The only energy drink i like is Powerade. I don;t drink it for sport purposes (though i do sports). I just have it as a regular drink on a weekend or so.

It can be addictive sometimes. But it's not really.

Powerade and Gatorade are not "energy drinks", they're sports drinks.

Sports drinks have vitamens and minerals that replenish your body.

Energy drinks have cafeen and sugar to get you a false high.

But i'm a rapent coffe drinker, so I shouldn't be talking.

But atleast cofee is like 5% of cafeen they put in redbull and poop.

i used to drink lucozde a lot when that advert the one with lara croft in it came out thought it would give me speed but as usual being young at the time didnt realise it just gives me gas...

Actually no it's not good to be addicted to those either...if you eat too many fruits such as oranges the acids builds up in your body making you weaker and weaker.

Don't say water either because if you drink to much of it you can also die.
