to make a banner open the pic u want in internet explore
copy the pic from internet explore
open adobe ps
goto file new
click on transparent and lcik ok
goto edit paste
use the magicwand, magiceraser or the eraser(look for thse tool on the toolbar)
follow the pic step above to add the amount of pic u want
to make a background(bg) goto layer and add new layer
click on paint bucket too(also on the toolbar) and click anywhere on the canvas to add a color to the layer
goto filter> render clouds
then goto image adjust>gradient map and add a gragient
or goto hue/sueturate(SP?)
got render lighting effect click on the first window and selcet orange
mess with the setting to see what u get on then click ok
u may have to move this layer to see the pics
after u do that
duplicate the layer>goto layer>duplicate layer
goto filter> blur strokes>accented edges
mess with the settings and see what u get on click on ok
change the blinding option and duplicate the layer again
goto filter> distrotion>wave, mess with the settings and see what u get
chnage the blinding option for this layer to hard light and duplicate it three times
create a new layer move this one above the pic's
use the square marque and outhline ur banner
goto edit>stroke>inside>1px>click ok
goto save as and save it to adobe ps
to save it for the web know goto file>saveforweb>click ok

there's more u can do but u have to figure it out for ur self

Listen I like that banner but I would Like you to add something...

Johnny5 you remember how Vegeta blew him self up to defeat Majin Buu.....you remeber how cool he looked when he said this stuff....

"Trunks,Bulma I do this for you....and yes even you Kakkorot!"

When he did that it was the tightest thing I ever saw...rember how the sparkles of light where around him...I want that vegeta in this banner you made me.

Keep that banner just add THAT VEGETA.Johnny you've been a great guy....I wont be asking you for a bannner ever again.....you've made me proud to say I've known you...

Oh remeber how you put that quote in my last banner put this one in this new banner.

Don't add moving animation.....this means everything to me Johnny....I'm counting on you....
