far off, a small figure could be seen moving erratically. It swayed and swerved, and even bobbed in the movement of some sort of dance. Whatever they were doing, it did not seem likely they would stop any time soon..

Rawk ran toward the booth with the winch. He got and side and almost leaped for the wheel. As he began turning, he noticed that it was turning a little too easly. Rawk then took a peak at the rope and, to his horror, saw that it was cut. He ran outside and frantically looked around, but all he could see was Udes fending the skeletons off. Rawk focused his attention on the gate itself.
"I could lift it," He thought, though he knew he really wouldn't be able to. "I have to try!"
The Loach ran over to the six hundred-pound gate, bent down, and grasped the bottum tightly.
"Here goes ..."
He pushed all the air out of his lungs and began to lift. The gate rose a bit, but not much as pain began to swell throough Rawk's arms and back. He knew he couldn't keep this up for long, but he continued to lift. The gate was lifted to about his shin now, then suddenly, it became lighter. Rawk wondered at this, but didn't stop lifting. Soon, it was above his head, and locked in place. He whiped his forehad and looked infront of him.
"Woah!" He was startled a bit by the figure of a man standing before him.
"My name's Takin. What's going on here?"
I don't really know what'll happen after this. It's basically in the hands of Miles and/or Roll, I guess.

Jareth was fighting off the skeletons slashing 2 or 3 in front of him. There was starting to have less and less. After slashing the skeleton in front of him, he noticed some villagers coming toward the gang. they were weird, he feeled out an evil magic at use on the villagers.
JARETH:"It is impossible, i didn't do that."
Two other skeletons jumped on JARETH's back and started to hit him. Jareth enraged by that and his eyes could be seen turning red. His cape lifted a little and something that looked like wings came out under the cape and it threwboth skeletons away. then Jareth's state came back to normal. He looked at the crowd again, and said...
JARETH:"In the end, It's good. it will give me an opportunity to put it all on someone else !"
He peeked around with his eyes and saw that the rest of the gang was coming out nicely. the small group of remaining skeletons were easily fended off.
JARETH:"For mortals they sure fight well."
Then he jumped on a few skeletons with a battle cry that could be heard easily by anyone near by !
TO BE CONTIUED...
They were now walking, the little boy and Akiko, as they had literally no company now. As they walked, they began to talk to each other, and they introduced each other as well. As it turned out, the little boys name was Chris, and he was eight years old. The day after tomorrow would mark his first day of training, as he would begin to try and become a great Priro (a strength-bound sword master) like his father. However, something has happened to his father, just like the rest of the town, and right now, the boy was fearing for his mother and sister. Akiko reminded him, however, that they needed to escape first; then, and only then, would she return to see if his family was well.
Without any objections, the boy took off at his top speed again, to try and quicken the process of being able to find out about his family. Akiko, who was directly behind the boy, suddenly remembered that everyone was still at the gates. Immediately rushing past the boy at a much faster speed, Akiko ran as fast as she possibly could while she held onto the yelling Chris. Moments later, as she passed by a hair dressers shop, Akiko came to a screeching halt. Something had hit the ground as she was running, and it was now just a little bit behind her. Turning to walk in the other direction to see what hit the ground, Akiko hardly notice the sparkle that shined. However, Chris did notice, and running off without warning to investigate the sparkle, Chris disappeared into the streets without leaving so much as a trace for Akiko to follow.
Meanwhile, Akiko had found what had hit the ground. It had been a little ball, that just looked like an ordinary ball of crystal. There was nothing too suspicious about it, except about from where it came. It had to have come from above; from the rooftops of the buildings. Akiko turned around.
"Hey, Chris, I found what hit the ground! It was a..."
She stopped. She just noticed that Chris was gone, and that she was literally all alone. She wondered, for that small moment, how foolish she looked speaking to thin air. More importantly, she began calling out to Chris, to see if he would answer. There was no answer from him, though, and she just stared into the distance. She hoped that he was at least heading to the gates. Suddenly, Akiko stopped breathing and moving. Something behind her was moving around quite frantically, and she was afraid that it could be a villager. Turning quickly around, she saw nothing. Looking down, Akiko saw that the ball was moving back and forth continuously. Just at that moment, the ball released a grand light that engulfed the entire area within twenty feet of the ball.
After the light cleared, which was only a mere minute later, Akiko looked up at a particularly tall beast that looked like a Falcon with a human-like body. The only particular difference, was the fact that it was standing upstraight just like a human would, and the eyes had no pupils. Akiko backed up a little bit, and the Falcon turned his head toward Akiko. Leaping a long stride forward, Akiko fell into a roll to dodge a heavy claw that fell deep into the ground. Lifting himself slowly, the Falcon turned around again to face Akiko. It did not seem like Akiko was safe here anymore.

Arthus:"Don't touch her ,you bastard!!!"
Arthus bumped into the beast at fool speed. The falcon creature went crush into a wall. After he regained his strength, Arthus pushed Akiko into the direction of the gate.
Akiko:"What are you doing?"
Arthus:"It's too dangerous to stay here, go find the others and escape from this mess."
Akiko:"but I can't, there's a boy somewhere who needs help. I can't..."
Arthus:"Ok ok it's seem that you made of your mind, go find him and quick. I'll try to slow him down."
Arthus turn to face the creature who was already on his feet.
" Damn, he's tougher than I taught. This creep gave me a headache.
The falcon jump on Arthus and hit him with his claw. Surprise by the attack, Arthus fell on the ground with a scar on his chest. Before he can even move, the falcon was on him trying to kill him with his powerfull claws. Arthus immobilized the claws and try to destabilized the creature without success. The falcon was trying to hit him with his nozzle. He had to found something quick before he became bird feed. Seeing a possibility, he hit the creature with his feet in his stomach. The falcon went crush into a cart and seems to be unconscious.
Arthus:"That should be enough for the moment, now I gotta go help the others. I hope they're alright..."
Arthus put himself together and ran in direction of the gates. The scar that the falcon left him was hurting a lot but it wasn't the bigger problem right now. When he arrives at the gates he saw all the people of the town reunited around his friends."First the skeletons and now this... what's next?" Udes was fighting a bunch of skeleton with the stange guy he saw earlier and Rawk was holding the gates. He jumped over the croud and helped Rawk to maintain the gates.
Arthus:"Did I missed something?"
Takin:"Please, can you finally tell me what's going on here?"
Rawk:"Where's Akiko?"
Arthus:"Damn she haven't return yet!!!"

What, so you guys left? Alright then...
Akiko turned into an alleyway by the ice cream shoppe to see if the little boy would be there. but when she only saw a little bit of broken wood and some clothes, she turned around and headed back to whence she came from. The boy was not there, and just a moment ago, she had promised herself that if he wasn't in that alleyway, she'd go back to see about the Falcon-man. After all, leaving anyone alone with him so upset like that would be suicide, for either being.
Dashing back to the area, Akiko came to a screeching halt. She went a little further, towards a pile of broken pottery and wood. This was apparantly the scene of where a cart was, and the pottery it sold was possible of the most exquisite china. However, the broken pieces that shattered everywhere made it difficult to tell anymore. However, Akiko was sure that the Falcon-man was around this area; after all, she still remembered the the way the Falcon made such a hole in the ground with its claw. It would have been very fatal if it had hit her anywhere. This thought brought on another thought, which was interrupted by a rock falling from the roof above. Barely missing Akiko, the rock bounced away into the broken cart, and Akiko looked up at the roof with narrowing eyes. There had to be something up there.
Gathering her strength, she crouched down for a moment as another rock came down. This one struck Akiko; however, it just bounced off of Akiko, and she did not move. However strange it was, Akiko did not seem to notice, and neither could anyone else. Opening her eyes, Akiko quickly pushed off of the ground as hard as she could with glowing pink hands. As the sound of a singing voice sang a single note, Akiko landed on the rooftop with much surprise.
"You're a little late; I almost started to sleep!"
A voice that rang with the essence of a child's tone filled the void of silence for just a little moment. Looking forward, Akiko found herself staring at a young boys face. His eyes, though very hidden under the bangs which hid them, sent off a little essential glow that scared Akiko a little bit. As for the rest of the boy, he wore a large turban-like hat, with a jewel where the plume should be. He wore a cloak, which covered his whole up to his ankles, which proved him to be wearing very poofy black pants. His shoes, which curled at the tips, were white and looked very similar to Akiko's; however, the boys had large, round crystal orbs stuck onto the part that was just before the curls start. Also, much to Akiko's surprise, the boy had a jeweled glove, just like hers! The only difference, was that it was a dark green jewel. Seeing this, however, tore into her memories.
"Where did you get that glove?!" asked Akiko abrubtly. The little boy, however, moved his finger and clicked his toungue in a superior manner.
"That isn't anyway to greet your entertainer. Besides; I only talk to my friends about personal things.." replied the little boy.
"but then, why could we not be friends?" asked Akiko as she went on her guard.
The little boy chuckled. "Because I, Asfahrn, don't make friends with weaklings. I don't like weaklings.. and if you're friends with that other weakling who didn't even take down my monster.."
"Monster?" repeated Akiko.
"Yes, a monster. You know.." the little boy spun and hopped from foot to foot "a being who is so abnormal, whether by looks or by ability, that they can't really be natural. Therefore, he's a monster."
"..."
Akiko looked at the roof for a moment, as the child danced on. Suddenly stopping to look at Akiko once more, Asfahrn gained a sort of devilish smirk. Thrusting his hand out, jewel first, he stopped twenty meters short of actually being able to reach Akiko. She looked at him, utterly confused.
"<span style='font-size:9pt;line-height:100%'>summon monsters</span>"
Immediately after he had whispered such words, a large circle with a rose implimentation appeared in front of the boy, and many monsters jumped out of the circle. Akiko, who was now surrounded by monsters up to twice her size, was trapped. However, when a monster struck out wildly and punched a hole through the roof they stood on, Akiko took the opportunity to run up the arm and jump off of it's shoulder. Landing heavily onto the ground below, Akiko rolled into a run. but before she knew it, a monster came crashing down, and her shoulder had a large slash running across it. Bleeding, and alone in a group of monsters, Akiko was growing a bit impatient.
"You really are weak! Lance must have been really out of it if he couldn't kill a little goober like you!" yelled a dancing little boy, as monsters suddenly swarmed around something, and started beating on something that was larger than some of the monsters. Akiko, looking at all of the monsters, suddenly started concentrating harder; if anything, she could charge up enough of her power to do something to get away..
...so....... yeah. That's just great. She's about to get discombobulated, while you guys have left the world of dancing, freaky old-man children. Lovely. Well, send Akiko a postcard, 'cause she's definitely busy in this town.
...Should mention: the boy isn't what he seems, he has something that could help Akiko learn more about herself, he has a glove jewel just like she does, and he's not weak. Btw, the Falcon is not gone, and he is roaming around, somewhere. Like he would actually be beaten with a kick to the stomach, when he can make a small crater in the ground with one punch...
Oh yeah, these monsters aren't weak, either. ^_^; They're probably not as strong as the Falcon guy, but they're probably only two steps below.

Erm, ok I'll keep going.
After listening to Rawk's story of recent events in the city....
Takin: ".....What?! Skeletons coming alive and roaming the city!? Are some of them still here??"
Rawk: "Well, I guess we took out most of them I think..."
Takin: "I hope so. Stuff like that are dark magic... Some even spread.... Well.... I guess I'll have a look around..."
Arthus: "Wait."
*Takin stops dead in his tracks* "Yes?"
Arthus: "If you see a monster.... Call out. We need to destroy that Falcon...."
Takin: "A monster...... Falcon..... Ok." I'm gonna try to use a detailed style, so it's gonna be different from here in this post.
As Takin was walking towards the core of the city, he stared around at the bones that were spread all over the dark floor of the city. The bones had a chilling feeling whenever he got near some. Like a mysterious force was watching him from the bones themselves.... He met a few of the skeletons, and had no problem defeating them. As he turned a corner, he heard a crash.... Takin sidled on a wall and waited until whatever made the noise to come around and his chance to attack. He waited some more.... And.....
Alright, so I guess you all know what's just turned the corner. let me give a hint. F****n. Erm... I think that was too much of a hint... Well, I've found it. Now what?? Should I attack it? Call for help? Avoid it and go on?... I dunno.

Udes fended off the last skeleton, there so such a pile in front of him. he took back his breath and turned around. yelling at the others that he'll be going in the city find the girl and get back with her !
The others surprised to hear that couldn't help understanding how he could have listened to the conversation while still fighting off, he was a beast with great senses after all.
Udes held his sword ready and ran thru the central lane. trying to hear what was hapenning around. but he couldn't hear anything suspisious except for that little music that kinda was echoing thru the wind. it seemed like she was not there anymore.
UDES:"DAMN girls, why can't they stay out of troubles ?"
Udes started to smell around, trying to pick up the scent of AKIKO. the one scent he was glad to smell while chatting with her at the gate !
UDES:"Ok it was kinda of a flower blooming on a sunny day of spring int he wood. i wouldn't forget that kind of smell"
UDES:"There you are !"
Picking up her scent UDES backtracked thru the central lane till he comes near an a small alley. the smell wasn't so recent so she must have passed by a while ago. he ran thru the alley when suddently a falcon like creature dove on him. barely dodging the thing with a roll, udes rolled back to his feet and standed against the nearest wall.
The beast was no where to be seen. until a bit of wood was heard being crushed right behind him. he ducked just in time before a big claw came thru the wall behind him. he rolled out of the way and back to his feet and continued to run thru the alley not even looking behind.
UDES:{What kind of thing is that ? where was it coming from ? }
The thing landed right in front ofudes which stopped right in his tracks. The bird man screeched and jumped on udes, but he dodged and jumped ont he wall then jumped above the bird just to land behind it. then he grabed on the wings, btu the bird creature was too strong and it didn't take long for it to get rid ofudes. Udes was sent flying thru a wall and crashed landed in a stable. coming back on his feet udes took back his breath.
UDES:"dang it. its strong. gotta run for it. if only i knew where that girl was i could get her and run as far as i could."
Udes picked up the scent of the girl, surprising as it was, it was coming from the rooftops.
Udes:"how as she got up there ? something is fishy here !"
The bird man came thru too, it was coming for udes and strike with his beak. dodging the blow udes ran toward the wall jumped on it and then jumped again which sent him thru a hole in the roof. looking down, the beast didn't followed. which was surprising enough for udes. instead it seemed to have picked up another victim, one probably easier to get.
UDES:"good ridance !" maybe not for you takin ! :colgate:
Udes looked at the horinzon fromt he roof trying to understand why he picked her scent up there. suddently his eyes stopped a small boy far away looking at the bunch of monsters dropping off the roofs. Udes had a weird sensation that the boy must have been the responsible for all of this. even more troubling, the scent of akiko was coming from there as well, so the boy must have summonned those to kill her and they probably were dropping down on her. something had to be done.
Udes ran from top to top jumping here and there. the boy had dropped off too and no more monsters where there. they had all jumped down. as he was coming close to where the action was he was hearing someone speaking, it was the voice of a boy. and some kind of noise was coming out, something hapenned and a flash of light flashed thru the sky. udes stopped right there looking at the edges without seeing anything really there, he would have to go down to know what hapenned. Udes juped off the edge of the roof and smelled akiko near. she was just ahead a simple turn to take. udes walked slowly and turned the corner. to his surprised the situation was smoother then originally thought, he was sure that she would be dead with that kind of population around her.
AKIKO was holding her shoulder, it was bleeding badly. she was wounded as hell and it was evident that she needed help or else she would end up being dismantled.
Udes drawed his sword and trusted it in front of him.
UDES:"DARKNESS SHALL BE DEFEATED BY THE LIGHT ! SWORN ENNEMIES, YOU SHALL BE DEFEATED !"
And udes ran in combat as some of the monsters came to welcome him.
BOY:"not another weakling !"
After the first hit was countered by udes and he was fighting off to his last breath.
BOY:"Looks interesting..."
Udes couldn't have imagined a fight harder then that... except perhaps with that bird man himself. maybe they were stronger then anything he ever encountered before. the real fight had just begun !

