Help game doesent start?

hello all i am having trouble getting the game started when i open the game up it says

Component 'SwDir.dll' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

can some body plz help

1. make sure you have all of the .dll files, if you do, then...
2. re-download them all again, including the .exe files.
3. Having a pop up blocker may cause the problem, try disabling it then trying the game.
4. If all else fails....use the web version.
