Slow bug, Attack prtoblems ect - agrivating bug!

Okay, whenever i play my buddy TarkanX, i always seem to get major lag after the second or first fight...it seems to be only when i fight him. ive gotten it once before, though, with somone else. So, my question abotut hat bug, is: Is it my connection speed? or is just somthing that is messed up...

The other bug: Whenever im fighting some people, no one specific, my attacks always seem to, how should i say this, 'fail'. Like,w hen im fighting, somone will fire ryu's shoryuken special. usualy, when im in the air, i have time to fire the regular blast. it should stop the attack when it hits my opponent. and it ussualy does, but somtimes, there special will stop, and then start again after a little bit. also, when i do a hatsustep whatever kick thing, the special, and the opponent does it after me, theres always seems to eb the one to hit. ive also wondered why some attacks, like the special shoryuken, seem to last forever, but do no damage after a certain point. somtimes a special will do a lot of damage, massive damage that shouldnt be done with the attack.

Another bug with attacks: Often, while fighting, my character will just randomly fire the shoryuken special, even when i dont hit the correct buttons...

Can anyone help me with any of the problems listed above? i hope so...

Shroyuken special?Do you mean Hadoken or Tatsu- whatever special?

Oh, you meant the normal moves. I thought you were talking about a Dragon Punch Hyper move. Unless there is one.
