[ 0.3B - RELEASE NOTES ] - official discussion

well, 0.3b JUST went live...

a ton (or more) of bugs were fixed... (chat, game, selection screen, and more)

but, there are still quite a few (a lot which HAVE been mentioned) that were not even touched... but... just know this... i hear ya... and everything is being fixed as fast as possible... so, again, just hang in there...

now.. some band-new features (that didn't make the 31st) were added.... you can now "request" a tag (just hit the "start" key while you are not playing)

the chat no longer auto-appears, UNLESS you are waiting for a tag... when something does say something, the chat-tab will start flashing green...

game speed has been improved (you should get a 1/3 of an increase in FPS on a p500)... as of now, a lot of the effects and graphics (shadows, flashing hyper bar, etc) will only turn "on" if the background is visible (or set to "on" in the option menu)

when the game ends, you will now be thrown back into the game chat (not the MAIN chat)... also, same thing will happen whenever the server exits the game...

in the "main chat", you will no longer enter and leave the chan when trying to find a working server.. and, the "kicked for flooding" msg is gone (that should clear things up, and give people a chance to actually chat) :biggrin:

.. and... FINALY, you will be able to see each player ping while in chat (game chat, NOT the "main" one)... the ping will be in brackets beside they name

thats about it.... oh, and the "outdate version" error that everyone got when trying to create a new account for the past 24 hours (there goes 500+ users) is gone :biggrin:

First time I tried 4 player mode it lagged like ####, but now it seems better. Thanks!
