i heard about that too.

his name was just clause and parents thought of him as a saint so he was called santa clause.

2. Santa Claus is real. However, it depends on how you look at it. Those guys in the malls aren't fake are they? Now if you're talking about the international Santa Claus that goes to every house in the world in one night...no, he isn't real.

Actually, there was a Saint Nicholas (lived 4th century), Christian prelate, patron saint of Russia, traditionally associated with Christmas celebrations.
