Okay.. let's get over that topic, Nferno666, because it's evidence that may not even exist for all we know and has had no virtual impact on this discussion.

On the other hand, I have presented REAL evidence for everyone to see.

And please if you don't mind, Nferno666, address the most current posts if you dare will.

The evidence you speak of is only basicly availeble to you, which isn't evidence because it turns in to just your word. How can you punish him withought Evidence!? You claim you saw it! That doesn't mean you did! You deleted a crap load of posts that I bet you didn't even read! I've seen virtuely every post Restavega has made and im asking you to rewrite a post that you believe was a spam. Lets see if Restavega ever posted "lol" or " :0 "or my favorite "cool". Restavega has never posted anything shorter than a sentence and i personaly don't consider that spamming.

Lets review the evidence shall we.....
1.i like to call this one (he said, she said)
Restavega: Has defenders openly stating they have searched and did NOT find spamming material posted by Rest!
KingRyu1: Nferno666 openly claims he saw these outragiously spamy posts, Unfortunatly he was so repulsed by them!! He decides to erase them!(still under close observation for having to tampered with the evidence and for giving meaningless excusses)

2.(excusses,excusses)
Restavega:Claims he did NOT spam and tryed resolving the warnings and this issue by Pms. Rest admitts to seeing this warnings but not understanding their context after which he constantly attempts to send resolution pms.
KingRyu1:Admitts to having sent the warnings several times. Unfortunatly he was way to busy to reply to this resolution pms and continued to warn Restavega withough explaination.

3.(how"the beefing"began)
Restavega:Posts a topic Discussing the hypothetical idea ofuVIP(UltimateVIP). Where the players could pay a certain amount of money to have more special little percs, allowing the tmyapp to easily afford to pay for the server and maybe even get some sort of pay check out of this for him self. Kingryu1 in shock of this insolence!! Locks the topic, but not withought adding a few very disrespectful words from himself.
Kingryu1:Rejected this very foreign idea and even felt to take it upon him self to end the audacity!! Not to mantion adding a little word bonus which supposedly sparked the ever growing fire between the two!

4.(the torture)
Restavega:Even though upset and in distress, Restavega does what he belives will save him. Emailing the tmyapp,followed by pming king himself! Which as we all know didnt work. He began to feel alone and threatend and came to the conclusion that he should just mind his own business and the problem might go away!*aghh* but it was not so. The constant PUBLIC negativity and hatered he had to indure when kingryu1 would post after him calling him names and taunting him like a child.
KingRyu1:Believed that Restavega was a no good spammer, that had to be taught a lesson. Careful forethought to avoid danger or harm kingryu1 send a warning to restavega. At the first warning rest replies with a pm, asking his mod for explanation of his accusations,unfortunatly Kingryu1 was already busy sending another warning and calling names that he must have deleted it by mistake*hey its possible! After the same story occured three times kingryu1 felt it was his duty to elliminate all signs of threat! so comes the banning!

5.(the HARD FACTS)
Restavega:Sends to us this briliantly taken snapshot of the first collision. AND.... oh my! I believe Restavega has proven the harasment that he had to indure. The dates and the names dont lie! kingryu1 did infact start to show extreme unprofessionalism on the job! He did indead insult Restavega and indead he took of his glove and smacked restavegas face*if you sqwint your eyes and focus hard you can see the glove hitting resta in the eye, causing him unbelievable pain and suffering...even though on the floor hurting and bleeding. Restavega attemts one last time to prove that he isn't the delinquent (Presumed to be true and real without conclusive evidence}.. he has been made out to be by kingryu and com.(by donating REAL support that will be used for the bettering of the community and its dwellers.
Kingryu1:#NO HARD EVIDENCE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED#

6. (The unfairly painful conclusion&^()
Restavega:The ruling decided to BAN Restavega and then put him on PROBATION followed by the strip search and robbery of the oh so desurved metals of honer that Restavega ones urned! Not to mention a public stomp on the bolles that will be held in town for show and tell!
KinRyu1:NO COMMENT!

