the ozone is made up of O3
the ozone layer is needed to stop UV rays from the sun
many chemicals being wasted destroy the ozone layer letting UV rays come in but don't let them come out creating the green house effect and global warming
until now noone nows how to make more ozone
Most people believe through the Baring Strait in between Alaska and Russia which was frozen over in the Ice Age
I don't think anyone can tell what is in the future

-correct
-correct
-CFC's destroy the ozone
-if i had the right stuff, i could expiriment and make O5
-it was a land brigde due to the lack of water in the oceans, they were at low levels
-i read that the sun will balloon into a red giant, heating earths surface to 2,000 degrees or higher.

i know that CFC's chlorofluorocarbons destroy the ozone that is why they were banned in the 1970's
I wouldnt know if O5 would be possible because it has six valence electrons and needs 8 on each oxygen.
i have no idea about the sun it might turn into a red giant after its star life finishes which depends on how old the sun is.

Oh yeah Solid i don't think hydrochloric acid and zinc mix if they do what compound would it make

its been determined that the sun is 5,000,000,000 years old, earth: 4.2 billion. but the universe: 15,000,000,000. that gives me a thought:

-how hot was the temp during the big bang?
-is the universe slighty warm?
-is the universe still expanding?
-how was the sun formed?
-how much percent of dust was used for the creation of the sun? the planets?
-how big is the universe?

note: space your answers please.

to answer that:

HCL+Zn-H=ZnCL.

it boils and the hydrogen is excreated.

the only one i know is the universe is still expanding but some people also think of the Big Crunch after the universe stops and all the galaxies collide making another Big Bang.

ill have to look the other ones up

That wouldn't be a natural reaction or a chemical reaction since it doesn't follow the principles of The Law of Conservation of Mass it maybe 2HCl + 2Zn= 2ZnCL + H2 so it is balanced looks like a single replacement, if it would combine

if anyone wanted to post they would have, its not like im holding them back :laughlong:

[quoteost_uid0="SolidSnake76"]ok let get sum pple here smart sby. ur not the only one smart at science here:

-what is the ozone layer made of pple?
-why is it so important?
-how is the ozone, greenhouse effect and global warming linked?
-can the ozone be repaired?[i may know how...]
-how did pple get to north america during the ice age?
-what will happen to earth 5,000,000,000 years later?[/quote]
-The ozone is made of O3(oxygen w/ three atoms)
-the ozone protects us from the suns harmful uv rays
-they are all caused by corbon dioxide(exept for the ozone)
-not sure
- there was large strip of ice extendin from asia to north america around the northern region(the ppl walked on that when they crossed over)
-it'll be absorbed by the sun. The earth is actually expected to be absorbed by the sun in
3 billion years
