There have been many many good tournoments without those things. Take World Warrior Tournoment for example.

Blanka09's news site helped sponsor the event...

Along with all the Mods having a meeting to make the tournament.

All major tournaments had..... a website..or some form of great effort..

All the crap or lame tournaments...didn't have this..effort. :dozingoff:

There is not one MAJOR TOURNAMENT...that wasn't first begun without a website..or some form of outstanding.....sponsorship...
