u have taken away my favorite site that has my favorite comic book characters with my favorite site on it to it breaks my heart to have planned to come to the site all day and come home try to go to the site and get this:

Well, looks like this is it.

A few days ago we have received a letter from Eli Bard, a senior litigation attorney at Marvel Enterprises Inc. "demanding" removal of all and any Marvel intellectual property as well as any reference to Marvel from this website.

A copy of this letter can be found here.

After trying repeatedly to contact Marvel as well as their licensing department in hopes of finding some and/or any possible solution which would allow this site to continue to function under any circumstances, we were given a blunt "not interested" response.

Because of this, we have no other choice by to simply comply with Marvel Enterprises.

Whatever Marvel related content that was provided on this site by its loyal fans (simply as a tribute to Marvel's work) will no longer be found here.

While we encourage our users to contact Marvel themselves and express how the public views their actions to shut down this a number of other fan sites around the internet, it is doubtful that projectx.cyberfuturism.com will ever be up again.

In closing, we would like to thank all those who have supported us over the years and enjoyed the free content provided by this site.

it will not end this way we cant allow it we must all email eli baurd give him a reasons to keep this site running lets all make a giant post and put our ideas there i hate marvel for what there doing :angryfire: :angryfire:

whats the f***** thing. why xmvssf cannot existe.why! i suggest to tmyapp that : tell the url of this topic and marvel can see how player realy like this site and... why marvel dont want to continue to let tmyapp create xmvssf??hey!! a lot of person do like this and why.why :angryfire: try to keep tmyapp and dont let go the player in a darkness hole. we have to to continue xmvssf for the fun and one more thing.xmvssf (online) its a good publicity for the marvel company.why he dont let you continue :angryfire:

Ok we isnt the owner of the site(im new forgot his name)say something were making good sugestions and he hasn't said anything......so maybe he should respond to these suggestions just an idea.

Has Marvel actually played around with this site instead of "skimming" it or was they too busy scripting Hulk II? And what if projectx.cyberfuturism.com was reborn as a Capcom-only site (even though the two companies' contracts ran out)? Screw Marvel! :angryfire:
