I don't think that TMy intends to release Sabertooth or Wolverine's Weapon X move Aug. 7 (especially since this is vol. 01).

this is something that i think happened...there must be something mispelled...cuz the abbreviations on rot13 dont make sense....

ok with the facts down-

we have been given tons of clues wich we are not aware of such as sabertooth being on the little image where you press start and destination weapon x all summer its getting towards the end of summer so weapon x is close so i think TMy has been working on a character and hasnt told us...
so we know that the date is august 7 2002 that was the easy part so the answer has to be-
ON AUGUST 7 2002 sabertooth will be realeast along with wolverines weapon x.

how bout a type of turiment where everyone plays as wolvy or sabertooth, the winner of the turniment will diside if the new add will be the super of wolvierine or sabertooth...
my sister is a huge x-men fan and she says wepon x took place on august 7 (in the comic book wolvierne annule# 1) anouther simularety

ok how about if we do this

ROT13

1+3 = 4

now the four has to have a meaning

and if we are talking about tournaments the only tournament that can go up to 4 would be Tournament Of Champions

so

ROT actually mean TOC

ROT13 = TOC 1 + 3 = TOC 4

NOW TELL ME IF IM WRONG I KNOW IM THERE

THE COMPLETE ANSWER SHOULD BE
