Oh man here we go with the Piston Bandwagon just because they won 1 GAME. I told yah they would have to get super lucky and the lakers would have to be asleep the whole game for them to do it. 1 game dosent win them the championship. The Lakers suck? Then tell me why they are in the freaking FINALS. :laugh: Some of you hate to say dont know anything about basketball. Reason the Lakers lost is because they didnt give Shaq the ball to pump in the inside lane more. He only got 31 touches thats insane GIVE SHAQ THE FREAKING BALL. Oh my God.. that was just one game and you guys are celebrating.. lol... believe it or not.. it happened in the 70s; where they (the Pistons) won the first game and the Lakers went on to sweep them in the next 4 games.. Whether or not it'll happen again, is left to time... but what I'm sure of is that that was just the first game and there'll be no cause for panic. The Lakers were unaware of the strategy the Pistons were using against them.. so they were caught off guard.. They decided to play them straight up and not double team Shaq or Kobe (hence they scored about 80% of all the Lakers points) and they decided to guard the other role players.. thereby limiting their effect on the game. Malone didn't score until the final quater.. I think and Payton wasn't that much of a threat.. so there ya have it.

That does not mean the Pistons are gonna win 4 games in this 7 game series :biggrin:

I am mad, I almost got tickets to the first Pistons home game today after school but the dude wanted more than what I had for them. The Palace is only like 15 minutes away from my house too.
