quick matches VS host / join matches - which one is the less laggy ?

i was wondering about that.

you see im on a 33600pbs phone modem where the lines dont want us to connect over 31200bps and i dont have cash to go cable.

since im in the SOF tournament, i was wondering which one should i play to have less lag since i lost to necro very easily even thou i was beating him like #### !

dont accuse me, i am not saying i am the best i'm just telling that i did hit him about 30 times and he did response to everyone of the hit. but on his side, i wasn't doing much except being there !

so for the next round i want to be sure i got a chance to fight so which one is the less laggy ?

Quick matches are less laggy
Ryu vs Ryu is the match you can get with the least lag on a quick match

For least lag, create a room and fight a one on one match (only because you can choose turbo mode). Having anyone else in the game (observers/other players) causes more lag.

for me, quick matches are the devil
especially if your second player.
sometimes,if i'm second player, it won't let me pick turbo mode or pick my character(the game will pick ryu for me since it starts out on him)

so it depend on the computer.

then it must be an host/join matches for me cause i seems to be better in those kind of match !
