You can use any paint editor like Adobe, you put it on a site, then put it in your sig.

www.download.com .....

type in photoshop and download photoshop6.0 ....
make a banner ...
and save it ofcourse

go to www.boomspeed.com / www.ranchoweb.com
and host it there..

then put it in ur PROFILE
