True, I may have gone overboard and it is because that I have been here for a long time that things like this anger me and so I try to only help him see what he has and is doing wrong. It might not be the best way, sure, but it is a less direct way of encouragement than what you are doing Roll. Not trying to offend you in anyway.

The only thing we can do is give him time. It's like meeting wild animals. It takes a long time before they can trust you, or they'll trust you right off the bat if you can treat them how they wish to be treated. Until he gains the experience for this forum, he's going to be a bit harsh, or he'll just not trust anyone, as you should already know. It's like that one time I met that fox in New York... cute little thing.... *trails off into memory lane*