Jareth, Leonine Titan
07-07-2004, 12:44 AM
While udes slashed his last skeletons, Jareth was fighting the last 3 and felt the magic made by the little creature. Jareth told to himself:"i gotta see for myself" and he slashed the last skeletons.
Jareth:"Now time to see who's behind those evil magics."
And he ran away and while he ran away he was thinking:"I thought i would be the only one with dark magics." still running, he tryed to see from where it came from. To his suprise, it was coming from the rooftops. He jumped from wall to wall until he had climbed to the top.
He landed on the roof and he looked around to see where it was coming from. After a few minute, he noticed a small creature jumping down the roof to the floor below. Jareth ran from top to top until he reached the position of the small creature. He jumped down belowbehind the small creature that looked like a small human with weird clothings.
BOY:"Not a third one, how many are you anyway ?"
The boy turning around. Jareth looked at the boy and spoke to him...
Jareth:"So you are the one who is making all these magics ! To coward to fight your own battles"
And he turned to look at udes who was fighting off some monsters while akiko tryed to survive the rest.
Boy(chuckling):"like the rest, you must be a weakling who tries to look like something else. Not even worth my time."
Jareth:"let's see !"
Boy:"so you wanna play huh ? then play with this little one !"
The boy whisled. after a few seconds. nothing had hapenned and jareth was wondering what he was doing, when suddently the bird man himself came. jareth didn't had time to dodge and he got grabed and transported farther.
Boy:"See ya !"
after behind thrown on the floor. Jareth standed back on his feet. he looked at the creature above him and he thought:{Dang, this creature is stronger and faster then i am.} Jareth threw his cloak of of him and said:"Will never defeat it on my normal form !"
Jareth started to concentrate and change into something that seemed a tad bgger then he normally was. His eyes turned red, two wings started to grow on his back. then it was followed with a lot of scales who appeared on his skin. Jareth was now twice the size he used to be. his legs grew claws and scales as well. Even a scaled tail appeared. His head changed as well. it changed into one of a dragon.
*JARETH GROWLED*
Then he jumped in the air and attacked the falcon head on.
The falcon prepared himself for assault and placed his legs in front grabbing Jareth as he came in. jareth tryed to get free while the falcon tryed to make his claws got hru jareth's scales and into his flesh. Jareth grabbed the falcons legs and tryed to remove them but the falcon tryed to hit jarethc's head with his hands. Jareth turned his head here and there trying to dodge a few hits. since both weren't paying attention to the fact that both had problems staying in the air. they both crashed thru a building near by.
Jareth standed back again, but the falcon was already back on his feet. and the bird man tackled jareths out of the building and into the alley.the bird followed outside and landed onto jareth's trying to pass thru jareth's scales while it was hitting with its hands. Jareth tryed to counter the moves with his hands. while his tail came from behind the bird man which was slaped by a 4 bladed tail. the falcon was throwed forward. jareth standed up, first thing he knew the falcon was rushing at him again trusting his claws onto jareths grabbing him again.
Jareth, enraged by this, openned his mouth and breath fire toward the bird man, getting torched for a few seconds, the bird man released jareth and flown away for a few seconds. The falcon looked at jareth's while jareth still enraged flown toward the falcon. The falcon flown away toward a small alley which was barely large enough for him to pass thru while jareth, still following, passed thru the alley but it destroyed the walls instead since jareth was a tad bigger then the falcon. The falcon came out of the alley and turned around. Jareth came out only to see the bird coming for him before he had time to completely come out.
The falcon slahsed toward jareth, which landed perfectly on jareth's left side of this face. this hit made 3 slash in jareth's face. one of them was in the middle of the eye. which made jareth 1 eye blinded ! that threw jareth back into the alley right thru the ground. the buildngs on both side collapsed.
The bird man dove back onto jareth, grabed him, but as the falcon grabbed jareth rage grew to its extreme and he landed a blow in the face that sent the falcon flying thruthe nearest building and then passed thru a second wall. while the bird was a tad confused. jareth standed up again.

err, so who got picked up in Karma's post? Jareth or my character??? cause technically, both were picked up. so.... which one is it? I'm confused. I guess I'm not gonna continue until I figure this one....
...me or Jareth....
I forgot to mention, and I just noticed, that Akiko was using her "limit Break". ^_^; She was safe from attack for a few moments. And now, back to our show.
This begins from the moment that Akiko escapes from the monsters... so you know how she'd have gotten away.
Holding up her bit of protection against the perpetual pounding of the beasts, Akiko forced much of herself into the shield. The beings attacks, which became stronger and more widespread, began to wear down on poor Akiko. However, they were not able to notice that something was building up near the edges of the barrier they beat upon. Akiko was planning something... Asfahrn knew she would be. He didn't care, however: whatever she would do, she wouldn't be a threat to him.
However, he couldn't have expected the energy build up to burst underneath Akiko, and send her into safety. Especially not with the look on that face.
Landing inside the alley next to the nearest building, Akiko stood in her slightly crouched position for a moment before standing up again, and running out of the alley. In the street again, Akiko noticed that the beings were now attacking each other in their confusion, and that she appeared to be safe for the moment. Grabbing her shoulder and looking on, she noticed a figure dashing toward her in the distance. As her blood continued its flow, the figure continued its constant reach toward her. Coming close enough, Akiko knew it was Udes, the mysterious Tiger-man. She watched him closely, and gazed at his figure, as he stopped to look at her with a small hit of hesitation. Then, watching as he leapt swiftly into the large group of beings, Akiko found herself staring at a very gallant being.
And we're back on track..
This, however, became highly ridiculous. Not only was she staring at someone she had just met, but she was doing that while in the midst of a dangerous battle. Standing up straight once more, Akiko looked at the monsters and at Udes. She began to think now: if she were to help Udes fight the evil, creepy beings, and if they were to be destroyed, Asfahrn might be able to summon even more of them. If that were to happen, they'd be fighting forever.
No... she would have to attack them in a different approach. She would have to go after Asfahrn himself.
Gathering her strength into another little burst of energy, Akiko bounced up to the roof once more. Landing on both legs and immediately walking closer to the hopping boy, her looks became somewhat intimidating. Lifting her chin upward and looking down at Asfahrn, the look of her eye began to strike something within him. He didn't know exactly what was going on, but he did know that he hated the way it felt. Thrusting his hand out once more, and summoning his magic once more, he began to call out for a greater beast to fight Akiko. However, nothing happened. As Akiko drew nearer and nearer, nothing was happening. He suddenly began to panic: no monsters were being summoned. Something was cutting off his power over them.
Drawing from beneath his clothes a rod, Asfahrn stood in a strange stance. Glaring at Akiko, as if he were daring her to just move one more step further to himself, he started to let droplets of sweat run down his forehead. When she finally took that one step, he leapt forward wildly, aiming to strike her down with one attack. However, it turned out that his aiming and hand-eye coordination was a little off, and he missed Akiko very badly. Ending up in the second story of the building, he watched as Akiko hopped down to look at him with a sense of pity. The child stepped back a little bit, and brushed his bangs with his fingers once. Jumping this time with more accuracy, Akiko actually had to move to avoid the strike. The strike itself, she noticed, seemed to be using magic behind its power. After all, finding herself newly scratched all across her arms and legs when nothing touched her was just a bit too much of a coincidence at this time.
Just to say... this battle is all Akiko's for the moment...kill the monsters... then after I say its ok, go after Asfahrn. but you won't know if you'd want to kill him anymore...