As you have all noticed, Nferno666 has been ignoring the current posts with my evidence of KingRyu1's poor action and so on. Cat got your tongue, Nferno? It should because what have you really got to say?

If KingRyu1 was man enough he would do as Sbyrde suggests and apologize to me. KingRyu1 brought this whole mess onto himself and therefore his now tainted name is no one's fault but his. This mess of his also costs me enough pain, suffering, and humiliation when being called a spammer and trying to defend myself. I believe all the followers backing KingRyu1 have become quite speechless and KingRyu1 himself has turned out to be silent as an eggplant.

Feel free to apologize, KingRyu1, when your pride subsides. And if you wouldn't mind... do it publicly the same way you insulted me.

So this is what has transpired in just 2 days??? . Eight pages ofus forum members bitching at each other. As much as I enjoy the idea of a forum upheaval, I must state that this was done the wrong way. Sure it's okay for ppl to learn the truth.. but I guess we all have our breaking points right?? heh

Okay.. to weigh both sides and choose whether or not I want to be for the dark side or join Luke Skywalker would be the reasonable thing to do. However, I'll show you all something. This is what happens when we mistake intelligence and brillaince for wisdom and experience. See no one is wrong.. in all honesty.. for we have just spoken our minds. Apart from ppl posting replies like

yeah.. he's right.. listen to him.. and then they quote a huge block of reply made by a higher power.

In all honesty, what I see is a major misunderstanding between not just our friends... *cough* Kingryu1 and Restavega, but everyone in the forum that chose to post a reply here.. by either bad mouthing a mod, saying they are incompetent... or pointing out their mistakes or saying Restavega deserved to be banned for three days.

Try and understand both sides of the equation. There's Restavega and his lady's view.. the dude couldn't do anything mobile.. for sometime, so he did the next best thing. Stayed on the forum.. reply.. gave his opinion here and there. I don't see anything wrong with that... but I wouldn't have known the reasons behind his high amount of posts if I had just looked at the outer layer of the whole situation. Why has he replied or started topics that have earned him a total amount of posts of about 326 or so in the short time that he's been on the forum.. Well, let's see... how about the fact that the dude had nothing else to do but chill out in the forum that he likes so much.

Now don't get me wrong.. I'm not saying Restavega is Mr. Ghost here.. and is invisible from all the blame. Just try and read my reply.. before blowing my head off.

Then there's Kingryu1.. who thinks beyond reasonable doubt that Mr. Restavega deserves to be banned from the forum for spamming. He undoubtedly has reasons and proof. Now Windarossa.. like you, I also want to see this proof.. But you must understand that there are a few things that we have no access to in this forum. Even if Nferno666 or some other mod were to link us where this so-called proof is, we wouldn't be able to view it. So let's at least give them the benefit of doubt.. and believe in their words that they infact have enough proof to find Restavega guilty as charged.. but like you and I know now.. he had nothing else to do but stay on the forum.... so he shouldn't be banned.. should he??

Where this "thing" went hay wire.. was when Kingryu1 called Restavega an idiot.. right from that time, I knew something like this was gonna happen. Knowing fully well, that Restavega doesn't take insults likely.. and Kingryu1.. is just.. well.. let's just say a "meh" kinda guy. See.. maybe you shouldn't have called him an idiont.. even though closing the topic was wise.. but calling the guy an idiot.. was a little too harsh. And I'm guessing that's where all this bad blood began to build.

Now what I'm saying here is, no matter how you look at this, each party would find himself right.. and wouldn't accept to his/her own folly. I'm not here to judge or say whether or not Restavega and Windarossa have every right to go against the community for being "harsh" to them... or whether or not Kingryu1 or Nferno666 ... or whoever banned Restavega was right to do so.. or like you put it, abusing their power. However, joining this forum.. as a normal member.. would mean that you're subjected to their power.. and how they choose to use.. well, let's just say.. all we can do is bitch about it.

