Brushing and tech border - Rate

I haven;t made a banner for a while so I decided to make one using brushing and a techy border for the first time. Give me some tips on how to improve.

Note: I know the text sucks and I didn't really want it on my banner, but at least it won't be ripped.

It easy to make Advanced border if you learn how to do it

love the Border, but i think the BG needs more work.

Yeah, its the first time i'm using brushes so my background is quite bland.
