=0 depression? - Page 2

I've had depression for a big part of my life and starting to begin again.
I listen to a lot of Staind music the music I listen to definitly shows the mood I am in.

People didn't you know i have great understanding and i can also give great advise...and YES music is one of the best solutions when depressed. Anyways if music doesn't help, by all means feel free to ask me any questions you have!!!