What I do want us to know is that how it started doesn't matter anymore. We've all let out the necessary steam needed to be let out.. and every other person has heard the other side of the story. I believe from this time forth, Kingryu1 would be forthcoming with his warnings.. and have a little more control about the names he gives ppl that break the rules... eh?? Now calling them idiots wouldn't stop them from spamming would it?? :biggrin:

And Restavega, try and understand... this is not the first time this has happened.. nor would it be the last.. but when things like this happen.. I believe it's best to calm down.. smack our heads.. and not let our emotions take the better ofus. I always say this to those close to me.. The more you let ur emotions take control of you.. or wierd sides to ur personality.. that you urself do not understand would begin to show forth.

And if we keep on arguing till kingdom come, Kingryu1 may not apologize to Restvega for calling him an idiot..or for banning him (whether it was wrong or right.. in which case, I see no reason for an apology).. neither will Restavega see anything wrong with mode of conduct for the past 3 weeks that he's been on the forum. The result; more and more.. and more and more and more incoherent blabbing of how much wisdom.. or how right one party is, while trying to show how wrong the other party is.

It shouldn't have to lead to this.. even though I'm happy this happened.. It lets us see the true monster/reasonable human in all ofus.

I myself, am not a respecter of persons.. it's my code and what I believe in. However, I give honor to whom it is due... and I believe that it's my duty to respect the mods.. no matter how pig headed or unreasonable they are. That's the way this forum is. I remember reading some of the rules that state that.. But seeing that that has been tossed out of the window, well let's allow the flame and heat to die out as well.

For anyone who takes time to read all the "words", I've just written, note down the fact that I haven't send so so so and so is wrong.. while the other person is right... because I don't need to. Even if I go with one side, what'll that lead to.. more bitching and more anger being displayed by members of the forum.. until a mod/admin has enough and decides to lock down this topic.

In conclusion, guys, just let it go! I believe, Kingryu1 has had his share of bread and butter.. seeing that he isn't invisible to critism.. and Restavega.. try to understand that not everyone would see the saint in you.. or believe that you are right all the time.. For as humans, we make mistakes. What you term as not spam.. may be spam to the mods and admins.. and with that, I believe they have reserved the rights to ban you on those grounds.. so in all honesty you wouldn't have a say.

So let's just take this as a learning process.. and learn from our mistakes. :biggrin: After all, Restavega isn't banend anymore.. and Kingryu1 is.. well, still a moderator (not that any bitching would have led him to be anything short of what he is.. :biggrin: )

I can see that you tryed presenting your point as delicately as possible but reading your reply for the thurd time just leads me further to believing that you, just like every one else in this forum want to roll over and play dead. Sure you didnt come right out and say you were supporting the mods, oh wait you did! "I give honor to whom it is due... and I believe that it's my duty to respect the mods.."

This whole forum seems to be mortified with the idea of power. One thing i learned from being on this forum, people dont make long meaningful posts withought a future possition some where deep down in their subconsious. I made Mine to defend the love of my life you made yours for...... well i have a few ideas on why you made yours, but that doesn't matter now does it. You have come Between the fued and made it all swell again. Blame me for being ignorant and not hearing your "words", for i think i hear your words better than any one else.

That's exactly what I was trying my very best to avoid while posting there Windarossa.. See I'm not supporting the mods.. however, I respect them.. hey, they are mods after all. And if we are to stay here, I believe it's only right we respect them. Neither am I saying Restavega was wrong.... and should be remained banned... or he was totally right.. and shouldn't have been banned. For in all honesty, I don't have any say.. even if I cared a lot more. My rantings and bitching wouldn't do anything.. so why should I??

That's why I think it's best we let sleeping dogs lie.. and quit trying to add fuel to the fire... I believe Restavega has served his time... and he's free to post and reply and do whatever he wants to do in the forum.. I can't go back in time and stop Kingryu1 from banning him (if I could) neither can you or I.. so what would future rantings do for us? Get us into each others skin.. that's all. And frankly it isn't healthy. That's why the hidden message of my under read epistle was.. let sleeping dogs lie! Not to be stupid.. but even if every single soul was for you.. and agreed that Kingryu1 was a fool for banning Restavega... what would happen? :biggrin:
