seriously, i ask you how can you summon a monster that needs of you to sacrifice 2 monsters if you got only a monster that is 200/800 and another monster 1000/300 in your hand ?

what i mean is... once one of the player has a monster with 1800 attacks point on the field and you don't have any monsters on the field, you are done for. so seriously how can anyone like such a hard and based on luck game ?

i tryed to test it... i really did, bough a JOEY deck since JOEY is one of my fav in there ! and my friend liked YUGI so he took a YUGI deck, but then again, how can you play something like that ? there was actually no way for me to win the game and when i did i had my rainbow fish ont he field and if i read the rules right, i cannot summon more then 1 monster on the field. so everytime he placed a monster on the field i destroyed it. and so on, yeah he wasn't losing any points because he was in defense mode, but then again how could he have summonned his dark magician if he couldn't even have a monster on the field long enough for him to sacrifice after ?

so seriously, i think the game was greatly made, except that the fight type was just wack and non-sens !

i stick to MAGIC THE GATHERING !
at least there, even a small deck can win against an almighty deck !

if i read the rules right, i cannot summon more then 1 monster on the field.

If you read the rules correctly then you would have known that you can summon up to 5 monster cards on the field (1-4 stars= 0 tributes, 5&6 stars= 1 tribute, and 7&over= 2 tributes. except egyptian god cards you would need 3 tributes for them. and you can play as many magic and trap cards.) See those are the rules and also if you only had a 7 colored fish on the field i would have been able to destroy it cause all i would have to do is play dark hole or trap hole (when you summoned him on the field) and i would have easily destroyed your 7 colored fish. I play it at times but most of the competition here is weak. No one can stand to my toon monsters.

You read it right u just didn't finish reading it cuz th last part of that sentence was "at a time" in other words you can only summon 1 monster per turn but that still don't make sence cuz you can summon a card onto the field with a magic card as well. so if you have 1 card on the field and then you use a resurection card you can summon a dead monster then you can use a summon and sacrifice both to bring in a black magician or a chaos soldier. among other cards

in all cases, that still doesn't work !

i place a monster on the field give him the turn, he destroys it, i place another he destroyes it, i place yet a third he destroyes it !

so you are telling me that the only way to be strong is to have the best cards existing ?

seriously, i hate yugioh TCG, i like MAGIC better cause even the weakest card can actually defeat the strongest cards !

and by the way...

if you had read the rules correctly...

- 1 summon per turn only.
- sacrificed summon are counted in that summon limit
- Monster Reborn is not counted in that limit aswell

and so on...
yeha i can have up to 5 monsters on the field at once, but i cannot even place more then one monster by turn... which is what makes the game too stupid !

and, you are limited to so much things in your deck that the game is purely based on luck !

i mean, what's th epoint of having multiple FUSION monsters if you are limited to only one POLYMERISATION in your deck ? what's the point of having only one MONSTER REBORN in your deck ?

see, those are just an example of how stupid the thing is !
sorry, but if i wanted to play such a luck game i would actually play normal card games, not that game !

seeing that, i am not the more surprise to see so much people getting tired of playing it while MAGIC THE GATHERING is still going strong after 10 years !

Karma the game isn't based on luck it's more based on strategy i mean your the one who is building your deck so your the one that has to take carefull consideration into the cards you play. When I used to play i would have 3 toon worlds in my deck 1 bewd and 2 betd and the rest were more or less magic cards and monster cards i could call out immediately

lol karma, you didn't say anything about magic cards, trap cards, and neither quickplay magic cards..
maybe if you had a couple of them in your deck, you could have stopped whoevr was playing you.

Yugioh in my opinion is a pretty stupid manga/show.
