I said "WHY" to Hate toPics, not FLAME toPics, and you say you've never seen any justice in flame toPics, well every single flame situation "I've" been in, I always solve it (well maybe not every.)

*cougH*... to answer your original question on this topics (which really seems to have been neglected up until this point), no formal rule has been made (to my knowledge anyways.. unless you count that announcement as a rule). I've been hesitent to actually make it a rule because hating/flaming is practically impossible to avoid... however no flaming/hating topics (ever). They, however, do go directly against the "announcement," and are definitely avoidable in this community.

Yeah, well go ahead and think that... but it won't stop hate/flame topics from being locked automatically :biggrin:

Oh and btw... mods reserve the right to change/add rules whenever needed... if I see hate/flame topics going up like crazy, it will be added with upmost hast :biggrin:

Until then... it's an automatic locking with no real punishment to the starter unless they do something like Sportschick155 did.

Aight.. I can see this is going no where (but off topic), so allow me to settle this "power abuse" bs once and for all...

1. How many people do you see running around with a membership that says "banned by 2000warrior"? Any?? Then quit your bitching!
2. Why do you even suppose TMyApp allows mods (all mods) to ban people on notification? This is for the simple reason that "he trusts us" and has even urged mods @ times to start banning MORE people. But wait... he can't abuse power now can he?
3. Why else do you think the "rules section" was created then for mods to create rules? Mods are here to make the admin's jobs easier/greatly lessened... leftyfb has made this point before, and created the rules section to BE USED.
4. Why do you think mods have the power to post rules in the first place? If leftyfb and TMyApp didn't want mods making new rules/announcements, they wouldn't have access to even post in there. But we do, and have been bitched @ before for inactivity.
5. On average.. how many new rules do you see actually being put up there by me per day? Week?? Oh yeah... it's on an "every other month" basis (or less). Some great big "power abuse" case you've got running so far.

Now, the problem here is how you (or anyone else who thinks I'm "abusing power" for that matter) think that "if 2000warrior says something, we can bitch at him about it.. he's just a mod." However, if TMyApp says something, then it's "we can bitch about it, but he's not abusing power since he owns all it."

For example, 2000warrior can make an announcement and this not be taken seriously (ie: no excessive flaming/hate). However, when TMyApp makes an announcement banning mugen/emulator discussions... people can/do get banned over it, and nobody calls it power abuse.

Let me clarify your sad misjudgement at this point:

TMyApp makes free online fighting game. ##### piss TMyApp off. TMyApp brings in mods to help/take over the moderation of the forum, and keep #####/assholes (like yourself) in check. Or if you want it in plainer english: The mods have 100% jurisdiction here (www.dictionary.com).

And with that said, please feel free to pull your heads out of your own asses and comprehend something for once in your life.

As for the rest of this whole hate/flame discussion... because the opposition (asshole) has suffered from a chronic lack of showing me "facts" and instead preached to the idea that "it's totally irrelevent because there was no official rule," I'll go ahead and spare him from further futility (www.dictionary.com) and close this topic. :biggrin:

Oh and if you notice, Hate toPics have been around for a WHILE, and not one Mod/Admin did anything about it! And don't even say "Yeah, we let you guys get off too far!", That'd just be lame, because everyone knows (as should you) that hate toPics have NEVER caused a real big Problem, now have they?
