ost_uid9]i got a virus (trojan horse) on my comp. how do i get it out?

what i already know and have tried
Norton has been disabled by the virus (most of the new virus's will disable Norton as the first thing they do) and using norton's online virus scan (which wasn't disabled) i managed 2 identify the virus's location (2 of them)

unfortunately i cannot delete them through conventional methods (delete button) and when tryed 2 isolate 1 of em (put them in2 a new folder away from where i thought it could do damage and then delete them) but in trying so, the virus was duplicated.

any suggestions would b very appreciated ty[/color

how do i delete this trojan i got from freeonlinegames.com(i didnt put http on it becuz thats where i got it from) this trojan is caleld troj_stilen.a,how do i delete it i cant delete it on trend micro.

can you have two virus protection stuff cause my subscription to norton has expired but it still stops old viruses but i downloaded another one

i just got it..but yes i got all the updates..

i think i've found a solution for now..i'll have to have limewire help me..
