just to clarify things a bit, you both are right guys !

its been shut down cause MARVEL got problems these days with their property's getting used. its all because of the poop the movie spiderman brought upon them, so they decided to shut every web site using their properties without permission !

SKIN DEX got shut down after 3 years of SKIN MAKING, PROJECTX got shut down after two years ofusing those and i know a third site not as big but big enought got shut as well !

so no, its a mix of everything, marvel had enough of all this stealing, and he did what they should have done int he beginning !

and i want to ask you all a question, you say marvel was wrong in shutting this place down int he first place because of the popularity it generates to them, but would you have said the same if it had hapenned two years ago when they found about this site ?

answer, no, because ythe game wouldn'T have generated that much.
so marvel is far from being the bad guy here, we the users are !

anyway...
come on, 2 days to go, tho i'm sure its not gonna be so different formt he first one, its just gonna be th esame with 4 chars less !

anyway, we'll see when it comes out !

what i mean ttmyapp was that the users are the bad guy as in we are the one breaking the rules, not the company who shut down the game or any other site, that's what i mant by that, i support this game its cool, but would have everyone said marvel was th ebad guy back then if marvel would have shut this thing off two years ago, i doubt them to hvae bitched about marvel all that much !

Ok how do I put this... Almost 50% of the things you see on the internet are sorta copyright infridgement.. now whether or not you choose to view it... no one cares.. But the fact remains.. If you own a website with something on it that wasn't originally created by you.. then you're breaking some sorta copyright agreement... or some crap like that.. :biggrin:

i just said that i didn't expected the game to have changed that much, but to be sure i had to wait for it to come out ! i don't where you see bitching there !

aftera ll tmyapp said it himself, you can't expect to change that much in 3-4 four months when it took over 2 years to do it the way it was now !

blanka: no not everything on the net is copyright infrigment, you know why ? because many people said IMAGES COPYRIGHTED by this thing, but really, a copyright isn'T just what you made, you got to see teh governement to get a real copyright !

my web site doesn,t have any illegal material, why ? because i all made them and really... single non animated images of copyrighted materiel isnt illegal, i know the difference is hard to make but it is there, there is no BORDER LIONE, its or illegal or its not !

and for all i know, almost all the web sites i know aren't illegal at all !

you're making it look like the problem we have with emulators and roms !
