.....you are very mixed up.....Ryu is fast and has some good power and well..ken is slow with his attacks and he is very powerful but no one answered this question yet: Why is ken slow on his attacks and why is Ryu so fast on his attacks...WHY? Don't tell me the results and stuff I just wanna know why ken is slow and why is ryu fast. ???

This is why ken is slow, you have a very fast pc and its so fast that it creates alot of lag so thats why ken moves slow.
