What's the difference between Hip Hop and Rap?

And as far as rock goes, when you want to get pumped up before lifting weights, mountain biking, getting in a fight, or whatever, you gotta listen to a good rock song. Here are my suggestions:

anything Disturbed

I'm not saying those are the only bands I like, they're just the ones that get me pumped up the most.

nantuko, i used to like those bands. yep, actually i used to LOVE those bands, but now i've changed to more dark songs.

if you loved those bands then i recommend:

KORN!!!
KITTIE!!!
ROB ZOMBIE!!

and the actual songs that i recommend are:

7 WORDS!!!
BLIND!!
DEAD BODIES EVERYWHERE!!!

yeah those are okay too, but the type of rock they have are not hard enough. not enough emotion is put into them.
