If you were good with cyc|ops.. and I mean very good.. but you weren't good with Ryu, And you were in a tourney you wanted to do well in, would you use Ryu so that you can be among the so-called uncheap/noble fighters.. or vets or whatever?? Listen there is no such thing as being cheap...
The term comes into phrase when the last hit is stroke and the fighter was blocking.
The winner is then rewarded with a piece of cheese.
You can't be cheap online due to lagg.
Perhaps that way of fighting works best for that user.

To counter none stop hadokens you simply super jump.

Only game that rates you on your fightingstyle is KOF and GGX. Both Series grade you on your fighting styles.
