And elena does it again, the first double dragon on the old nes had a semi RPG like system where by beating up the charcaters there was experience points awareded and by each levels you were gaining a new move !

that last move was a spinning jump kick and it was given at exactly 7 hearth which was the seventh level !

MAGICAL QUEST STARRING MICKEY MOUSE was the answer i was waiting for, same goes KEN, to be honest i was thinking of XMvsSF but now that you mention it i said SFO thus KEN is the right answer ! as for the number of scrolls in JACKIE CHAN'S ADVENTURES yep there is 8 which is also the number of levels there is to the game !

but, now... castlevania IV isn't the right answer... you never played the PSX game have you ? it tells it right at the start of it !