*meanwhile, in the sky...*
Takin was just waking up, and sat down on something fluffy...
He stood up really fast, and saw he was on a cloud. Not an ordinary cloud.. He was starting to get suspicious. When he got back to his senses, he remember the claw that picked him up earlier, and started looking for the charm, hoping the monster hadn't swallowed it. He didn't have it...
*thunder strikes* "....." *a monster comes out of one of the surrounding clouds, with his mouth wide open. Takin dodged the mouth, and he saw a sparkle as the beak was passing him. The charm*
Takin: {I gotta get that charm back.... Alright, come on, you monster....!}
*looks behind him and the monster is gone. He hears a sound above him and looks up, and the bird-man like thing holds the charm in his hand.*
Takin: "What comes up, comes down!"
Bird Creature (http://home.ripway.com/2004-7/146239/z6boss.mid)
*Takin starts to move sideways while staring at the creature, and the creature is making sure that it's eyes are straight to Takin's. After a while, Takin tried shooting a bolt of lightning to the monster. It dodged it, obviously, and after it did, lurched headwarrd down to Takin, with it's mouth wide open. Takin used that oppurtunity to try and grab the charm, but only knocked it out of the mouth. With the creature's back turned to him, Takin fired a straight bolt out of his hand, and striked the bird thing, leaving only a mark. He saw something there...*
"What's that? ....Skin. Not a bird's skin either. This is mysterious..."
*creature reaches to his back and screams as he touches the wound, and turns around with red eyes*
"Impudent fool...."
Takin: !!!
"Die before my claw!"
Takin: "Hmph." *creature flies high in the sky and hides in the clouds.*
*Takin sweats* "Oh great, where'd he go..." *he looks behind and faces a hand in front of his face. the creature sneers*
"You weren't so quick..."
*Takin tries to shield himself, and hears a loud noise, very loud, it might be near him...*
Monster: "Ahhh what is this?! No...."
*Takin, without realizing what he's doing, touched the chest of the monster, and he electrified him in an instant...*
"?!..."
Takin: "Hm? Wha?? .... Holy..." *he stares at the hugh figure of the monster, standing there with electric flashing from his body. "What is this.... power? Uh! Gotta get out of here before he wakes..." *runs to the charm, and picks it up, then tries to figure out a way to get back down to the surface.*
"Hmm.... What if I tried syncing with lightning.... That would work I'm sure..." *raises his hand, and lightning picks him up, sending him toward the ground when it strikes the earth.*
That's a move called Lightning Transportation. Well, I guess that's a boring name, I'll try to get a better name next time...
"Huh... I'm back on earth.... What was that anyway... That tiger person I saw while I was being carried away. Was he involved with the problems here? *sigh*"
Hmm. I guess my character was somewhat ruined in my absence. He woulda been the first to go after Akiko. I'll try to redeem him here.[OOC]
As Udes was fending off two of the monsters - blocking their blows with his sword, and attacking them back - he heard another monster coming up behind him and knew he wouldn't be able to defend himself against that. The tiger-like man braced for a blow to the back as he continued to swing at the creatures in front of him. Udes heard a loud growl, followed by a loud smash and wondered what happened. He quickly glanced back and, to his surprise, saw Rawk standing on top of the beast, whos head was smashed into the building near it.
The large creature stood back up and Rawk leapt off its chest, onto the ground infront of it, landing crouched, with one hand on the ground and one in the air. He dashed toward the monster, which appeared to be made of stone, and punched it in the stomach, causing a few cracks. but, the Loach didn't see the large stone arm swinging around, and was sent skidding across the ground. Just then, a squid-like monster began to approach Rawk from behind.
"Oh, man. This is gonna suck."
Rawk reached into the hilts on his back and grabbed his claws.

"DAGGERT!!!! WHERE IS THIS JERK!!! DAGGERT!!!!!!!!!"
Walking around in his room, Cyrus was throwing everything he could put his hand on it. Suddenly, a tiny demon with wings appeared in front of him producing a cloud of gas.
Daggert:"You called me boss?"
Cyrus:"How many time I'll have to tell you not to do this!!! And stop calling me BOSS!!!"
Daggert:"Yeah yeah what's the problem???"
Cyrus:"HOW CAN YOU EXPLAIN THIS?" (Cyrus was pointing at a mirror who was reflecting the image of a gargoyle of flesh) WHAT HAVE YOU DONE THIS TIME?"
Daggert:"Who is this??? A friend of yours?"
Cyrus:"You know exactly who he is and what I want to know is WHY HE IS ALIVE???"
Daggert:"OK OK now I remember!!! That's your big brother isn't he?"
In a second, Cyrus raises his finger and fired a lithning toward Daggert who dodged the attack. The small demon land on the mirror with a loud laugh.
Daggert:"Well well well, I'm sorry but it seems that the curse is gone."
Cyrus:"but how, the spell was perfect. He should be asleep for eternity!!!"
Daggert:"To bad it didn't work!!! You're not as good as you were before."
Cyrus:"WHY YOU!!! (He raised his finger again but Daggert was already gone) I know that you have something to do with this so you better fixe that problem. Remember, you're my slave for again ten centuries."
Daggert:"Calm down, I'll do what you want master"
*Back at Kirtsnechiez*
Arthus:"Damn... this city is big!!! Well, all I have to do is follow the sound of battle and the smoke. (jumping from top to top, Arthus arrived quickly at the fight) Here I come!!!!!!!
Jumping into the horde of monsters, Arthus tried to make his best to help his friends........... but not to far from here, a little demon appeared and came closer to watch the fight.
Daggert:"Where's the fun in putting him into stone again??? Cyrus you big jerk, you don't have any sense of humour. Don't be afraid Arthus, I got something far more amusing than what Cyrus have plan for you...

Sorry for the delay, had around 5 virues for unknown reason syesterday, so i couldn't do anything else then reset the computer !
iu just deleted your post and mine razz, that's because they didn't have any purpose and besides there was another post to delete... anyway here is my part !
As Udes took a peek behind him, RAWK was there fighting and holding his ground, just like udes was trying to keep the monsters from reaching akiko ! Which seemed to have disappeared from sight !
UDES:{Dang, where is she, oh well gotta keep this up or else we're...}
At this time some other fighters joined the ranks. the strange man that was fighting the skeletons back then was sent flying by the bird like creature.
UDES:{Dang, well at least we won't have that bird brain in our claws for a while.}
Udes fended off a few monsters but they kept coming at em, seemed like the only way to make sure they wouldn't get back up would be to dismentle them limb by limb ! Udes swung his blade around, hitting a few of them but mostly just keeping em at bay, there was too much and they weren't your average demons, they seemed well trained. well, as trained as demon creatures can be !
Another face suddently showed up. coming from above the gargoyle seen before took out 2 monsters and held his ground as well. seemed like they were all there. with those 2 joining the fight, udes crowd was diminishing fast, now he had room to breath and maybe slice a few arms off, maybe a few heads if he was lucky !
UDES:{Time for some more strenght}
Udes jumped on a wall then on another and then reaching the top of the houses. he placed his sword up int he air and was about to yell something, but he saw a known face up there. AKIKO was there, she was going for the little bastard. by the look of the creature, akiko had everything under control. udes decided that the monsters under him were probably more of a treath.
UDES:"HOLY NATURE, HEAR MY CALL AND GIVE ME STRENGHT !"
Calling upon mother nature for help, Udes started to glowbright green just like the first time with the skeletons. his eyes had totally changed and he looked even more powerfull. Udes jumped down on a few monsters and resumed his fight with renewed strenght !

It's about time I posted in here again. ^_^;;;
Watching Asfahrns arm movements as he danced around continuously was starting to become a teensy bit difficult now. The rod itself was starting to eliminate all focused sight, and the fast movements all around the room added to the illusion that he was in several places at once. Feeling her eyelids becoming heavier, Akiko began to feel more tired with each and every movement the dance gave. She sawblurs of brown in several areas, and could not establish which one could possibly have been the correct rod. Chancing on the blur that was smallest, Akiko lashed her arm out at the right-most blur of brown.
The sound of something thudding suddenly zoomed through the air and into Rawk's ears.
"Get away from me!!!" screamed Chris, as he pushed a derranged little child into a pile of garbage to avoid his ravenous scratching and biting. It had been just like this the entire run to the pole: random people jumping from random places, just to do random attack patterns at random moments, and aimed at random body parts. The adults were very easy to get away from, since they had to practically dive to actually get at him. It's just the children who posed so many problems: since they couldn't really carry weapons, they had more movement. That, coupled with them being shorter, made them much harder to get away from. Luckily for Chris, his aspiration of being a Priro had kept him training even before his father considered letting him train, so he was very strong for his age.
but, upon this last thought, Chris had noticed that he had not only ran past several dormant adults, but that he had just ran into the pole that he was trying to reach. Rubbing his nose, he looked up with watery eyes to see the extra large sparkles in the sky. Wrapping his arms around the pole, he tightened his grip, and began climbing. When he reached the sparkle in the sky, he found it to just be a small pouch; but it was a pretty sparkle, and it still even sparkled in his hands. It was at this point, when he noticed that both of his hands were on the bag, that he was upside-down, and that he was slowly sliding down the pole in an awkward position..
--Meanwhile, back with Akiko--
Akiko was holding her wrist, as her eyes watered. She had hit her mark alright: all 6-inch thick, 200 pounds of it, and with the spot just above her wrist. The only good that came from her hurting herself, was that the dancing stopped, and that Asfahrn was now only one boy again. Smiling an ever triumphant smile at Akiko, Asfahrn waved his hands in circles just to spite her. He hopped forward and back, side to side, and onto his hands; all for the fun of this battle of his. Meanwhile, Akiko was shaking her wrist while hopping out of his way. Noticing that the little boy was literally beginning to dance at this time, Akiko finally gained a new thought.
"It takes two to tango!" said Akiko unexpectedly. Asfahrn, who was just as confused as ever, continued his dance.
"What in the hell are you talking about?" exclaimed Asfahrn.
but there was no answer. Instead, Asfahrn began to gawk at Akiko as she mimicked his every step and movement. Stepping into spins, and turning into handstands did little to affect this: Akiko somehow knew just what he was going to do, and she did it as well. Finally, Asfahrn stopped.
"How dare you spoil my fun!" he screamed, becoming red around the ears.
Akiko only looked on. This, however, angered poor Asfahrn into spin-kicking the wall behind him, which not only broke into many pieces, but also brought the entire roof down upon his side, and all over. In fact, before either of them knew it, the entire house had fallen into pieces, and they both fell into someplace very dark. Summoning her Sweet Tone, Akiko looked around in the darkness to try and find Asfahrn. but there were noises and echoes all about..
"Why are you fighting me?" came one echo. "Do you hate me?" came another. "Must I kill everyone to get the one I love to be accepted among you?" came a stronger echo. While Akiko didn't quite understand the meaning of all of this, she was starting to get a bit of a hunch as to where Asfahrn was. She kneeled down gently, and closed her eyes in mental focus.
"All I wanted was to have fun, and to get my friends accepted among humans."
The echoes were circling in from the right..
"Nobody ever wanted to even get to know them.."
Moving from behind her..
"Just because everyone says they're monsters!"
Suddenly jumping in front of her...
"It's not their fault they're large and have dangerous body parts!"
It moved to her left now, though Akiko suddenly felt a tiny bit disorientated with the last echo..
"I just want to have a place for us, and us alone!"
It was behind her again.
"Which means.."
To her right.
"That if you want to get in our way.."
In front of her.
"I will kill you!"
Behind her! That's where the echoes were coming from! She dimmed her Sweet Tones light just a smidge, before moving. Making the Tone stay where it was, Akiko moved on alone. She decided to go to her right first, then attack from behind: however, the echoes were still going..
"Why is it that only HUMANS aren't considered monsters!? Why should they be the only ones immune to the ridicule, when not even a child can't even escape that!"
Akiko finally came up behind the source of the voice, the small child, Asfahrn. She grabbed him from behind, and held him as tight as possible to herself so that he could not get free, or try to attack her. As Asfahrn struggled to get free, Akiko only tightened her grips.
"What are you getting at? Weren't you the one who just called them 'Monsters'?" inquired Akiko, as Asfahrn pushed his elbows into her sides.
"It's none of your business, you freak!" Screamed Asfahrn. "You're the one who left! You're the one who got away from everything! You don't deserve to know!!"
"What are you talking about?! I didn't do anything of the sort!"
"LIAR!!!" Screamed Asfahrn, as he suddenly burst out of Akiko's grasp with enough force to send her far backward. Suddenly, the Sweet Tone flickered and died out. Akiko's sight was finally out of it again, if not for the complete darkness, then for the fact that she had just lost a bit more blood everywhere.
"You liar... you know what you did. Mother and Father told us.. they told me everything. You ran away.."
More echoes. If Akiko heard more echoing, she was sure she'd lose her temper. However, more than anything, she needed to keep her conciousness. Getting up to her feet again, Akiko looked forward into the darkness, and stared for a while. She waited for the echoes again.
"You ran away. You left us all to DIE!!"
"but I didn't! I swear; I---"
"Liar! <span style='font-size:17pt;line-height:100%'>Leave us alone</span>!!!"
Light from underneath the house seemed to have burst through the caved-in building. While the pieces of the house were still piled above the cellar, the light seemed to show through anyway. but it was anyones guess above the ground, as to who the light was coming from....
Ok.. Meanwhile, Chris has gotten the pouch from the pole, and is probably rushing back to Akiko with it. Oh, and you guys can feel free to try to get to Asfahrn; Just don't kill him. Trust me, you'll find out why later.
..and sorry for being gone for so long. I really am trying my best to fit everything in.

