How to make a banner, can anyone explain that to me?

FIrst u get ur self a Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or CS...and then learn the filters and buttons..and what they do..and then use ur imagination to create backgrounds...and borders or whatever.

yeah go here IMESH (http://www.imesh.com) download it and then download Adobe Photoshop from there..much easier....ITS A GREAT PLACE to find downloads
