they were this goth band, 2boys 2girls ( originally i think) the leading singer (billy corgan) died later of a crack overdose. some of ther best songs (everlasting gaze, zero, rat in a cage) show some of their frustration about ppl (directed to preps i think) if you r interested i suggest checking out their Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness album.

They are my favourite group. I have made 4 battle reports. To see the other 2 just type br03 and br04 instead of br01 or br02

smashing pumpkins aint really a punk band, if anything theyre mild punk, now real punk is:CKY, System of a down, millencolin, dead kennedys, bad religion, pennywise, motor head, slayer, o shi* those last 2 are hardcore n/m
