The game is loading really slow now - It was never like this before

now the game loads really slow. this has never happened b4 so whats the problem?does this happen to anyone else?

clear u'r cache, updated to the latest version of the Shockwave plugin, and restart
your browser/computer... the FAQ tells you how:
