well, the arcade sucks! i have fba, played it, beat it in like 30 minutes. played against other people, and when i was selecting a charector, i was like, "ahh, flip it".

i didnt know the person i was playing against, i didnt have a rivilary with him, or a strive to beat him.

i didnt know the person, and i bet you ba people dont know 90% of your opponents.

not to mention, the high rise of the "sfo group" that lurks around FBA. people from sfo play against other people from SFO on FBA.

thats like a republican using democratic strategies i norder to win.
its like a karate master using the moves of his opponent (a mui tai fighter) i norder to win the karate master title.

FBA is just as laggy as SFO, the only di ferance is that people who complain about lag, leave SFO for fba. they then meat up with the same people from SFO, (who most likley have fast connections) and play against each other, un laggified.

What the heck are you talking about? SFO was desiged to be like a game..... (Which was XMvsSF) Why play a repleca the game when you can play the real thing.

Also, who cares if you beat the game.... Its online play, you play against other peopel that know how to play to improve. I dont know about you, but when i usto go to the arcades, not everyone knew hwo to play all crazy.... I was the best in my towns arcade.

SO what then, where to find challenges? Well i want to play the real game, so why play SFO when i can play the "REAL" game that is in the arcades.

Not everyone plays because they have a rivilary with someone.... ITs just a match, your going to play to enjoy the competition, not to take it personally.

Because its people they know...... have you played FBA on Killera? It goes faster and you have a better time when you play someone you know.

There is no comparison... if you have a reliable PC, with a fast connection, why settle for less?

Lets compare the basic facts.....

SFo has more lag than FBA

FBA has all characters of of many di ferent games, SFo has only a few characters of only one game.

You can pull o f combos and techniques that are used for strategy to beat your oponent, SFO...... Projectile, projectile, projectile, super, projectile, projectile, projectile, super.

There for..... Game play on FBA is waaaaay better than SFO.
WHo cares about the community if the game sucks. Most of the people that regularly post here dont even play no more.

Face the facts..... FBA is better.

Tell me this... would you pre fer SFO for the Playstatio nor XmvsS for the Playstation?

but if they were to grow into this community, be a part of it since the beggining, learn about what SFO has been through, and then give the story of the xvssf rom you showed him, which goes something like this "some guy turned the game into computer, and then put it on the net", you'de have to be a cold hard bastard not to simpitize with SFO.

WHen i started playing this game, i tried to get every one of my friends into it.

Everyone hated it.

I dont knwo what i saw in it... but i liked it in the begining. Though i have to agree with them now. I dont like it. Its the familiar faces that keep me here posting.

PS: Why hate on Killera... i doesnt suck, and it doesnt lag as much. No problems with it yet..... but trust me, if something was bad about that game, i would be the first one to bitch about it. but its great.

Plus, i dont simpitize...... Its a game, and thats what it should be and stay, a game.

Dont get to attached to it.... I got better things to do than get lagged out of my mind.

If you have a good PC, and a very good Connection.... why put that to waste on laggy, have done games. its better to get my montly Cable bill's money worth and computer to good use.

another thing about fba is that it crashes all the fliping time!!!

u never play sfo then it forces u to quit then when u open something else, it will tell u u don'ty have enough system resources.

and fba gets really boring playing the same games, when sfo is ever changing

We have our FBA lovers, who are posing some very good points.

Then the SFO loyalist. Who are defending ther community surprisingly well. One could think how you could argue aganist FBA(which doesn't have that many flaws) but those in favor of SFO have been arguing not just for the the game, but for the community as a whole.

Now obviously I love SFO much more than any emulator, but if you just compared each game alone, it would be hard for the SFO side to win, but if you compare SFO w/ the community, I believe it over powers any emulator.

Please, continue w/ this debate. Very interesting =/[/color]
