:shockedk, guys when i first heard about this, i was mad. I was really mad. This site was great, i spent alot of fun times of this site and i can't imagine wat i'm going to do now. All i an say is to e-mail this eli bard guy and tell him to let us play. For the creater of this site, WE ARE ALL HERE, WE'LL READY TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP THE SITE!!!! Dang..this stinks..but the law is da law. Its been fun..all the ppl i've fought and clans i joined..takes me back when there wasent any tag mode..and ppl were acually GOOD at the site..and not so many #####..fighting ppl like fear testuo..damm i thought he was amazing back then...stealth_dragon..ect. To all the friends i made/loss..on the site..itz been kool..i'll miss you all. If anything, i'll remember this is da most cuz..i met this really cool girl on this site AWHILE back..and we got umm..real close..yes i know it sounds gay but..i was real close to her..lol it was crazy..but aight. I'll always remember da site..cuz of her..i guess..for real. ARH YOU FOOLS! Solidsnake is 99.9% right. All you ppl are bicthing and bad mouthing Marvel like its thier fault. Well its not they have every right to do what they are bound to do. This is MARVEL do u not know who Marvel is the own the comics creator of charcters, Marvel is so old the family runs it and passes the control of it threw the family!

So stop bicthing about Marvel, hate to say but Tmy is at falut here and anyone who knows about copyright things like me would know this. My mom made the logo "I have Issues" come to find that stores were selling shirts with the logo on them (Target, and Wal-mart) What do u think she is doing? Laying back letting other ppl get time of her saying? NO she is doing everything possible to get her rights of it going against 2 big company's.

For Tmy its the other way around u have the big corpertion on the lil guy and his few fans. Nothing we can do will hurt Marvel its not like a half million are in love of Xm vs sf. I thought Tmy had a deal or permission to do this project. Come to find out he doesnt I dont blame Marvel at all. Like he said he is the blame for this and he knows it. Know Marvel give him a warning that if he is to not STOP the project he will be sued. The man has no choice he is in mercy under these people's high power.

And as for Dragon ballZ Capcom, Tekken, Mortal Kombat. Now that is just dump to say. Then you will have Manga,Capcom,Namco and Midway on his face. Best thing to do is like Karma said. Im sorry it had to be explain this way, I dont hate Tmy i do amaze his work and determintion of the site (same with me with my pocket fighter site) yes i did a site using the pocket fighter Chun-li sprites. I know how it is I myself have no talent of drawing or using flash like others. And maybe thats why u used sprites himself for this.

ok, ok ppl I think you should just email that place and tell them, this is insane and you demand them to give cyberfuturism it's permision to keep the marvel character's ext. on the site cause if there is not a large amount of ppl having there comment's about this "HUGE" mistake they have just done,then they might consider leting the site go on with its marvel stuff, tmyapp:I think you should give them time to let your site have marvel stuff on it Therefor giving the fan's there site back ext. but I also think that you should make each person that wants to play the site and keep playing the site to pay like 10-20 dallor's therefor providing U to have the time to give to marvel so you can run your website with out them interupting with your website.

Though Marvel may be MORALLY wrong in this situation, legally they are the good guys.

And would all of you calm down? Seriously, I said the same thing on BG and i'll say the same thing here. If an online site plays such an important part in your everyday lives that you make such a big deal about it, like forming protests and emailing Marvel in protest and whatnot, then you really need to get a life.

You people don't realize that Marvel has constantly been getting screwed in the big industry business. The first X-Man movie, the Spiderman movie, and both Blade films were films based on Marvel characters, yet the company name "Marvel" appeared nowhere in the films credits or anything (which is why in the beginning of the Hulk and X-Men 2 movies, they had a little Marvel logo thing). They essentially got gyped out of quite a bit of time, and there was nothing they could really do about it.

Now no offense to TMy, but if you had just been gyped out of quite a few million dollars within the past few years, and you discovered that somebody (TMy) had created and released an online site containing your own copywrited material, without charging time to the users, and you didn't see a single cent of time coming back, wouldn't you be pissed?

The ONLY way I can see a compromise to be made would be if TMy charged the users a fee to play the site (like EverQuest), with Marvel getting some sort of percentage of the time made. If both Marvel and TMy could work something like that out, then I believe the site may be able to be saved.

But for all you people emailing Stan Lee, the Marvel company, and Marvel's lawyers, protesting their actions and whatnot, you're just decreasing any chance in hell that TMy could have to get this site back running. And like I said....this shouldn't be such a big deal for most of you. This is a site. An online Videosite should NOT play such an important part in your everday life.

1 - the licensing department gives us full license to go on with it. (about 0.01% chance of success reguardless of how many emails we send them)

2 - creating completely new chars original to the site itself, as well as a new name for it. (100% chances of sucess)

any other way you think will only make the situation worst then it is !
