never! because sushi, especially tuna and salmon sushi contain omega 6 fatty acids, lol other than mercury, but well anywho, they're a good source of hdls. id rather have the good lipids than the bad ones... and man, sushi is heaven! with the wasabi and the soy sauce.. and the GINGER!