The clouds high in the sky were getting darker as the night went on. Takin kept his eye on the speck of light i none of the clouds, and held the Charm Sword lowered to the ground. A few minutes passed and the light suddenly stopped. The bird creature moved closely to the edge of the cloud, and stared over it. Takin noticed a di ferent head than last time. Was he wearing something before he left and went back to the Earth?.... Takin blinked once and the creature was coming towards him.
Takin: "You still wanna fight huh? Alright, this time I'll show you what this strange power can really do!"
Bird of the Dark (http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/sony/ps1/exgouki.mid)
A glint appeared in the bird's eye. Takin gripped the charm and the sword came out. Did I mention he just randomly swings the sword around? He wasn't taught the ways of the sword as a child you know... He jumped as high as he could and climbed on the roof of a house. The bird creature raised and lowered his head in a pattern, and a strange beam thing came out. Takin tried countering it with an attack of his own, and made a beam of lightning to try and fight o f the bird's mysterious beam... It was a win-lose situation for both now. After a few minutes, when both were still standing firing their power, the bird suddenly leaped like a cat and headed towards Takin. He made a desperate move and leaped out of the bird's way, causing him to crash on top of the roof. Using that chance he tried to make a hit while the bird was unconscious, but he fell on a trap the bird was planning. The beak was snapping at him the moment he approached the monster, and he felt a cut on his arm. It was extremely huge too... As he staggered backward to sit on the roof's bricks, he saw another glint in the bird's eye.....
And saw a dark vortex in the glint.
Fine then. I'll just go and continue on my own.
Akiko, who was almost blinded, decided that now was a bad time to try and sneak up on Asfahrn in the darkness. In fact, she decided that now would be the best time in history to start hiding behind pillars to avoid being struck by flying debris. Doing so, Akiko was just narrowly able to avoid being struck by what looked like a mahogony-based desk. If things kept up like this, the pillar would soon give in to the abuse as well. Then it would be all over...
----------------------------------------------------------
"Alkanet!"
"Yes?"
"Come in please; Dad wants to speak to you."
A tall, charmingly pale woman wearing an all black ensemble (Tight, leather pants, a t-shirt, pointed boots, and even a tiara) stood up from her sit in her just as black room. She walked through the darkness, and went through the door that wasn't even there. In doing so, she came to an area that looked like babies had taken over. Closing the door behind her, she walked to the other end of the room, and into another door. This continued for as many as 6 rooms (which were styled in odd themes as well), until she stopped in one room. A man, sitting in a chair while reading a letter, was in the room next to a woman who was also reading the letter with him. Dad and Mom; both looked very ordinary, compared to Alkanet. The man looked up at Alkanet.
Dad: "Alkanet, do you know where your brother Asfahrn went to?"
Alkanet raised an eyebrow.
"You mean he actually left his room?"
Mom: "Of course he did! He'd cooped himself in there for at least a month now, so he'd have to have gone out."
Alkanet: "Very true. but.. I think I know where he is, now that I know he left."
Dad: "Where, then, dear? Tell Daddy where Asfahrn is."
Alkanet: "He's at the City of Sand and Desert, Kirtsnechiez."
Dad: "What is he doing there?"
Mom: "I hope he's not doing anything stupid."
Alkanet: "Well, you could say that he is."
Mom: "How so?"
Alkanet took a seat in a chair. "Promise not to freak out?"
Dad: "No; go ahead and tell us what he's up to."
Alkanet: "Ok. Thing is, he's terrorizing the town, and is trying to go after --get this-- a starlet! The last remaining one that we don't know about! And she's a cute one, too.."
Dad: "Another starlet?"
Mom: "Oh, how lovely! We haven't found a 'stray' one in ages!"
Alkanet: "Well, yeah; you've kept track of every last starlet who left the country, and killed every one you could find, if you didn't enlave them. but how did she slip past? She seems pretty ordinary to me."
Dad: "Well, the thing is, that not all starlets are the same. Some of them can mask their starlet signature unconciously; which is probably why we couldn't find her among all of the magicians in the world."
Mom: "Then again, there was this one family, who had a small baby..."
Alkanet looked at Mom.
Mom: "When the baby was born, it was about 2 months away from when all the starlets fled their country to escape us and our kind. She would be the last Starlet to be known to be born. A month passed since then, and we were invited to come see the baby. I was thrilled; you know how much I love children. When I went to go see the child, however, it seemed that the mother wanted me to see if there was something wrong with her daughter; the father had died about a month before then because of an illness and battle wound. Anyway, I went in to see daughter, and it was a very strange sight to see. Her mother, a Brown haired, green eyed skinny woman with ordinary magic power, was very turned off by this.
The girl had already begun trying to move around, just like a genius; but at the same time, she was being a little clumsy. She fell after a few movements forward! She was such a little cutie... but that wasn't what worried the mother. You see, it seemed that this little girl had completely different hair color from both the mother and the father; no one in the family lines had the color either. It was blue hair, you see; a very nice shade, that went well with her skin. but her eyes... her eyes were very strange. They were golden in color! Yes, Alkanet, like an animals eyes. They were so golden, in fact, that looking into them would make the scene kind of sepia-toned. but when I examined her, there was nothing at all wrong with her: all bodily functions, and such other medical things were normal. Exceptional, even! Why, she had no allergies from what I could see, nor any deformities. And she had a voice that she kept trying to use: when she used it, it was as if she were trying to sing. Her voice was nice enough to be used for singing, that's for sure. but whenever she had "sang", everyone around kept feeling dazed, or got strange headaches, or became too overwhelmed with her voice, that they passed out on the floor. So, when that happened, I knew something was totally different about her. Not many people get a power that's enfused and activated by their voice! but when I told the mother that the daughter was perfectly alright, she seemed happy enough, so I didn't say anything about the power her daughter had. Don't think I needed to anyway."
Alkanet: "So what happened after?"
Mom: "Well, the mother invited me stay for some food and drink, but I refused. The truth was, I didn't want to stay and become attached to the family; especially not that child."
Dad: "Good thing too; as it seems, Asfahrn will be killing her within moments anyway."
Alkanet's eyes changed their expression for a split second before returning to normal.
"What if he doesn't kill her?"
Mom: "What?"
Alkanet: "What if Asfahrn fails to kill her? What will happen then?"
Dad: "If he doesn't, then we'll just have to 'discipline' the boy when he returns home. You know he always does, since everyone doesn't like his freak friends."
Alkanet: "I guess so..."
Mom: "Of course it is so. We made it that way; we will never, EVER let you children go....Not ever..."
Dad: "And don't you forget it, Alkanet."
Alkanet: "I won't.. don't worry. but is that all we needed to talk about?"
Mom: "Oh, no; there was just one more thing."
Alkanet: "Yes?"
Dad: "Did anyone else leave while we were sleeping?"
Alkanet: "No, everyone is still in their rooms, or inside the city doing the same, usual things."
Mom: "Alright dear, thank you so much for talking with us."
Alkanet stood up, smiled sweetly, and waved goodbye to Mom and Dad. Of course they'd never let anyone go: they were never their children, so they couldn't go with the false last names. She was just happy that at least one Starlet was smart enough to survive and flourish. Perhaps, if she was lucky and, she could find that small, velvet bag that used to be hidden in a box, waiting for the last living "####orn" starlet to go to it.
Of course, if NO ONE ELSE posts in this rpg within a week, I'll just continue the fight on my own, while posting multiple posts, and using everyone elses characters to my disposal. So, don't worry if you don't post anymore; in fact, if you don't, I'll just go to another place, where more RPer's are, and continue it there. See if this rpg can really end, with or without its original characters.

well, i was waiting for a few others to post...
but it seems i may be the only one who still is able to come and post...
Jareth cannot post until i say so, so it may be my fault for him not posting as he did wanted to post a few times...
anyway... KALEM dammit, i know you work, and i know you got school, yet i saw you a few times, what are you waiting for ?
Taking a break, Udes standed up against the nearest wall who was still up. He couldn't believe that he was alive after such a battle. so much monsters all at once, yet the group seemed to have defeated most of them, the rest got scared and left in the shadows. All happy to have defeated them Udes walked away to seek for the others. but he suddently fell on one knee as one of his leg suddently losed strenght.
UDES:"what the..."
He looked around his leg and saw one big bleeding wound there... At this point he noticed that his leg wasn't the only one to be wounded. His right arm had even changed to a thick red color, mixed witht he green of his fur. that wasn't a pretty sight.
UDES:"Dang, i'm more injured then i originally thought."
Using his blade as a cane, he helped himself to walk away toward the other party members. he wasn't that much of a friend to them, yet he wanted to thanks them for the help.
UDES:"Hey you alright there ?"
RAWK:"Yeah just a bit bruised, and you ?"
UDES:"Same here !"
RAWK seen it worst, yet he too couldn't tell how injured he was.
UDES:"You know where the others are ?"
RAWK:"Nope, i last seen AKIKO falling within this building up there. that gargoyle took that way and i never seen it ever since."
UDES:"That's a start ! i'll go check out that girl then... you take a rest !"
RAWK:"nah, i'll go check on her, you go after the others !"
UDES:"sure you can walk ?"
RAWK:"Don't worry about me !"
Udes nodded and walked away... so had RAWK !
UDES:"By the way... Thanks for the help during that battle !"
RAWK:"Hey i wasn't doing this for you, but no problem !"
Both searched there way to find the others.
Udes turned the corner and saw a few monsters on the ground, they were dead. as he looked at them, he noticed how savagely they were killed, truly that gargoyle really meaned it ! A few moments later some voices was heard...
ARTHUS:"Can you help me out ?"
Udes looked on his side. ARTHUS was sat against a wall. he barely was able to move on. well not that much of a deal since up to now everyone had problems staying up.
UDES:"Take it easy..."
Both standed up against each other, then walked away back to where AKIKO was last seen. Both knew and had saw that black man being throw far fromt his battle scene, thus they didn't cared to go look for him.
Udes heard some voices coming out of the buildings near by. Both udes and arthus walked faster toward their destination as both wanted to know what was going on. as they arrived some bright light was coming thru the collapsed building. both entered to see the action.
As soon as they entered they had to jump out of the way for some things were flying low in there...
UDES:"What the hell is going on here ?"
Udes was sitting against a pillar who was a perfect place to hide.
RAWK:"Don't about it, i just happenned to see akiko in that corner and there is someone else with her !"
UDES:"Then what you waiting for go on and get her."
ARTHUS:"That would be difficult"
RAWK:"Think i didn't tryed, its hard to even get close to that position."
TO BE CONTINUED...
If any one finds i didn't RP there character correctly then just tell me about it and i will change it. as for the rest of the way, i truly don't know what to do about it so i'll let you roll go on and finish what you started.
unless you thought ofus going in the battle against that kid, i truly don't know what to do. anyway just PM me with your idea's so i can know what to do
Of course, if NO ONE ELSE posts in this rpg within a week, I'll just continue the fight on my own, while posting multiple posts, and using everyone elses characters to my disposal. So, don't worry if you don't post anymore; in fact, if you don't, I'll just go to another place, where more RPer's are, and continue it there. See if this rpg can really end, with or without its original characters.
I personally think that that would be a good idea. Your RP deserves better RPers than the ones at dispense on these boards. And if you keep it here, I'll just let you control my character. Or kill him off or sumth'n. I hate RPing on SFO. The only thing I like about RPing here is you, Roll. Everything else just doesn't do it justice. So, I vote in favour of moving it to another forum. And if you do, I still prolly won't join it ... just 'cause I'd end up not posting anyway.

so if i understand right, i'll have no choice but to ask you roll where that place would be, since i just like RPing and i don't want this one to slip thru my fingers !
So.. Razz, you're not going to stay with us? You're not going to continue on this adventure with me anymore?
...but I can't move this rpg. If I do, it'll be lost for ever. So... it stays; even if it dies.

When Jareth stands up again, seeing the bird brain being stunned, he rushes thru it. as the birdman see the small dragon coming at him, he steps in the air and fly away. Jareth follows in the air. then grabs him by the feets, then pull it off toward the ground.
The birdman falls short as he hit the ground at high velocity. Jareth lands on it. Jareths looks down on his victim underneight then opens his mouth wide and breaths a cone of fire that burns the bird brain. the flames were getting up around the two of them as they were bouncing off the ground flame by flame.
Jareth then bend over and grabs the shoulders of the bird man grab its head with his mouth then rip it off... The head was sent flying thru the alley. and jareth yelled a battle cry which could be heard in the entire city.
Jareth may had losed an eye and his chest was torn apart, yet he still had defeated that bird man and he was proud of it.
He jumped on a rooftop to look at the city and what was going on right now. As he looked thru the horinzon a light could be seen from a house, looking near it, he could see a gargoyle and a tiger-like man getting in.
Following them around. he flew around looking thru the collapsed ceiling seeing the small girl in the corner, blinded a little by the bright light. he decided to go in, As the things was throw at the pillar which hided akiko. suddently the rest of the ceiling collapsed on it again. giving place for JARETH in DRAGON FORM. standing in between the pillar with akiko behind and where he thought the enemie was. Yelling a battle cry he then breathes a wave of fire in front of him.
Closing his last eye a little, he looked to see if he had hit the target and if things would calm down.
TO BE CONTINUED...
Well... unless asfharn wasn't in there, i doubt him to have stayed there. anyway if i made something you dislike, just tell me, i like critisms and roll, sorry for not posting, i was waiting for Karma to post. i don't want this to die, or if you put it elsewhere, just tell me where, i will follow as well !
Like I've said ... I hate RPing on this board. I can't stand it. Mostly because of the fact that msot of the RPers suck. Some are alright, but most are annoying. And like I've stated numerous times in the past, it just becomes a burden. Kinda like homework. So, if you'd like to take controll of Rawk, Roll, that would be cool. No one else, please :) . If not, I'll kill him off.

