It turns out,that i'm not the only one with the problem..Andrew(Vip) has the same problem exactly...

allow me to explain

when u open the game...u have to see ur loading screen...AND the news window....if youdont see the news window...then it hasn't loaded properly...sure u can stil log in..but ut perks wont b on....

so..always look for that news window when it loading...it tells u ifur game is openin right
