If your using the d/l version then go to the online version of it or try to update the current shockwave and see if it works for ya!

yeah...if the web version works but the D/L one doesn't your probably don't have the least version :biggrin:

what exactly did you DO to it? and if the plugin wont download goto macromedia.com and download it form there

Delete all files, and the shockwave. Then go to that site and download shockwave first. After that download all the files. See if that works