Several pieces of the house were floating in the air, bumping into everything in there way. The light comming from belowbecame intense and difficult to support so it was impossible to know what was happening down there. Arthus tried to see beyond but the light was to much for his eyes.
Arthus:"Can you see something Udes?"
Udes:"I can't barely open my eyes and you Rawk?"
Rawk:"Sorry but I can't either, hope Akiko's allright!!!"
Suddenly the ceiling collapsed and a black dragon land between Akiko and Asfahrn and prepare to breathes a wave of devastating fire at the little guy.
Arthus:"What is he doing? There's no place to do that, he'll kill both Akiko and the boy. UDES!!! Take Akiko and leave, I'll take the boy..."
Udes:"but I can't even..."
Arthus:"Udes please just do it!!!"
The two of them make their best to save Akiko and Asfahrn. When Jareth breathes fire at the boy he thought that this was his last moments on the lands. After facing the death, Arthus leaved the building with the little Asfahrn unconscious. He lands a few feets of Rawk who was holding Udes, Akiko was sitting in front of them. Arthus walked foward and give the boy to Rawk.
Arthus:"Take him for a while would ya!!! I got a score to settle with this dragon freak!"
Walking toward the hold building, a small bright of light appeared in the sky.
Arthus:"Darn it, the sun is rising... I got to find a safe place to sleep..."
?:"Oh no you don't..."
Suddenly a portal appeared and aspired Arthus into it...
The sky was dark, the houses was replaced by mountains with flames and lava. The heat was intense and hardly bearable.
Arthus:"What the hell!!! Where am I???"
?:"Why are you asking questions that you already know the answer?"

........................................
*Takin stares from a rooftop at the mysterious strangers he saw earlier... They we're putting up a fight against that boy he glimpsed. He couldn't get a thought out of his mind though.... Why'd that bird suddenly release him?.... While he was thinking this, he thought he saw something flying over his head, and a cry that came afterwards. He was thinking of going to the direction of the cry, but then decided of staying. That might have been the person who killed the birdbrain...*
Takin: {Hmm... I wonder...} "Huh?? Aahhhh!" *doged a falling stone from the house that was destroyed.* "Whew that was close. Huh!?" *he saw something moving in that rubble of destruction... someone was still alive and seemed like trying to hide... but then, the person was being followed by someone...*
Takin: "What should I do...? That person might be in trouble, but that boy following her didn't look anywhere near frantic... Should I follow them?..." *looks from the corner of his eye the two men who were hiding behind a pillar. seemed they both knew those two in the house... Then a dragon suddenly went towards the house and (burned?) the young boy. The girl stood up and went towards the two men, one of which was probably unconscious. another man went to the boy and picked him up, then, strangely enough, gave him to a strange looking person. he motioned for both of them to hold on, (couldn't hear his words), and moved toward the dragon. before he made it to the building where the dragon was though, a light suddenly appeared before the man... he was sucked into that light, and Takin and the others were left alone with the dragon, who looked at the others, who were badly injured. maybe now is the time to try and help them...*
Hmm. someone PM me on what I should do now... Ima the only one who hasn't been injured and what not... Well, except for a few scratches from that bird...[/color:post_uid3][/color:post_uid3]

The heat was intense and Arthus wasn't able to move because of the lava that was running around him. The mountains were too high for him to see anything beyond and his wings were like cotton. Suddenly, the air became colder and Arthus was able to breath a little bit.
?:"Sorry about that, I forgot that the people of the lands weren't accustomed to deep of hell. BRRRRR... I don't know how you can survive in your world with all these ... anyway this is not why I brought you here."
Arthus:"Who are you and what have you done with my friends?"
?:"Don't worry your friends are all ok but you... that's another thing... Do you know a man called Cyrus???"
Arthus:"YOU BASTARD!!! It is him who sent you??? Answer me!!!"
The heat became so intense that he wasn't able to breath. After a short time it come back normal.
?:"JUST ANSWER MY QUESTION YOU BONEHEAD!!! Another intervention like this and I'll kill you in a seconde understand? (Arthus answered by a move of the head) That's more I like it!!! Now answer me."
Arthus:"Yeah I know him, he's a bastard and my brother."
?:"Well we're not so different... He's a total jerk so listen and do what I say. You'll stay with the guys that you meet in the village and you'll follow them anywhere they'll go."
Arthus:"Why should I, I must find Cyrus and..."
?:"Perhaps you want me to emprisonned the tiger guy in a cage for my personnal amusement... or toast the little fox on a fork like a roastbeef? Do what I said and all will be perfect!!!
From the deep of his conscience, the little demon received a telepatic message:" DAGGERT WHERE ARE YOU STUPID WORM??"
?:{The day where this freak will leave me alone hasn't come yet} Sorry but I gotta go... Oh and take this (a pendant in form of a quarter moon appeared in front of Arthus) it will be usefull."
Arthus:"How is it suppose to work?"
?:"Don't worry, you'll know soon... just always keep it on your skin and it will be perfect..."

I'm just deciding on posting again, for the sake of my reputation =/ Anyway, I guess I'll go on with what I've been going with since last time, so heh... Just tell me if you don't like this one I am about to tell lol..
Takin hesitated for a bit, but after much consideration, he jumped from his hiding spot and landed in front of the dragon, who was still looking like it would attack at any moment possible. He drew out his sword and stood positioned there.
He wasn't able to tell for sure, but he saw a different aura around the dragon other than what he expected. It was a aura of a normal person, yet what Takin sees in front of him is a raging dragon of fury. He took a step, and a piece cumbled off a roof. He breathed in and out alternatively, and took another step. This time the dragon was growling at him.
It sounded like it was trying to say something.
Takin: "Uh.... I-Is there uh... anything you want t-to say??"
The dragon merely growled again.
This time Takin spoke louder. "Hello, is there anything you wish to say?" ...No answer. Takin saw a glint in his eye that meant only one thing. This dragon was looking to attack him the first chance he got. "Well, if it's a fight you're looking to get, then you've found it..." Both leapt at the same time, about to come in contact in battle!
A dragon's claw (http://home.ripway.com/2004-10/194217/bossbattle.mid)
The dragon breathed a flame of fire when he got near Takin, and it scratched him by a little. Takin countered with a slash at the back. Not a mark appeared. Seemed to him like this was going to be a pretty long battle. Both skid the ground after landing, and was pretty determined. The dragon held it's ground and opened it's mouth to breathe more fire. Before then, Takin made a lightning shield around himself, and the fire just bounced right off the shield. However, some went through, so he was pretty scratched after that attack. He leapt and hopped on the dragon's back. He then made a quick attempt to do some more damage while he was trying to hold onto the dragon as best he could while dodging all the flames thrown at him and hanging on while it flew in circles, trying to throw him off. Then, after reaching the height of the sky, he saw the tail swish past him... He then thought of slashing the tail, hoping it would at least stun the dragon for a bit while he charged up for a extremely large electric attack. Thinking this, he swung his sword at the tail, and just as he expected, the dragon had dived toward the ground, now desperate to get him off his back. Takin slashed the tail again when they reached the ground, and jumped in front of the dragon. He raised his hands, and started powering up for a huge attack!
Takin: "Well, this shall be your end!!"
Of course, anyone watching this can stop him, so... Do what you really want to do before he fires the attack or...
It's byebye the dragon... This attack is going to extremely big.....

FIRST : i am sorry to have learned that roll can't continu this story as long as her computer is down. this probably means the story is on hold for now...
SECOND : that dragon is way harder to kill then that Miles, for he is JARETH's TRUE FORM. his stats boosts up to twice their real numbers. and i believe he was already a great warrior himself. just so ya know...
THIRD: as for him being on attacking again, well surely not, but your charcater couldn't know that thus i can understand why the attack on him.
anyway now you all know...
